RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
As the spears approached, Tutley would leap upwards in the air in an attempt to dodge the spear moving directly towards him. With moves like that, the turtle found himself outranged, and a gambit came to mind. He would attempt to close the gap between him and the echidna, pulling out his trusty magnet from his right vest pocket as he landed back on the platform. He had just enough barrier power in his backpack to charge up his...

[Monster Magnet]
1---> 0

The backpack let out another loud ting, yellow energy popping as he held the magnet out towards Terrador, barrier energy forming around it to allow the magnet to hone in and pull living beings in as well as metal. The red and blue NS sides of the magnet became visable, Tutley using both hands to hold onto the magnet as he gritted his beak. With a little luck, he could pull him in and treat the echidna to a face full of stone.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
Terrador looked at the magnet with a somewhat puzzled look on his face. He watched the turtle preform his power up, highly curious about his plans. As the magnet was pointed towards him, he felt a sort if force pulling on him. Finding the spot he was currently standing on his preffered spot, Terrador did all he could to stay there. First his feet seemed to fuse with the ground, planting him there. This proved to be a bit of a mistake. The force and the ground were playing tug-of-war with his body, a rather painful experiance.

The echinda let out painful grunts as he attempted to endure this agonizing pain. With little concentration he had, he managed to form loose armor around his body from the surroundng area. It wasn't for protection, but rather to weigh him down and make the turtle's job more difficult. This also increased the already unbearable pain and it wouldn't be long until he would give into the magnet.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
The turtle stayed in place as he planted his feet, intent on plucking the echidna out of the ground. The monster magnet let out a loud pulsating hum as it pulled, Tutley's beak gritted as he tried to focus to improve the pull with his makeshift magnet. This would continue for a few seconds, before with a loud "KZZRT!", the magnet faded out. Before seeing the end result as to if he had moved the echidna or not, he would fall over into a sitting position on the platform, the process having tired him for the moment.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
No matter what pain he endured, Terrador kept himself planted in that one spot. If it had not been for the acended power form he was in, he would surely be plucked out by now. As the magnet gave one last tug, Terrador's aura increased as he gave on last tug as well, letting out another mighty scream while doing so. As the monster faded out, Terrador almost followed the same path. His fell frontwards and faceplanted onto the dirt. His once vibrant aura was nothing more than am outline. His eyes had closed and he begun to pant heavily.

"I... I'm not finished yet." He said weakly. His power was drained competley and only one final attack ran through his mind. Such a thing would nearly kill him and he needed to recover as much lost powet as possible.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
A moment or two would pass as the magnet's energy crackled from being maintained too long, before it finally faded out. With his mind clearing from the jumble that a overused monster magnet produced, Tutley slowly got to his feet to see the echidna still where he was, abeit rather weakened. He assumed that his foe had burnt out a lot of his energy in keeping himself planted to the ground.

Unlike the first time, Tutley would take no chances in making sure he was down for the count. For all he knew, this guy had one or more possible transformations and he could wind up back where he started. On top of that, he had just sacrificed his last shield charge and it would be a WHILE before he could make any new ones. He had to end this fast. He would leap off the platform, landing on the ground as a small cloud of dust was kicked up. He charged in brazenly, getting ready to land a strong boot with his shield, hammer drawn at the ready in front of him. "This contest ends here!"

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
Terrador had gotten to his feet, which took way more effort than usual. He saw Tutley approaching and the timing couldn't be anymore perfect. He had saved a bit of his power just for this occasion. He applied a quick stomp with his right foot. His aura increqsed almost to the original intensity and the renaining boulders clung to his body to produce armor. The weight and the amount of rock was almost beyond his ability to handle. The turtle may even see him hunched forward slightly.

It didn't even matter though. His energy was diminishing fast, amd this last attack would meam the end for either of them, possibly even both. As his foe.neared, Terrador curled his body into a.fetal position as he gathered the last of his energy.

"GEO... BLAST!" He screamed at the top of his lungs. His limbs outstetched and he appeared to be floating just barely above the ground. As he preformed this, the rocks left his body with blistering speed. Ae they left his body, they were formed into razor sharp, shrapenel-like fragments, as if Terrador had become a.giant earth grenade. Tutley would find himself highly damaged if any of.these were to strike, ecspecially without bis shell. He also had to manuver around the unspeakable earthquake created from this. Trees could be heard snapping and falling to the ground. Some of the ground above them even caved in. It would truely be a.nightmare to avoid this.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
Tutley charged in, hammer drawn in as he approached Terrador. He found himself unable to stop his charge as he raised his hammer, the echidna surrounding himself with boulders. Time seemed to slow down as the turtle's eyes widened as he swore he saw those boulders STRAINING to be let loose.

"Oh NOO-"

Quote:"GEO... BLAST!"

Tutley raised his arms to cover himself as one of the boulders smashed head on into Tutley, knocking him backwards as the shield dissapated, water splashing the ground. With no time to think, he raised the other one up as he found himself slamming into a tree as the wall of shrapnel approached. He grunted out as he was lurched to the side yet again, multiple earthen shards tearing past him, leaving multiple scratches, scrapes and wounds. His backpack hissed and then shorted out from the sheer number of shards embedding themselves in the circuits which also wound up electrocuting the turtle. Years of tinkering with machines made this the least of his worries though.

He shuddered heavily as he looked up, his eyes widing as a massive wave of earth was rapidly approaching him, letting out a scream as he was hurled upwards, the tree he was thrown into falling over and snapping as if it were a toothpick. A massive dust cloud covered the battlefield, birds flying upwards and away to move from the commotion. As it settled, Tutley would be seen on his chest amidst a torn asunder patch of earth, knocked out cold with several spikes protuding from his arms, legs and equipment. He had managed to shield himself from having anything vital hit, but he was down. What happened to his opponent remained yet to be seen.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
Terrador's aura vanished and his eyelids fluttered before falling backwards out cold. His markings took on a near gray color. The blast had nearly killed him. With the surge of Geokinetic power emerging from him, he was protected from any fallen earth. A fallen tree lay right beside him, inches away. One of the branches had left a deep gash in his leg, but he didn't feel it at the moment. The warrior was out. Not even an earthquake like the one he produced could wake him. He had literally olaced every single remaining ounce of power into that blast. His chest moved up and down rapidly and his body lay limp in the mound of dirt. Who was the real victor of this match?

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
[Agreed upon ending, and non canon rp so I'll use Frist. =P ]

A bright glow would overtake the battle zone, engulfing both the fighters. The duo would hear a series of echoing claps as the light began to dim, the battlefield returning to its origonal state. The barrier was still up though. Tutley slowly stood up, his previous injuries completly undone, the same as Terrador. He spent a moment or two trying to remember what happened; he couldn't remember anything past taking a boulder to the face.

The ground rumbled and quaked as a massive panda rose from the nearby lake, posessing golden, pupiless eyes. He was clapping and applauding the two, crossing his arms. The shard hovered in front of his hands, spinning around slowly.

"Well fought, well fought! It appears though that the contest ended in a double knockout. Normally, I wouldn't think twice about merely ejecting you both out of here and keeping the shard myself... but you two have managed to entertain me. As such, I shall reward you a gift. He would clap his hands against the shard, slowly pulling them back to reveal a identical shard. "I shall award one of my own personally gathered shards. Keep in mind though...next time you encounter one of my shards, I expect you both to work even harder for them!" With that, the panda vanished, the one shard flying in Tutley's direction, the other Terrador's. Also..., the voice of the panda before echoed, "you may wish to look to the east, as your little scuffle has attracted some company." The voice faded away, leaving the two to see a group of badniks approaching their location, armed and ready to fight as the barrier came down.

"...So, how about we find a way out of here, eh?", he asked the echidna.

RE: Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador
Terrador's breathing came to a steady pace as he got to his feet. His markings were restored to their vibrant green color.

"My power is restored." he muttered under his breath. He was still curious on who was the victor. He glanced at Tutley who was healed as well. The echidna prepared to speak to his rival, but suddenly the ground shook, almost cuasing him to lose balance. He cuaght sight of the panda and listened to his words. Was this truely for his enjoyment? Was the might warrior merely this panda's play-thing?

The very thought of such a thing brought a deep rage within him. But at the same time, he was happy to get his own shard and compete in a battle against a worthy opponent. He let his anger subside as the panda mentioned the company they attracted.

"It appears as if we have no choice. You are an exeptional warrior, Tutley. It shall be rather enjoyable fighting beside you." he said, giving the turtle a smile. The staff released itself from his back as Terrador controlled it remotely. It breifly orbitied around him before he firmly grasped it. "Unless you wish to flee. My power is restored and I'm prepared for battle." he pointed out with a cocky tone.
