[Terrador Bellator]

Terrador gave his ally a nod before returning to what he was doing, which was absolutely nothing. He sat back in his chair with a deep sigh and vaguely listened to the conversation between the 3. Truth be told, he didn't care what happened at this point so long as he was out of harm's way. His original objective had been completed for the most part. His whole purpose for even tagging a ride with Giichi in the first place was to get to Soleanna and figure out a way to reunite with his parents. He had spoken with them and he was affirmed they were in a safe place, which is all that mattered to the echidna. For now, he'd simply stick with the small group that had formed.

Quote:"Do you need anything in return for this operation?"

Amiroo continued to breath deeply as his heart slowly began to calm back down. This attack had been a mild one which was fortunate as saying this was a bad place and time for a bad one would be a grievous understatement.

"You mean, like money? No nothing like that. Just don't back stab us and we'll be alright. That being said it's only if you want it. We can aid you in other ways if you don't like that idea."

Am sat a few more minutes as his heart rate returned to normal at last. But just as soon as it had it immediately picked back up as he too heard the siren in the distance. He scurried to his feet and then stood still listening to the sound.

"I recognize that sound. That's the sound your law enforcement vehicles make when they're after something am I correct?"

Am waited a moment to the siren as it moved but he couldn't tell precisely in which direction though he could tell it was a great distance away.

"Sarah I got a siren in the distance. Are we safe?"

"I got it covered Am. Yeah you guys are safe for the moment. They're still searching randomly through the city. It seems they haven't found you guys out yet."

"alright, thanks for that" Am said visibly relaxing.

"we're good for the moment they're still searching randomly."

Quote:"Maybe I should ask first then how we're getting out of here? Do they need to find a place to land or something?"

Am fixed his golden eyes on Gichii for a moment before turning back to Nail.

"I made it here from a park a few blocks away. You can accompany me there to the ship or you can wait on a nearby roof top and we could pick you up there; It's up to you bud."

Am turned to Gichii.

"We've already confirmed we can transport you, Terra, and your vehicle out of the city if that's what you want or we can just meet up with you somewhere."

Am sighed and scratched the back of his neck "We can leave whenever you guys are ready; no rush though just let me know"

[Nail Strafer]

Nail wanted to burst out laughing at the last bit, but instead settled for a rare smile instead. Duh, of COURSE he wanted it. Who WOULDN'T want to be younger and more fit, especially if it came with the bonus of making him unrecognizable to the authorities?

However, the hybrid's brow furrowed as he took a closer look at Amiroo. Did it look like he was sweating and having a hard time breathing? What did this mean? However, after a few minutes he looked okay again, so Nail let it go.

"Roof," Nail said simply, as he stuffed the Garand back into the bag of French bread and hid the 1911 under his untucked shirt. "I don't want to wander outside any longer than necessary."

Speaking of which, Nail thought it might be a good idea to peek outside and see how things looked. The canine walked over to one of the blinds and gently pushed it open just enough to see through. The alleyway appeared clear, albeit a little darker since the sun was going down. He was about to turn away, when he thought he saw two people silhouetted at the corridor's entrance. One appeared to be pointing down the alley. He could just faintly hear their voices at this distance

"...yeah...saw that dino go this way!"

Nail jumped backwards away from the window reflexively, making a rather awful racket. To make matters worse, he accidentally bumped into an old jukebox and a song came on.

If those two hadn't seen him at the window, the sudden jolt of music would definitely get their attention. Nail quickly whirled around to face the group.

"Fellas, I think it's time we left!" he spoke loudly, calling over the music. "Amiroo, I think some passerby's figured out you came in here."

[Giichi Twinkieland]

Giichi jumped a bit at Nail accidentally turning on the old jukebox. His tail puffed out until it almost looked like a small Christmas tree. Him bearing the news of Amiroo's trackers certainly didn't help it fluff back down. Fortunately, Reginald had a ready solution as he suddenly spoke up.

"If you need a rooftop, just take the stairs over this way," he said, walking over to an old, scratched wooden door with "NO ADMITTANCE" stenciled across it.

He jerked on the handle a few times, before the old door finally came loose with a loud wooden squeal. A faint cloud of dust poured out, as the group would see some old wooden stairs leading upwards. The only light came from a bare, naked bulb hanging from the ceiling.

Giichi's tail fluffed back down, as he relaxed a little bit.

"Thanks Reginald! We really owe you one!"

The cat then extracted a small key chain from his pocket, before he removed a red key with the Prancing Stallion on it.

"Think you could hide the Ferrari too while you're at it?"

Reginald frowned as he accepted the key.

"Well...I have always wanted to drive that thing, Giichi, but I'm not like your dad or something you know." The cat then extracted a wallet from the same pocket, and tossed him a few 100-ring bills. The bartender accepted them gratefully, before slipping the key and the money into his own pockets. Money sure did help grease some wheels. "Now that's better. Ya'll come back now, you hear?"

And with that Reginald slipped out the back door to fetch the car. Meanwhile, Giichi was already running for the stairs and waving for the others to follow.

Shame we can't slow down to listen to that song... I really like it.

Terrador had jumped to his feet in an instant as the music had abruptly played. It had sent him into a state of vigilance and he quickly glanced around the room and found there was no threat. He winced slightly as the music punished his eardrums. As Giichi discovered previously, the echidna wasn't too fond of loud music. Reginald opened the secret passageway and Terrador gave it a brief questionable stare before trailing his ally.

(I'm about to update Amiroo's profile so I'm going to go ahead and start using Sarah's new name: Era.)

Amiroo flinched as the loud music advertised their presence to whoever had happened to follow him here. If they hadn't known he was in here, they do now.

"Brilliant!"

Amiroo flew after the others up the stairs stopping only briefly to thank Reginald.

"Era, we're heading for the roof. We got a possible tail on us, so be snappy about pick up alright? No dragging your feet!"

"...we're?"

"Yeah, ya know, as in more than one of us?"

" I get that! I mean you're new friends are coming with us? "

"I think they mean to come back to the base with us. I don't know for sure yet. We'll worry about that a little later lets just focus on getting out of the city alright?"

"Stand by, I'm about twenty seconds out."

"Guys she's gonna pick us up in twenty seconds!"

Am straightened out his posture, tucking his arms under his body, to sprint up ahead of the others, determined to be the first on the roof top.

"The things I do for a living. Always on the move!"

Am reached the top where the stairs terminated at a metal door. Am struggled with the handle a few moments, his awkward body plan made his hands a bit over sized for the handle, but he managed to push the door open revealing the surrounding rooftop and the city skyline beyond. Am, however, didn't stop at the door as he immediately ran across the gravel covered roof.

"Era, you there?"

"Here"

"We're on the roof. Come and get us! Hurry it up!"

"I see ya, I'm right on top of you"

Suddenly a humming sound could be heard as the ship decloaked behind them, still several hundred feet away but descending rapidly towards the rooftop. The ship nosed up as it approached, bleeding off speed, and passed directly over them before settling down on the building. A ramp entrance opened from the rear of the ship allowing Amiroo and the others to see straight down the ship to the being at the controls; a female raptor. Put simply, she was gorgeous. Her orange base coloration, tiger stripe pattern, and mercury silver eyes would be enough to send chills up anyone's spine.

"come on you guys, don't just stand there!" she yelled rearing her head in a welcoming gesture.

"lets get out of here, shall we?"

Amiroo didn't need any further encouragement as he ran forward into the ship's interior.

He placed a kiss on Era's lips before settling in beside her.

" I love the city, don't get me wrong, but I don't want to see it again for a little while ok?"

"whatever."

"Whatever." he said in mocking tone.

[Nail Strafer]

Nail hurried quickly after Amiroo. He did not fully trust his dinosaur friend, but it was either this or go back to jail. So with a mixture of relief and tension, he watched as the ship landed before them and opened its hatch.

But once he got a look at Era, he suddenly screeched to a halt, scattering pebbles from the gravel on the roof. Amiroo was okay (he guessed), but after seeing Era he suddenly didn't feel so sure about going straight into the middle of a raptor nest. The dinosaurs would outnumber him and the others.

It occurred to him that maybe he ought to become closer friends with his mammalian brothers. If things went south, he would definitely want them fighting on his side.

So after a brief hesitation, Nail quickly climbed inside and took a seat. After removing the Garand rifle from its hiding place in the French bread bag, the hybrid tore off some bread pieces and offered them to Giichi and Terrador.

"You hungry?" he said with a small, halfway smile.

It was gonna go bad anyway...

[Giichi Twinkieland]

Giichi too paused a bit upon seeing Era. This was only going to be a little taste of what he was getting himself into, he thought to himself. But it was either this or deal with the cops, so he too decided to go along. After plopping himself down in a seat, the cat found himself surprised as Nail looked like he was finally being more than a little friendly. Giichi wondered about the sudden change in demeanor, but didn't think taking a little bread could hurt.

"Thanks..." he said, as he munched on the French bread. It tasted quite good...although there was a slight aftertaste of metal and gunpowder from the rifle.
