An ocean facility was chosen to minimize their impact on the environment by exposing the natives to their presence and to have the ability to abort the mission at any time and leave no evidence by sinking the facility into the sea. The facility is has shields and active camouflage to protect and conceal it's presence.

Amiroo is approximately one hundred eighty four pounds and stands at six foot even. His body is lean, athletic, and youthful giving a teenage theme to him despite being in his late twenties. His hair is as black as petroleum oil and just as thick; he generally keeps it short to avoid people grabbing it in combat. His eyes; two hazel orbs that will consistently leave one guessing as to what's going on in his head; they radiate continuous, unwavering, confidence with rare exceptions. His Skin; a Mediterranean tan with freckles lightly sprinkled primarily on his face, just below his eyes but above his mouth, on his arms, with his forearms and the tops of his hands having the highest concentrations although even these areas are only covered sparingly.

Amiroo, in his true form, is a semi-anthropomorphic Deinonychus . He stands at six foot three inches tall and weighs approximately two hundred eleven pounds. At first glance he is clearly of theropod decent, a family tree of species that supposedly disappeared some sixty four million years ago following shortly the KT event. From his 'hairline' of dark maroon protofeathers, to the tip of his slender tail; his skin is a dark gray volcanic ash tone and its' texture is somewhat akin to snake skin as it appears to be scaly and slimy yet it is rather silky and dry. His eyes, like amber jewels, frame his face and, by contrast with his dark coloration, appear to seemingly glow. Needless to say, he does take on the visual persona of a villain which can serve to cover up his true good naturedness in the event he must lie about where his loyalties lay to achieve critical mission parameters. Regardless of form his voice has been described as listening to smooth Jazz and his demeanor untamed and somewhat wild, a true 'bad boy' at a glance. His choice in clothing is entirely dependent upon what he is doing at the time if he chooses to wear them at all.

Medical conditions:

Mitril valve prolapse: He also suffers from a slight heart defect in his heart's mitril valve. At times his heart's mitril valve quivers and doesn't close completely allowing blood to be regurgitated back into the upper chamber of the heart. This condition doesn't threaten Amiroo's life but can cause him quite a bit of pain; at times 'flooring him' as he puts it, leading observers, not in the know, to believe he's suffering a heart attack. This can lead to fainting but this isn't a common occurrence. His doc has contributed it to the intense strain he puts on his circulatory system with his semi-supertheropod, super high octane, occupation. But he can't very well stop as his job demands such things.

Wild and unshackled by societal expectations and social norms; Amiroo lives in a league all his own which many say contributes to his bold and eccentric nature. Some claim he's found a way to isolate himself from fear and pain gifting him with nerves of steel. This couldn't be further from the truth; Amiroo lives his life on a double edged blade, brushes with death are common and adventure is the name of the game; Amiroo needs this in order to thrive. His repeated instances of seemingly cheating death have emboldened the dinosaur and simply hardened him to fear and pain. Not that he doesn't experience them, he simply understands how to deal with them so he can carry out whatever mission he's on. Amiroo is gentle natured for the most part, if a bit off-the-walls/bizarre at times; He also isn't prone to losing his temper and keeps such unpleasant emotions to himself most occasions.
His greatest strength or perhaps his greatest weakness, you decide, is his enormous capacity for mercy and patience. He somehow finds it within his ability to forgive even those who have inflicted great harm to him, his team mates, and loved ones. He finds it difficult to "give people what they deserve" as it flies completely in the face of everything that he is. This, however, has not stopped him from doing so in the past but these were all exceptional circumstances.
As stated before he is of an eccentric nature and, usually, this supersedes all except in certain, extraordinary, circumstances. Generally speaking, he maintains a "larger than life and in your face" kind of attitude. This personality trait is SO dominant, in fact, that it's quite infectious; Others around him will often experience a boost in moral simply by having the positive reinforcement that he brings to the table. Indeed there have been many occasions where Amiroo's largest contribution to a conflict was simply stirring up the spirits of those around him; instilling in them a faith that victory was at hand if they but reached out to grasp it. This personality trait, above all, has thrust him into leadership among his peers. He may appear underdeveloped and utterly bizarre at times; but be fooled not, there's a method to his madness.

Skeezbee (A sport played on his home world. While in an arena the size of a European football field; It uses flying discs with the idea to fly the discs through hoops with slow spinning fans in them on top of poles about ten feet tall while defenders try to stop you in any way possible. When you score a hoop your team becomes the new defenders until the other team scores and your teams switch again. There are very few rules to this game short of 'don't get killed and don't kill anyone'. It is the interplanetary pass time where Amiroo's from.)

Fighting style: Amiroo's fighting style is based almost entirely on magic as most of his people do. His specialty type of magic is echokinesis with his base magic being pyrokinesis. Which means he can mimic other people's powers. However, while he isn't in possession of someone else's powers he also has a magical skillset of his own Pyrokinesis

He tends to ride along with the crew on their filming craft which is a modified space force drop ship. (no weapons. Shields and active cameo only.)

There's also the black hole powered (Hawking radiation) port gate platform they use to ferry themselves back and forth from their new home star system and their old home star system (Earth). This platform cant be used at the moment as it must reacquire signal from the home world to open; the star formations have changed since the fusion; this process could take months or years.

His personal transport is a craft that somewhat resembles a cross between a crotch rocket and a star wars speeder powered by a micro black hole's Hawking radiation and propelled by twin EHD thrusters. Although it does not possess any weapons it does sport some of the most powerful over shields of it's class and compliments this with near perfect active camouflage and vertical takeoff/landing capabilities.

Fireball: Amiroo can throw balls of plasma at targets, they're relatively weak but can burn bare skin, singe fur, and leave small yet nasty burns. usually leather or thick clothing is enough to stop of deflect this attack.

Hephaestus' breath: Amiroo can shoot a stream of fire from his mouth at an enemy up to 20 yards away. This fire is relatively weak but is able to burn bare skin. Leather armor or thick clothing will usually be enough to stop this attack from harming you.

Pyro strike:(Offensive) Amiroo is able to charge and project a beam of plasma from his mouth that can blast holes through sturdy walls and incinerate NPCs. This attack takes four posts to charge but once used can't be used again for eight posts. This attack is only meant to be used in a real pinch. Amiroo can't have used magic in the last eight posts and can't use any magic at all for five posts after using it. He also loses his immunity to heat for an equal number of posts.

Echo: (offensive/defensive) This move allows Amiroo to mimic perfectly the skills and powers of another until such time that he takes on someone else's powers. The downsides to this are Amiroo also mimics the weaknesses and limitations of the powers that the character he copied them from has to abide by, it only lasts for an hour, he must touch them physically to take on their powers, he can't mimic memories or thoughts but can take on mental abilities they may have, he must wait a minimum of five posts before he can copy someone else's powers after using echo, if he switches back to his own powers before the hour is up he loses the powers he got from another, and he can only take on one person's powers at a time; so for an example he could Pat Tails on the head and mimic Tail's mechanical genius (his IQ,not his thoughts or memories) then turn around, five posts later, and flick Sonic's ear and be as fast a sonic now, but no longer possess Tails' powers anymore.

brief description and back story:
Rog is a former Spacecraft technician for the now defunct Globonet (Glo-buh-net), an inter global telecommunications company that was based out of the space colonies. He joined the Space force shortly after the company went bottom up to take his life in a different direction. He was what is known as a spacecraft power plant technician which means he installed, repaired, and uninstalled fusion reactors. He did this for his first three enlistments until he met Malory (his now ex-wife) and had two children. After a rather nasty divorce due to his being on star treks for most of their marriage he won child custody and was awarded 800 credits a month in child support from his ex. Feeling the burden of fatherhood he cross rated to a mass communications specialist which would always land him in peaceful situations, as he did not qualify for combat photography/videography, which meant he could bring his children along with him on his voyages. The other crew members tend to aid him in child rearing while he carries out his duties here on Mobius.

Brief description:
Carrie is the youngest daughter of Rog. She is an emotional train wreck that Amiroo and Lucius tend to avoid if at all possible. She can be on top of the world one minute and the next she's crying as though her family and friends had all just died in a hideous shuttle accident. In the rare event that she isn't on the emotional roller coaster she is a living, breathing, example of what one refers to as a stalker fan girl. She has an infatuation with the Mobian Tails Prower; it's all she ever talks about. She can literally go on for hours and hours about Tails' recent exploits; another fine reason to avoid her as far as Lucius and Amiroo are concerned. Pictures of him are plastered all over her walls and she religiously follows any news of him that may float her way. She doesn't really care for Sonic that much, she thinks what he does is cool and all but more or less she paints him in the same light she does Amiroo: a showoff, arrogant, over glorified goody-two-shoes. Whether or not the divorce of her parents has had any effect on her is difficult to determine as her emotions were just as erratic before as they are now.

Eldest son of Rog. He is a very enthusiastic and impressionable teen bent on doing anything he's told not to. He isn't much for celebrities like his sister, but you better believe he idolizes Amiroo. Amiroo, in his eyes, is this infallible being that comes and goes as he pleases, heroically rescuing those in distress, always getting the girl, and leading a life of adventure and conquest to boot. Amiroo is everything that Lucius wishes he could be. He'd never admit this to anyone, especially not to Amiroo, but it shows through in his actions...everyone but Amiroo sees this for some reason. It is unclear whether Amiroo is too dense to see this or if he simply chooses to overlook it. Either way Amiroo and Lucius are best buds.

Brief description and history:
Tyberious wasn't always the lovable goof he is now. Once he was a police officer serving the colonies...and a trigger happy one to boot. He joined the force right out of upper school and worked for the police dept for two years before deciding it wasn't for him and joined the space force. He was sent through med school and pushed out into the fleet years later. He worked his way to the rank of captain and achieved a chief medical officer rating by the age of thirty eight. He's an extremely seasoned veteran having traveled from one side of the galaxy to the other and has been witness to more than his fair share of conflicts during his career. He currently serves as chief medical officer for the mobian documentation team.

Brief description and history:
Sarah was a gifted child even as a small hatch-ling, she was not only an honor student but was first in her class through primary, secondary, and post secondary school.
Her future seemed bright with a cushy job in the mining industry as a corporate executive....until she met Amiroo on a remote space force base in what is seen as the Orion constellation from Mobius. He was a lowly port gate technician at the time but he had a personality that was infectious. She was so taken with him that he somehow managed to eventually talk her into joining the space force so they could share a retirement together. She couldn't enlist into the space force as an enlisted-man due to her credentials so instead she was placed in OCS (Officer candidate school) and graduated as a second lieutenant 90 days later. She was immediately placed in the pilot's program and graduated a year later a large craft pilot. Sarah and Amiroo were wed six months after her graduation to allow them to be together as much as possible in accordance with space force regulations. She is currently serving as a pilot, mechanic, and mass communications assistant while documenting Mobius.

Weaknesses:

- He is only average with hand to hand combat as he hasn't had much beyond basic training to go on. He knows a few basic take-downs but nothing fancy.

- While in his human form he finds it awkward to use alien weapons and machinery.

History:

prologue:

sixty six million years ago an entire class of animals were wiped from the face of the Earth in a cataclysmic cosmic event...or were they? Although this is an epic tale of an ancient apocalypse it holds little basis in reality. What researchers have found are the genetically untempered with species' that inhabited the planet alongside what were referred to by the same name 'Dinosaurs'. Which were various species that had been genetically altered by an earlier pre-dinosaur species that has been lost to the furthest reaches of history eons ago. For 160 million years the Dinosaurs dominated the world. They expanded, and annexed new species that evolved over the millenia and they achieved a level of magical and technological prowess that allowed them to conquer not only Earth but other worlds and star systems as well; creating a modest interstellar empire known today as the Raptorian empire.

That was until that fateful day August 4, sixty six million years ago that changed all that. A brief civil war that ended with a mass driver misfiring on the Earth left the planet desolate and dead for the most part. (this inadvertently gave rise to the age of mammals.) With Earth effectively destroyed the star system's economy collapsed forcing the Dinosaurs to disperse to various star systems they had colonized. Sol system was soon lost to the pages of history for over sixty million years until just recently when it was rediscovered by a passing interstellar probe on route to another star system. A drone mission was launched to retrieve data about the planet, what it found rocked the Dinosaurs to the core. Earth was alive and had replaced their kind with a host of new species that had grown and infiltrated every corner of the globe and a few even progressing as far as civilization stage.

A team was assembled to study the planet in fine detail, they were tasked with a mission to bring back core samples, lesser lifeforms, video, photography, technology, Magical items, basically a full physical of the planet. The last time Dinosaurs had set foot on the planet it was a lifeless waist land. After initial documentation, it would be determined whether or not the civilizations that existed on the planet were culturally ready for first contact. The dimensional collision and merger was felt throughout Dinosaur society, many individuals vanishing without a trace presumably thrown into inter dimensional space never to return. While new individuals had appeared without any history or family. The crew on Earth have felt the changes as well and are currently attempting to reacquire contact with control. The team has only received an automated emergency broadcast ordering them to hunker down and cease operations. Until further notice their operations are on hold. Fortunately the crew have hydroponic gardens, water purification facilities, and aquatic livestock to support themselves through these tough times.

Biography:

Amiroo was hatched 28 years ago in the Manatian space colonies at Gulf breeze general hospital Rookery ward. A cluster of ring worlds on the opposite side of the Orion constellation, 655 light years from mobius, in a large, tropical, city world called Gulf breeze. This colony has the general feel of an Caribbean coastal city. The colony serves as a huge manufacturing base and tourist attractions. The colony is home to thirty million people and is covered 40% land, of which 70% is wilderness, and 60% is water. Amiroo is the son of a Manattian surfboard shop owner. Amiroo grew up on the beach, out in the surf, in the wilderness, blue water fishing, he was an active young man. In his teens Amiroo grew more wild and independent as he grew through his early magical training in Pyrokinesis, the same power his father and his fathers father and so on for three more generations back have had, and Amiroo became exceptionally skilled with it as he grew up. As Amiroo reached his adulthood he followed in his grandfather's footsteps and joined the space force (Join today! See the Galaxy!) as a port technician. He ensured that port gates (Teleportation platforms powered by black hole Hawking radiation drives that manipulate the quantums of the machinery and personnel to allow quantum entanglement to occur allowing for literal instant transportation anywhere on the galactic port gate grid.) for six years. While on his first contract he was sent to the outer rim to oversee the gate of a remote military base that protected a private mining operation from pirates. It was here that Amiroo met his future wife Sarah waters, an up and rising corporate executive, and to be breif they fell madly in love and worked out their lives to be together with relatively little bother from their families who seemed rather happy for them despite being from two different economic classes of society. Shortly afterwords they were wed and with Sarah joining up with the military as a pilot/mechanic. Amiroo cross rated to Master at arms to make it possible for them to stationed together as the space force attempts to keep married couples together. Amiroo was trained in the art of echokinesis by the Raptorian central intelligence agency as part of their guardian project. Amiroo and Sarah were finally stationed together, at last, on a classified mission to a newly discovered planet which turned out to be the Dinosaur home world.
