Primary Details
Name: Tutley Sakamoto Sex: Male Age: 16 Race: Anthromorphic Terrapin Turtle Allegiance: Hero Primary Hand: Right Appearance: Tutley stands at 3'2 with a slim figure and has smooth, green skin. He has white, round eyes with black pupils, and has a sharp, hooked beak. He wears a simple blue baseball cap that has a black tip. He has a simple, hard, compact shell that he can pull his arms, legs and head into. On a side note, his shell is un-fused with his body and can pop out of it if needed and reenter it with a bit of effort. He wears a plain black shirt and blue shorts under his shell. Outside his shell, he wears a blue and black lined, button up vest with a small yellow power ring emblem on the upper right side. His feet are stumped, so he wears blue boots that are black at the top instead of normal shoes. Personality: Tutley is typically a energetic, overall good guy who can become quite sarcastic and standoffish when annoyed. He hates injustice and is always willing to help a person in need. Being from a positive future, he's quite the optimist, always looking on the bright side of things. He's quite a mechanical ace, enjoying tinkering with robotics and other technology. Tutley works well alone, but is at his best within a group. He's a team player, but tends to take the lead if no one else stands up. Tutley enjoys an occasional fight so he can test his weapons and skills. With a scientist for a father, and an explorer/mage for a mother, he's quite devoted to learning the magical arts, survival and science. He enjoys adventure, often times willing to go out of his way for thrills. As a personal quirk, he's also rather fond of chocolate, the sweet never have been discovered on Little Planet. History: Tutley is a denizen of the positive future of Little Planets Stardust Speedway. The intelligence cap for antros who live there has risen significantly, giving him a 270 IQ at age 14(although he doesn’t use his full intelligence due to his age). He's a student at Stardust academy and lives with his parents at the family R&D lab simply dubbed Sakamoto labs. Pre Earth- Due to growing concerns over time distortions and Earth's fate, the government chose Tutley, at age 15 (chosen for his magic skills, intelligence and easy access to technology) and several others were chosen to become time-restoring agents, whose jobs are to ensure that their future remains the current one, and try to ensure Earth's future becomes a bright one. They are free to do whatever they want as long they are unassigned a task. Time agents are encouraged to explore and learn about the Earth, as little is known about it. Invasion! - On Tutley's first day on the job after he completed his basic training, an emergency klaxon rung out at the Little Planet base he was stationed on. He and several other time agents were deployed to Earth to help defend against an alien invasion, lead by someone only known as Sarath. He was dispatched to a GUN airship, where he joined with several others to try and capture one of the alien's ships. Teaming up with G.U.N soldiers, and a few of his idols (Namely Sonic, Amy and Tails), they boarded an enemy craft, only for the leader of the invasion to use his flagship to tear it down. Tutley and the others scrambled to the ship's hangar, where he piloted the ship to escape. In the end, the invasion was repelled, and peace was restored for a while... Worlds Collide- A few months later Tutley was back on Little Planet after spending time on Earth hanging around with some of the friends he had met during the invasion. He was in the process of hunting after one of the Time Stones, recently discovered moving throughout the speedway. After using his backpack's extreme gear mode to catch up to the stone, he entered the stone's challenge for him- simple pursuit. He would chase after the Stone, the speedway going higher and higher as he pursued it, the stone bending reality to make it harder for Tutley to catch up to it. Partway through the chase, Tutley would notice something was wrong- VERY wrong. The space between his homeland and earth would become all manner of colors, forming an aurora visible to all on both worlds. Determined to obtain the time stone, he pressed on, temporal and spacial rifts tearing up the road behind him. As he and his chao climbed higher and higher, they would notice a familiar face in the sky, the savior of his planet Sonic (though he was currently his golden alter ego) with someone else alongside him in combat verses... a PAIR of robotniks? To make matters worse, the chao hanging onto his right shoulder would slump over and become unresponsive, as if it had suddenly became ill. Nethertheless, he managed to enter capture range of the time stone. As he leapt off the ground, his gear reverting to a backpack, a loud explosion would be heard in the shifted space above. Super Sonic and his partner would be blown back one way as the battle in the skies above ended, the emeralds leaving their bodies and shattering, the wrecked remains of the eggman robots blown in the opposite direction. Just as he touched the blue time stone, it too would shatter, a rapidly expanding bubble of blindingly white energy would form at the point where the two parties collided. As the bubble grew closer, the last of the roadway would collapse underneath Tutley, the duo floating within the space between both worlds helplessly. As the light engulfed them, and both worlds in turn, he held his partner close to his chest, hoping that they'd survive this ordeal... Aftermath: When Tutley and his partner came to, they found themselves drifting within a pocket dimension of sorts- a corrupted zone. Metallic debris and islands floated about in the space. From what he could tell, him and his partner were the only two there. The duo would begin to explore the space to find a way out, soon coming upon a library on one of the islands. It appeared to be from a time outside his own, the building made up of a material he had never seen before. Walking inside, he would discover various amnemeties; a place to sleep... a machine that produced food and books containing all manner of information. Consumed by the thought of learning from the books inside, and potentially finding a way out, he would spend weeks within the library, studying with his chao. They would learn things had changed since the explosion, Tutley having lost his offensive magic, it having been transferred over to his chao. In place of it, the turtle had become adept at a different type of magic; manipulating barriers, the mystic energy laden in monitors that randomly appear within zones granting the user the most intriguing ability... the power to defy reality by rejecting damage, and translating it into knockback. Some shields even have special properties that grant the user various other talents as well. He worked on his equipment to adjust for his new talents, producing new weapons, and a system that could generate barrier energy, thanks to various books and research he performed within the library. The chao focused and trained on its magic, and when they were ready, set off in search of a way to return home. They would eventually find a gateway of sorts after a few days of travel, showing a shimmering forest; what he could assume as the great forest on Earth. Nodding to his partner, he would take his hand, diving through the gateway together. He'd land on the other side, gateway closing behind them, leaving them to explore the new world together... and find out just what happened to his home world, discovering his comm. links to both Little Planet, and the bases of his fellow Time Agents were dead... Family and Friends: James Sakamoto (father), Lily Sakamoto (mother), T.J. Sakamoto (chao ally and friend), Amy Rose (Friend), Jack The Hedgehog (Friend, should he still exist) Weapons and Equipment: Jet boots: Tutley has a hard time running (being a turtle after all) and designed and built custom fitted boots equipped with small rocket boosters that increase Tutley's running speed (up to 25 miles per hour) and air thrusters at the bottom used to increase his jump power (5 feet max). The boots are blue at the bottom and black near the top. Powered by solar and lunar energy. Controls for them are stored inside the boots. Power Backpack: Tutley's blue, metallic backpack used to store his items and devices He usually keeps (at the least): a first aid kit (Includes a medical analysis tool from his timeline), mechanical tools (some from his time), food rations, and a hi-tech laptop containing hacking software inside. The entire backpack is able to instantaneously shift about its internal compartments, hiding various attachments and compartments such as water and electrical storage tanks. Concealed inside the top of the backpack are retractable rotor blades that can be used for brief flight (3 minutes before the energy reserves give out.) He can easily pilot them with his jet boots, able to move in any direction. When not in use, the backpack absorbs solar and lunar energy to recharge its flight reserves (1 hour recharge time). While airborne he is able to attack from the sky, but is only able to attack directly ahead, otherwise he'll spin out, making himself dizzy. It moves at a steady 15 miles per hour. A simple holster for Tutley's hammer is contained on the right side. His power backpack is also able to change into an extreme gear for travel, named the Storagekeeper. (See: Transport) Crash Hammer: A magical piko piko hammer resembling Amy's hammer frame, it has a black hilt with a blue hammerhead and yellow ends. Yellow stars and a large cresent moon are designed onto the head. A trail of yellow stars is visible with each swing. Useful for attacking and defending. Infused with magic boosting technology. The hammer has also become able to manipulate barrier energy as well, able to channel and convert shields into attacks for Tutley to use. Transport Storagekeeper: Tutley’s backpack is able to transform into a generic type extreme gear. Doing so takes one action. It takes the form of a metallic blue board, with large boosters on the rear sides of the gear. It runs on lunar and solar energy instead of air, allowing it to be powered continuously. It does however have an air store for techniques like forming small tornados, or boosting. Being a generic type gear, it is slower than the average gear, but exceeds in cornering. It is also able to change into other types of gears (max 3 per hour). Gear changes last 2 posts. Fly- Tutley’s gear reverts to its usual form, extending its rotor blades to gain a advantage in finding shortcuts or higher ground. Power- Tutley’s gear transforms into a bike capable of forming an air shield around the front of the bike while boosting that can tear through obstacles in the gear’s path. Tutley's talents Mecha Mania: Tutley is from the future and is also a mechanical ace, letting him operate most forms of vehicles, technology and machinery. He can also hack into technology. The more advanced it is, the longer it takes. There are three primary types of hacking Tutley does. 1) Access- Tutley can hack into a computer or robot to gleam information from it. The simplest form of hacking, Tutley needs little time compared with other types to pull this off. Simple control panels may take only a minute or two, super computers two to five, and highly advanced robots can take upwards of hours to break into. Mere access has the least risk of being detected or locked out, but limits what Tutley can do while he's "in". 2) Control- Tutley is able to potentially hack into defense systems and robots to take momentary control of them. A jamming probe from his backpack is inserted into a robot, or he inserts his laptop into a port for a computer. The earlier probe has the potential to render a robot unable to move or fire weapons. This however is only partial, and is unable to give direct commands to them. It will take two posts for Tutley to overtake a unmanned/monitored robot or system, giving it a basic command to "defend x person from harm”, or to "deactivate hostile systems". While useful, Tutley will usually need a guard to protect him while performing this task, as extreme focus is required. Manned robots are clearly harder, if not impossible to hack into, and if he tries to he must use a signal from his laptop to break in, from a remote area. 3) Takeover- Tutley can take complete overtake a computer system or robot given enough time, giving him free reign to control or access data. It's possible for him to try to lock out rival hackers or the original owner as well, though it would distract from him manipulating the system. A blatant takeover has the highest risk of detection and attempted lockout, and Tutley is unable to move away from his controls during this time. Moving away would cause the systems to lock him out if he has yet to obtain full control. A full system takeover's time can range from minutes to hours, depending on the system complexity. As another problem, Tutley's location from where he's hacking can be easily identified should one look. Arcane barrier magic: The dimensional merge, as well as his close proximity to the time stone when it shattered tampered with TJ and Tutley's magical grids, replacing and transferring their talents. Tutley's control of water and light was passed on to his chao, and in its place he received control over barrier magic. To boot, he spent weeks in the library of the lost zone, it containing volume upon volume of relevant information on the issue. With a photographic memory of topics he reads about, he has a firm understanding of the technique. (Both Little Planet, and Earth have little understanding of barrier magic as a magic or science.) For the mechanics of Tutley's usage of this, see the shield system section further below. Chao trainer: Tutley owns his own chao that can aid him in battle (takes up 1 of Tutley's actions if he does so). T.J. is willing to take orders from allies if Tutley commands it. Tutley knows intermediate chao care and due to this is a fairly good cook and knows basic first aid. He stores a small spice kit and first aid kit in his power backpack. Special moves Stardust Explosion (Melee/midrange/magic/non elemental): Tutley focuses battle energy into his Crash Hammer, and swings downwards at the enemy, creating a shower of small to mid-size various color stars that inflict damage upon impact (the star shower appears hit or miss in front of the point of impact) The damage this does depends on how close the foe is. A warning sign of this move is that the stars and moon on the Crash Hammer light up right before Tutley swings. He can also use this move for mid-range combat. At 1-2 feet, it does moderate to heavy damage if the foe is unable to avoid the star shower. From 3-5 feet, it can do fair damage to enemies. Enemies 6 and further wont get hit by the star shower. Shield Strike (Melee/Non Elemental, properties vary when using shield): Tutley charges raw barrier energy into his hammer, forming a solid wall of energy in front of it to increase the damage of his hammer attack. If he has a active or stocked shield, he can channel it into the hammer instead to create a different effect instead. The effect depends on the shield used, and if used the shield is used up completely. Shell Slam: Tutley retracts completely into his shell. By using his jet boot's air thrusters, Tutley enters a dizzying spin and shoots forwards, ricocheting off nearby objects and heavy obstacles (he may crash through weak obstacles) until he reemerges from his shell. Naturally learning this move, Tutley is rarely disoriented after this move unless he's in a weak or disabled state. He also needs to watch where he's going before he moves, as he has no control over his direction until he stops. He can however use his airshoes control his speed. Tutley's defenses are increased during this move, deflecting minor projectiles (small rocks, arrows, non-armor piercing bullets, ect.). Monster Magnet (Close/Midrange/Barrier Skill): Tutley pulls a extremely powerful magnet out from a pocket, forming raw barrier energy around it in the form of a larger magnet. Whereas it would normally be able to draw in machines only, the barrier magic seeks out and pulls living enemies in as well. After pulling an enemy in, Tutley is able to hurl the enemy by the manifestation of barrier energy, using far less strength than actually needed to lift that enemy. This move consumes one shield charge, and the magnet manifests itself for one post only. If Tutley misses, the magnet crackles out, leaving Tutley open for counter attack. Shell Smash: After the dimension tear, Tutley found out that his shell become comprised of pure barrier energy itself. When in dire straights, Tutley can pull the shells barrier energy into himself, raising his attack and speed stats to much higher levels, but also plummets his defense to abysmal levels. Tutley also gains 1-3 shield charges depending on his state before he smashes. It takes Tutley roughly five hours outside of combat to naturally reform his shell. Tutley's Advanced Shield System and Shield Database 1) What is a shield, and how does Tutley make one? Tutley's power backpack is able to create barrier energy from the enviorment around him, holding a maximum of 9 "charges" Tutley can manipulate around himself to form a shield. Shields reject reality by translating damage into knockback, the shield disappearing and hurling the shield bearer back 1-5 feet. Some forms of damage cannot be rejected, such as being crushed or taking severe fall damage. 2) Element Shields, Shield Skills and Charge Absorption: Furthermore, Tutley can channel elemental energy into a shield to change it into a more advanced form with his backpack's help, but doing so consumes extra charges. Elemental shields have unique properties, interacting differently when exposed to other elements. Shields can also bestow "shield skills" onto their bearer, giving them extra talents like jumping twice, or bouncing around in a bubble. Some shields can absorb their native element, resulting in Tutley gaining a temporary +1 charge to his shield charge count (happens 1 time max per shield). Shield energy is so easy to manipulate that even non mages can oftentimes grasp the concepts of shield skills. The shield skill within becomes instinctual to use within seconds. 3) Stocking and Mixing Shields When Tutley forms a shield for himself, he can either deploy it immediatly, or stock it. Tutley can stock shields within his body (3 max.), able to rotate from one shield to another, and also combine them. Stocked shields are visible, partly formed around Tutley's hands and back (not visible with shell on), though they are "inactive" in this form. Combined shields typically do not give extra protection, but they do change the properties of the shield, and often grant additional, stronger shield skills. Presently, Tutley only knows formulas to make a few shield types, but may learn new basic shield formulas, and shield combinations over time given the right inspiration. 4) Limit on Shield Selection and Shield Gifting As for creating a shield, he chooses from one of 5 shield types his backpack is programmed to help produce and inserts a shield card into the backpack to start the program. (Only 5 programs for shields can be ready in the backpack at one time, to avoid overloading the system with equations. It takes 1 hour to switch available shields, which Tutley's player will list in his signature.) As a extra touch to the process Tutley added, the backpack will call out the name of the shield just before it's deployed (A la Sonic Colors). If Tutley intends to give someone else a shield, he will pull a hose attachment out from his backpack and fire it at that ally. Only base (non-combined) shields can be transferred to someone else, as mix shields require actual control to use. The shield will surround whatever living being it comes into contact first, which can backfire for Tutley. This profile has a list of Tutley's known shields further down. 5) About Shield Charges, Restoration and Rapid Recharge Mode: Tutley has a maximum of 9 shield charges ready in his backpack that he can use to produce shields at any given time. The more complex the shield is, the more charges it takes to form. Absorbing an attack with a element shield will result in a +1 to the total number of charges Tutley has. This is only doable once per shield. Tutley's backpack naturally gathers one shield charge per 4 rounds of combat. If his available shield count hits 0, his backpack enters rapid recharge mode, restoring the first charge 5 rounds later, then 4, then 3 and so on. Tutley is forbidden from forming a shield until the count reaches 3. Doing so also ends rapid recharge mode. Charges will naturally replenish themselves over time in non combat situations. Tutley’s fighting style rewards cleaver use of his shields and situational awareness. Shields also dissipate an hour after creation, unable to maintain their form for long periods of time. (Hence why Sonic has never carried a shield from one act to the next.) The Shield Database Classic Shield (1 charge): The basic shield, a green bubble with a clear transparent line of energy circling round the shield. Absorbs one hit. Users within the shield may experience unusual phenomena, such as taking on more cartoony appearance, change in appearance, height and clothing. When this happens, the user gets a 10% boost in speed. Changes revert as soon as the shield is gone. Shield Strike Effect: Boosted Hammer- Adds 50% damage to the basic impact. Blast Shield (2 charges): Originally found on flickie’s island, this shield helped Sonic master the modern day homing attack. No element, user is surrounded by a pulsing golden shield. Shield Ability: Homing Attack Beta: The user jumps into the air, manipulating shield energy to home in on the nearest enemy, charging into them. The shield energy is extremely dense, causing damage on impact. Shield Strike Effect: Shield Impact- Tutley drives his hammer to the ground, causing an explosion directly in front of him. Tutley becomes open to counter attack should he miss, unable to move swiftly after driving the hammer into the ground. Aqua Shield (2 charges): A shield taking on the form of a bubble, a sheen traveling down the shield occasionally. Enables user to breathe underwater. Water element, absorbs water. Contact with electricity causes full damage and destroys the shield. Contact with cold tempatures may cause something to happen to this shield... Shield Ability: Bubble Bounce- The user is able to leap into the air and come back down, using the shield as a ball of sorts to bounce around by manipulating energy at the bottom of the shield downwards. Those caught directly under the bubble suffer heavy impact damage from the force of the shield. Shield Strike Effect: Bubble Hook- Forming a jab motion with the hammer, Tutley aims to trap the enemy in a bubble if they come in contact with the hammer. A bubbled enemy loses one action, and will take double damage if hit with electricity. Lightning Shield (2 charges): Static Electricity take on visible form around the user, occasionally crackling. Absorbs electricity and lazer fire immediately, comes down in contact with water. Shield Ability: Spark Jump- The user is able to jump once more in the air by forming a ball of static electricity at the bottom of the shield, gaining extra height. Also forms sparks from the bottom of the shield that can cause mild damage to enemies. Shield Strike Effect: Stun Strike- Tutley hits the enemy lightly, imbuing them with a high level of static electricity, temporarily paralyzing them. (Random chance of them losing an action during their next 5 turns). Low damage. Fire Shield (2 charges): Swirling flames circle around the user downwards. Fire element, grows larger when hit by fire. Doused by water. Shield causes continuous damage to those in the user’s melee range. Shield Ability: Homing Charge- A earlier variant of the homing attack, the shields energy is brought to the front and amplified, launching the user forwards at a target. The attack line is fairly easy to see and dodge to those paying attention, and the user can be hit directly in the back mid charge. Shield Strike Effect: Flame Uppercut- Tutley’s hammer becomes cloaked in flames, the turtle jumping upwards in an uppercut with his hammer. Does high damage if it connects, has higher accuracy verses airborne targets. May burn the target, causing continual damage each post for 3-5 posts. Light Shield (3 charges): A glowing sphere surrounds the user, energy pulsing downwards around them. Absorbs light magic and lazers. Restorative and support arts are augmented 10%. Shield Ability: Regen- Restores 5% of the users max health every turn (max 25%). Shield Strike Effect: Cure Smash- Tutley hits an ally over the head with his hammer, causing no damage; instead restoring 15% of their max health. Dark Shield (3 charges): A dark aura surrounds the user, continuously changing shape. Absorbs dark magic, increases user’s attack and magical attack damage 10%. Shield Ability: Spell Break- The user fires part of the shield (max 3 times) at an enemy, causing impact damage and potentially giving them the spell break status. Spell break stops audible spells from being used, and also decreases the effectiveness of other spells 20% Shield Strike Effect: Gravity Blow- Using the dark shield, Tutley drives his hammer into the ground, causing a three foot area around Tutley’s front side to grow dark. Immediately after, an anti-gravity pulse is shot upwards, hurling victims in the vicinity up 6-15 feet. While this move is very powerful, it costs Tutley a 3 charge shield, and also brings him down to one action next round. This move can oddly enough be used on friends in exploration to give them a boost, though it does waste 3 shield charges. NPC Name: T.J. Sakamoto Race: Fly-type hero chao Age: 3 (2nd incarnation) History: Tutley's ally and friend, found by his parents during a exploration mission in Palmtree Panic's Forests. It was badly injured at the time, so his parents brought it back to the lab to heal it. Since it didn't want to be released back into the wild, they gave it to the young Tutley Sakamoto (age 8) as a birthday present. Ever since, they've become fast friends. Since the dimension merge, he’s evolved granting him augmented abilities. He also possesses Tutley’s access to light and water magic. Appearance; T.J has a average build for a chao, except for his unusually large, similar to birdlike shaped blue wings (2 foot wingspan). His body is white with a light brown belly. A dark-blue dot shaped antenna bobs over his head. It changes its shape depending on T.J.'s mood. He has a small, pointed tail curved upwards. Talants: Advanced light magic (Ability transferred from Tutley): Anthos on Little Planet are highly attuned to the flow of magic. At age 9, Tutley could perform simple light manipulation. Seeing how amused Tutley was at this, his parents hired him a tutor, who trained Tutley in performing simple attack and restorative spells. At age 14, Tutley mastered the basics and continued to experiment on his own. With a little effort, he can create light balls by gathering energy from the sun or moon (long as its not cloudy) or from nearby light sources (torches, lights, ect.). He can use them for lighting (last for 2 of his posts) or hurl them at enemies for small damage. Tutley enjoys finding creative ways to use these. He can form 1 light ball at a time, and takes 5 seconds to do so. The dimension tear shifted this ability from Tutley into his chao instead, the mechanics working the same for his chao as they did him. Novice water magic (ability transferred from Tutley): In the climax of the invasion of Earth by Sarath, the invader's flagship crashed into a lake, with Sonic confirmed to be onboard. Tutley dove in without hesitation to save him, without knowing the particle's used to fly the ship were a type of radiation. It would up tampering with his DNA, flicking on the gene allowing his kind to use water magic. With a few moments focus, he is able to turn water particles in the air into actual water. The dimensional shift removed this talant from Tutley, and shifted it into his chao instead. Food Finder: Coming from the wild, T.J. has a somewhat wide knowledge of what is and isn’t safe to eat and will eagerly point this out. He may sometimes scavenge for food if Tutley is in a outdoor area (forest, rivers, streams...ect). Skills: Star Restoration (Healing/light): In lieu of his recent transformation and change in him and his partner’s magic grids, the chao finds itself able to use one of Tutley’s signature moves, albeit a bit weaker. Wings spread wide, a shimmering light glows from its body, a rain of comets falling from the air above and around it in a six foot circumference. Allies in the area receive a boost in stamina and have their wounds mended or slightly repaired if their severe. Injuries requiring surgical attention cannot be healed. He grows tired if he does it too much (3 times a day before he finds himself unable to cast magic.). Conversion (Magic/Chaos): If Tutley transfers control of T.J. to another person, T.J. will tag it's new owner and absorb some of it's DNA, changing its color and limbs to slightly mimic the new owner's appearance, changing it's legs, arms, hairstyle, antenna color and its wings and tail, if the character has one. (ex. copying a bluebird would give it talons, a beak, a tail covered in feathers, its body would become entirely dark blue and spout 3 distinctive feathers atop its head.)However, after 3 minutes, T.J. will miss it's real owner and will return to normal and seek Tutley out. Aqua Laser (Melee/Short Range/Water): T.J. points at a target, forming liquid water along a path from his hand to the target. This water is shot forwards at high density and speed. Fairly precise and speedy, this attack does mild damage. This move can also be used in a weaker version to replenish Tutley’s water supply in his backpack. This attack can only be used 3 times max per fight, as the chao is still adapting to using water magic. Tutley's pros and cons + High endurance and barrier magic, coupled with a wide variety of skills and moves make him useful in almost any situation, usually able to lead the charge in combat. + Him and T.J. have restorative and supportive magic, assisting and supporting allies. + Knows all about machines, technology and can hack them. + Tutley's equipment and skills give him great mobility, making it easy to explore vast areas. +Tutley can repair broken technology and machinery. +Tutley and T.J. make a dynamic duo, being able to sneak attack foes that are focusing on just one of them. +Has good team tactical knowledge, being able to think of a plan of action quickly. + Tutley is a turtle, which allows him to swim at high speeds underwater (25 mph) - Though Tutley’s talents are quite helpful, they also paint a large target on his back, attracting the fair brunt of enemy attention. While helpful in team mechanics, he can find himself overwhelmed without proper support. - Tutley has become a close range fighter, leaving him vulnerable to long ranged assaults. -Some of his attacks have hints, which can be bad in prolonged fights. -When overused, Tutley's equipment may break down. -If T.J. gets moderately injured in combat, Tutley will usually carry him in his open backpack, making flight unusable until he can find time to heal him. -Tutley is a turtle. Which makes him a reptile. Which gives him a weakness to cold. Prolonged exposure to cold can force him into hibernation, unable to take action until he warms up. -Tutley can be ejected out of his shell if an immense amount of weight is placed on him. (Ex. being stomped down upon by a heavy character.) For Better or Worse ? When out of his shell, Tutley is much faster due to not carrying around the extra weight. On the flip side, his defense falls greatly, making him more fragile. ? Tutley lends himself to the role of a shock trooper in battle, leading the assault with heavy attacks and supporting weaker allies. He also tends to draw a lot of enemy attention his way. ? Tutley has spent years tinkering with machinery and in turn getting electrocuted. Tutley’s natural weakness to electricity is only a fourth of what it should be. Everyone's favorite hyperactive turtle from the future! Current Shield Set: Blast, Fire, Water, Lightning, Light |
