Secret costumes for your characters
Let me explain what this topic is about.
Capcom games (Resident Evil in particular) have a long-standing tradition of giving you a secret costume for your character after you finish the game one time. They cover a pretty broad range of costume types. You have the downright silly (Samanosuke's panda suit and cowboy outfit from Onimusha 1 and 3 respectively). You have stylin' (a common theme with RE costumes is outfits for clubbing). You have outfits from previous games (Jill gets her Resident Evil 1 costume in Resident Evil 3, then gets her RE3 costume again in the RE1 remake). And you have ones that are badass (Leon's 1920s mobster suit and hat). So, I had an interesting idea. What if YOUR character had a secret costume? What would he/she wear? - For Giichi, I picture him dressing up in the uniform of a race car driver. In particular it would be a Team Ferrari uniform, since he's got an affinity for Italian cars. - For Nail, I picture him going the clubbin' route like many a Resident Evil character. I imagine him wearing a dark black suit with a purple/magneta button down shirt underneath. He would not have a tie. - Alternatively, Nail dressed up as a samurai warrior, but still using guns XD - For Gail, he would of course need a power ranger suit of some kind since he's a big fan of the fictional Neko Sentai Kittehranger show (which is basically power rangers with an all cat cast). |

RE: Secret costumes for your characters
I keep on forgetting about this topic! My mind has been in so many other places.
Rose: Well, besides the obvious and cliché Japanese school girl outfit (with pigtails), I’d have to go with a different Lolita style; in this case Kodona. Which, is basically dressing up in boys clothes of the Victorian period. Her outfit would look like this minus the hat (and adding one of those mini-top hats tilted to the side): http://www.lolitafashion.org/images/kodona8.jpg. I’d also change her weapon from an Axe to a Baseball bat. And yes, she would totally be able to hit base-balls into other peoples faces with it. Gerald: I’d normally exclude official, but considering how much I’ve come up with his concept, I’ll make it an exception. What would his costume be? Zoot suit. Purple Zoot Suit. Felt hat with feather included. Why? Because his stiffness would make him look incredible awkward in such an outfit; leading to much hilarity. Clarice probably would be the cause of such an incident. Cornelius(Nel): You know what? I’m going to cheat and say a Power Rangers Suit. Most likely the Red or Green (or white) Ranger’s; because I have an affinity for putting my characters in embarrassing situations. And becoming a superhero is up there on Conrelius’s levels of shame. Maybe it will teach him to be less grumpy and cynical about those kinds of things. |

RE: Secret costumes for your characters
(Awise fwom your gwave!)
Alright, I'm gonna do something a little different with my characters, and give them 4 costumes each, like in the Sonic Rivals games. Stormer:
Sonic:
What do you all think of my choices? I tried being as fitting as possible. |

RE: Secret costumes for your characters
Prototype Shazbot- The way Shaz looked before the explosion. A series of paintjobs and prosthetic skin cover up all the cyborg bits and make him look basically like a normal echidna. He can then go out in public and pop his hand off his wrist and wiggle the fingers like a puppeteer. Great for parties.
Shazinator- Removes much of the casing for his robotic parts, exposing the skeletal metal frame beneath. Comes with leather jacket, blue jeans, and slick black shades through which his red cyborg eye can glare menacingly. His orange buster is shaped like a Gatling gun, and his Green Buster looks like a sawed-off shotgun. Complete with deep voice and Austrian accent for maximum badassness. Rock'N'Robot- Shaz dyes his dreads black and white, then teases them out for a wild hair-band look right out of the '80s. Add a skin-tight leotard, spiked bracelets, and black boots to complete the ensemble. His Orange Buster is shaped like a flying v electric guitar, and his Green Buster looks like a four-string bass. Authentic electric riffs and killer solos included. My Profile |
