Sunset Showdown! Tutley vs Terrador

Tutley saw Terrador get down as he approached, and held his right arm out as he rolls into a forwards handspring over the approaching arm. He was quite the acrobat without his shell on, perhaps even surprising his adversary with his nimble agility! Midway through the flip, the hammerhead would let out a fairly loud cross between a hum and a whir, a clear danger sign something bad was coming the echidna's way. The turtle landed on his feet as the moon and stars on the hammerhead light up, letting out a sprited yell as he slams the hammer on the ground behind Terrador.

[Terrador Bellator]

Terrador's cockiness in battle cuased him to overlook the fact turtles can be a hell of a lot quicker without their shells. He had little time to react as he heard the noise from his backside. Thankfully he felt his kinetic energies returing, but it wasn't much. In a desperate move, he appiled a quick stomp that cuased rocks to form an armor around his body. Hopefully this would bring him some protection.

One by one, the clutter of stars punished his rock armor. It didn't take long for it to be oblierated, cuasing severe damage to the echidna. He stood in a slightly crouched position, his legs appeard wobbly after the onsluaght. Blood trickled down his forehead from the intensity and his breathing came to a heavy pant.

"You... have no idea who you're dealing with!" He shouted in rage as he glared back at tbs turtle, his teeth grittied violently and his eyes gave the turtle a look of death. Tutely might be unaware he just unleashed hell.

Tutley gritted his beak in a upturned grin as he had caught the echidna off guard, the point blank cluster of stars hitting the geomancer directly. As the star shower faded away he pulled his hammer up, letting out a deep breath of relief. "THAT should knock the wind out his sails...", he thought to himself as he finally looked up to see the end result of his attack, assuming the emerald challenge had come to an end. Unfortunatly his foe was still standing... and didn't look too happy to say the least.

"What does it take to bring this guy down?!", he thought out loud, his facial expression clearly surprised as he took a step back, left hand covering his beak. That move usually leveled someone directly in front of him! And to make matters worse as he looked closer, he quickly registered the look on the echidna's face. It was the look of a cornered animal, one that would fight with renewed vigor and ferocity despite its current condition. "CRAP, now look what I've gone and done...", he muttered to himself as he took on a stance to get ready. He knew that he had let loose the geomancer's rage, and an enraged echidna is known for causing the occosional uncontrollable rampage or two. The dark aura round the turtle's right arm moved up, Tutley deploying his shield as he prepared himself for whatever new tricks the geomancer had. The fact the spellbreak he had hexed the geomancer with was wearing off wouldn't make things any easier...

Rapid recharge to 4, next cycle takes 3 rounds. [Though I doubt I'm waiting three rounds. XD ]

[Terrador Bellator]

Terrador attempted to step forward towards his foe. His wobbly legs finally gave in and he dropped to his knees. He outstretched his equally wobbly arms to prvent having a face full of dirt.

"Do not think I can be taken down so easy." he said, his voice sound weak as he stared at the ground. He curled his fingers into the dirt as he began to growl in a deep rage. Tutley would begin to feel the earth shake. A green aure began to shroud the echidna as his growls intensified. "Prepare yourself turtle." he said with an almost evil snicker. The ground began to shake vioently. He let out a booming yell as a bright light consumed the entire dome.

As this light eventually cleard, Tutley would find a rejuvinated Terrador standing before him, an aura of green energy rippling with energy surrounding the echidna. His dreadlocks swayed as if wind was blowing under him and an increase in muscle mass was seen as well.

"I have never reached my limits like this. It has truely been an honor fighting with you, but now it's time to end this." he said with determination in his voice.

Tutley almost pitied the guy, he kinda seemed out of the fight altougether now, but that quickly changed as the ground began to tremor. He got low, skidding back as a force of energy began to push on his body. This was folowed with a bright flash. As soon as Tutley could see clearly, his eyes widened in horror. The echidna was back on his feet, so to speak and had a green aura surrounding him. Reaching back into his history of Sonic lore, a red flag involving something about flying cars registered in his head.

He needed to go, NOW. He turned and ran out the clearing towards the open fairway- and in turn the waterfall. Things wouldn't turn out for him well with the battlefield made of mostly ground. He intended to fight the echidna on equal ground, battlefield one part water, the other earth.

[Terrador Bellator]

Terrador watched the turtle flee. He glanced over to his staff, which lay a fair distance away. Holding his open right palm out, the mighty weapon floated over tp him, being firmly grasped in his hand as it neared him. He exhaled deeply before chasing Tutely.

Upon reaching where his rival was, he gave him a smirk.

"You're quite clever. I'm glad to see this fight will end fairly." He said, his voice echoing slightly. He stepped foot onto the most earthen surface. With a quick twirl, his staff was placed into its rightful place on his back. He clentched his hands into tight fists. He crouched slighly as the ground trembled yet again. It appeared as if he was preparing something for the fight.

Tutley had managed to reach the waterfall, leaping onto one of the three floating platforms leading inside the cave inside the waterfall. At least here, he wouldn't have to immediatly worry about being promptly crushed under a mound of dirt. Facing his opponent, he held his hands out to the side, ending the rapid recharge as he deployed a formerly used shield.

As the bubble deployed around Tutley, he let out a light sigh of relief as he gripped his hammer in both hands. At the very least, he would be a bit more mobile now if need be, able to bounce from platform to platform should the ground give way. Still, the time he burnt deploying the shield would also give Terrador time for whatever he was doing..

Tutley's backpack would noticibly slow down it's charge speed, the light in the back cutting off and beginning its normal charge cycle from scratch. "It's not over yet!", the turtle would shout out defiantly.

[Terrador Bellator]

From a fair distance away, 4 boulder-sized rocks floated to the Geomancer. With a clenth of his fists, the boulders compressed into smaller, harder and denser rocks, barely larger than his body. Each rock was placed under pressure for more volitile attacks if needed. Lastly, the rocks were directed to slowly orbit around him until they were put to use. He smiled smugly as his feat was accomplished. He firmly grasped his staff yet again and pointed it to his rival.

"That works for me. I'm just getting started." He suggested with a cocky grin.

Seeing that Terrador had prepared a few presents for him to use later, Tutley thought he'd do the same. Holding his arms out to the side, he would deploy another shield, for the intent of combining it with one he had to give him some much needed firepower.

As the shield deployed round his free arm, he would slap it against his chest, the bubble shield around him changing form.

Shield Ability- Shield Punch/Kick: Tutley is able to project one of his punches or kicks from the shield, resulting in it forming a fist or boot roughly half the size of the shield. Since the attack is the shield itself, an attack that damages it will negate the attack and knock Tutley back. Water Attribute.

Shield Strike- Splashdown: Tutley gatheres the shield's water around his hammer, with the intent of hitting the enemy with it. Upon contact with a surface, the dense water splashes forwards in a wave that causes damage evenly spread throught the target, and may at times inflict the flu status.

The bubble gave way to a flowing sphere of ocean blue water surrounding the turtle, it occosionally giving off a light sheen from the sunlight. Tutley essentally had done all he could now to prepare for the onslaught, circling around his platform keeping a cautious eye on Terrador.

[Terrador Bellator]

Terrador decided to keep his distance to avoid any surprises the turtle may have in store for him. The 4 boulders cased their orbiting and dropped to the ground, still remaining in contact. The earth slightly shook as they hit the ground, indicating they had deadly attact power.

He held his staff firnly in both hands as he charged energy up. He suddenly swung the staff three times. Each time he swung, a spear-shaped rock projectile ejected from the staff, seemingly from nowhere. These were aimed at Tutley. The first was directly at him, while one went more to the right and the final going left. These have been known to cuase high damage and if connected, the turtle's sheild would most likely suffer for it.
