Species - Squirrel/Cat hybrid.

Appearance - Nami has a cat-like face, with relatively long, straight ears and piercing yellow eyes. She has purple-blue fur and a white muzzle. She usually a far-away look in her eyes, and never seems to be looking at someone, but past them. She has six long bangs of fur on her forehead, two of which are twice as long as the others and fall over her eyes. She also has long bangs of fur tied up behind her head,like a large ponytail. Nami also has a large, bushy, squirrel tail, which she personally hates. She wears a baggy, long-sleeved purple shirt and black trousers, complete with blue and white sneakers. She wears a scabbard slung over her back to keep her katana in.

Personality - Nami judges people depending on how they first treat her, if someone was cruel to her when she first met them, but then became nice, she still wouldn't like them. She has a deep love of nature but also likes cities, albeit less. She also has a love of history and ancient things. Nami is usually kind to others and somewhat head-strong. If she sees someone she doesn't know being attacked, she will help and only later think if it was a good idea. She distrusts Humans a bit, due to a racist Human she met in her past, but doesn't agree with killing them like F4 does, thinking that it would only make Furries no better than cruel Humans. She hates people who judge others on how they dress, what they like, how rich they are, etc. Most of the time she is usually calm and it can take a lot to get her angry. She doesn't believe in 'good' and 'evil' but believes everyone has a different personality that can't be described as good or evil. Despite this and her kindness she doesn't object to fighting or killing, providing it's for the right reasons and not against innocent people.

Alignment - Neutral, leaning towards good.

Family - Mother, squirrel, nurse, and father cat, builder, who she no longer sees after their divorce.

Weapons - A long steel katana she keeps in a scabbard slung over her back.

Biography - Nami Sain was one of the top students at Station Square High School...in science at least. She received straight As in science but Fs or Ds in everything else. This was because she found everything else boring. It didn't matter that the teachers were practically killing themselves to get her to learn the subjects or how much her parents, Ami and Shane, told her she had to learn, whether it was 'boring' or not. Despite her bad grades she was happy with her life. She had four friends, who would regularly have arguments between themselves, which Nami forced herself to solve, this led to her calm personality, because she learnt that shouting and getting angry at them would never work, and only staying calm and not losing her head would. Despite her content life at the school her parents were at a loss of what to do about her grades. In the end they took her from school and decided that she would have a private tutor.

Nami had been expecting her tutor to be some old Human, who always sounded bored and wore strange glasses, that was her parents idea of a 'good teacher' instead it was a middle-aged Fox, with dark brown fur and 'cool' clothes, named Nerak. Nerak was the complete opposite to what Nami thought of teachers, he tried to make his lessons as fun as possible, sometimes even messing up the house to make sure she learnt (with her parents permission, of course), he took her out to see places, etc. Nami even found herself looking forward to her lessons and even admitted to him her secret that not even her parents knew, that she had a strange power over air. Nekar turned out to have the same power. She asked him to teach her to use it properly, becuase she had no control over it, (many a teacher's hat had flown away on a strange gust of air, never to be seen again.) and he accepted. Nami was 14 at the time.

For the next 2 years, he would cut lessons short to spend an hour teaching her how to control the air, teaching her to create 'air-discs' or changing air pressure, he would strictly state that she should only ever use these to save her's, or another's life, never for 'evil'. At the same time Nami had begun learning how to use a katana, a weapon which her grandfather had been a master at wielding. She would take the afore-mentioned grandfather's katana and practice with it 2 hours every week. After a few years Nami had progressed from a straight F student to an A student, who could use the wind as a weapon and wield a katana, though with less precision and power than the wind. She finished her education at 16, but kept in touch with Nekar, though she rarely saw him.

At the same time her parents had been having arguments, which eventually led to a divorce. Nami hated them somewhat for this. She left home at 17 (taking her grandfather's katana with her) and decided to travel, though she bought a home, a shack really, in the Mystic Ruins, though she rarely stayed there for more than a week. In the end, she settled for treasure-hunting and archeology as a job.

Moves - Wind Slash - Nami creates a kind of 'disc' of high pressure air that flies forward at a quick speed. The air-disc isn't too strong and can only usually knock someone off their feet, therefore Nami usually only uses it as a distraction. She can usually launch around 3 at the same time, any more than time and she starts to get exhausted.

Katana Throw - Combining her basic control over air and her katana skills, Nami can throw her katana at someone, propelling it along with air and bring it back to her. However bringing the katana back demands a lot of concentration and she can easily mess up if she's distracted or disturbed. She has a tiny bit of control over the katana's path when it's in the air.

Propel: By manipulating the air behind her, Nami can propel herself forward, making her move faster when running.

Airful Pressure - By changing the air pressure around her opponent, Nami can basically slowly squash them. This requires a lot of concentration and the slightest thing can distract her and change the air pressure back to normal.

Skills - Nami has a good grasp of science, especially science relating to air, air particles and air pressure. She is an experienced swordsman with her katana but finds other weapons, especially guns, hard to use or too heavy.
