Appearance:
Light tan with a white underside extending from the tip of his tail, up his belly and chest, to his forehead just shy of his ears his fingers and toes however are brown. He has three very Roo like toes on each foot complete with claws and his hands each sport three fingers and a thumb also complete with claws. Luke has a lean,muscular frame especially his tail which he can use as an extra arm to lift objects or as an instant stool for him to balance upon during social events or otherwise. He typically stands about 4' 11'' but can reach 5' 4'' by balancing on his tail. He has baby blue eyes and weighs in at 110 lbs. His taste in clothing is generally that of a coastal region and geared strongly towards athletic styles. While training, instructing, or in battle he wears traditional battle robes (Identical to traditional Jedi garb)


Personality: Hyper and bubbly yet refined and disciplined. Luke is the kind of guy who enjoys greatly toying with others often allowing sparring matches, that he could otherwise very easily end with very little effort, to drag on for hours fooling his opponent into believing he or she is actually a match for Roo until he grows bored with them and ends it. That said, Roo is not one to kill just to kill he treasures life to an extent and believes in second, third, and even fourth chances. Usually he will allow an enemy who's down for the count or who has thrown in the towel to escape with their lives opting instead to simply teleport himself to a safe location. The reason for this vast, seemingly endless, amount of Mercy he displays being his unwavering belief in the goodness of Human and furry kind. He strongly believes that even the blackest, most unfeeling, ice cold soul can change. After all...he changed. Whenever he can get away from training and his duties as asst instructor he often throws away the hours indulging himself with his favorite hobby which is Surfing the large swells off the south coast of Western island. He simply loses himself in this sport. Riding the large waves over the shallow reef south of western island allows Roo to cut loose and drop his disciplined appearance and take on a more light hearted and child like attitude which is his true nature. As the old saying goes: Like a kid in a candy store.

Fighting style: Jujitsu/Magic. He generally will use Jujitsu to dispatch an enemy unless the enemy has proven them self worthy of magical dispatchment. (usually by displaying magical capability themselves or they're backed up with heavy weapons.) Roo has been training almost nonstop for the past 21 years in the arts of magic and Jujitsu putting him among the ranks of the black belts in both arts. Although he has not reached Master status in either another 15 or so years may see him go from being a great power to a super power like his master before him.


Special moves: (combatant)

Counter Carry: Roo can capture, and store away if need be for later use,incoming attacks via wormholes he generates and re-directs said attacks back at their source. So in all actuality the enemy is attacking itself. This defense is nearly infallible from most attacks except in the case of high speed ballistic projectiles such as bullets for example that move at speeds in excess of the speed of sound. Such things cannot be seen mid flight with anything short of a high speed camera so not only would he not be able to see the projectile coming even if he could he certainly would not have the time he needs to react before the round has reached him. Thus Roo is just as vulnerable to ballistic weaponry (firearms) as anyone else. Really anything he can't see coming or doesn't have time to react to he's vulnerable to. But slow to medium speed threats that can be seen mid flight and reacted to such as energy bolts, magic (only magical energy attacks), arrows, etc etc etc can be captured and redirected back at their source or stored away for later use.Once Roo captures an attack he can only hold it for three posts before it's lost forever. He can hold up to 450lbs total on the event horizon without losing it to the singularity. He cannot capture living beings inside his wormhole under any circumstances.
More or less if the enemy is destroyed it will be because they destroyed themselves. (note: Although Lucas can deflect punches and kicks they cannot be injested by the wormhole. Also attacks that are captured cannot be combined with other captured attacks to form stronger ones nor can they be used at the same time.)

Roo generally uses this attack when faced with overwhelming odds such as a heavily fortified installation,vehicles, or when simply heavily outnumbered or outclassed. He can keep using this attack repeatedly for a prolonged period of time so long as he isn't being forced to use it every post. If this is the case he would be able to keep it up for only two posts before having to stop using magic for three. If he is only using this move once every three posts he can generally keep up the pace for the duration of a battle without completely draining his energy reserve.


Special moves: (Noncombatant)

Teleport: Roo can teleport himself anywhere in the world that he has been to in the last 2 jumps using a wormhole to transport himself. This move requires a minimum charging time of 3 posts to teleport to a location on the other side of the planet. While he's charging up to teleport he can't move or risk breaking his concentration. If, for any reason, he loses concentration he'll have to start charging up all over again. The excessive charge time and the inability to move while charging makes this move impractical for battle but a handy way to travel. There are however some additional limitations to this move. Although he can teleport to the locations of buildings(if he's been there before) he cannot teleport inside of them. He also cannot teleport while inside of buildings or to a location that is currently moving. While teleporting any attacks he may have had stored are lost to the singularity forever as he must bring all his energy and focus into ripping open a traversable wormhole.

Over does things at times. EX. putting too much energy into an attack and not pacing himself thus wearing himself out early on in the battle.

Some would say arrogant pointing to the amusement he derives from toying with weaker adversaries.

Easy to frustrate. Although this is a trait he tries to keep suppressed he does become very annoyed if things don't go exactly as planned thus clouding his judgement.

History:

As a young Joey Lucas had a rough life. An only child from a poor family; his mother a drug dealer his father serving (and still serving) a life sentence for 1st degree murder. Drugs constantly ran through that apartment on the west bank of Capitol city. Strange and unstable people were often loitering about the household looking to get their next fix. By his 13th birthday Roo himself was an addict and for years he lived fix to fix and was in and out of Jail on a regular basis. On a cold winter night when Roo was 16 years old the police raided his home and arrested he and his mother on charges of murder. The charges against him were dropped after his mother confessed to killing a 23 year old man. She later explained to Roo that she confessed straight up so they would drop the charges against him. They didn't have evidence that he helped, which he didn't, but they had witnesses who believed they had seen a second person with her that night and the prosecutors believed they had a strong case against him as well. She told Roo to get clean, straighten himself out, and not let the drugs destroy him too.

She firmly believed that Roo could change, that he had within himself the strength to escape what she and his father could not. She was later convicted of first degree murder and received a death sentence. Almost the next day he checked himself into rehab and six months later he was clean. He then floated about through odd jobs for a time before landing a janitor gig at a martial/magical arts training center in the countryside outside of Station square. Little did he know that this was the beginning of a brighter tomorrow for him. The senior instructor Agrippa was a seasoned veteran of battle, a student of war. Although he was old his senses were sharp and were quick to notice Lucas' hidden spirit energy. He sensed the great power that resided within Roo waiting to show itself. Agrippa insisted Roo enroll for training immediately. Roo was flattered but had to decline as he was not able to pay for the training. Agrippa would not take no for an answer. He was not about to allow a being with such incredible spirit energy to simply walk away from greatness. He offered Roo free room and board along with free training directly under him provided Roo did help Agrippa keep the place tidy and more importantly ate his cooking which many would say is down right awful.

After a great deal of hesitation Roo accepted the offer and moved in to the training center. The next 21 years were spent training and studying Jujitsu and unlocking his hidden spirit energy, Sculpting himself, with the aid of his master, into a powerful warrior. Random tournaments were scattered about these two decades adding to Roo's experience with actual combat.
These days Roo is acting second senior instructor at the school taking over where old age prevents Agrippa from training the students. He still visits his mother in prison weekly helping her and her lawyer discuss plans for appeals to have her sentence reduced. His father is another story as he isn't remorseful for anything he did. The drugs, the beatings, the murders he's actually proud of all of it which utterly disgusts Roo and his mother to the core so to say the least they dont talk anymore.

skills: back in his prime (40's-50's) he was at least seven times as powerful as Roo is currently and was at one time the greatest fighter in the world able to block just about anything including bullets and even the rounds of a T-62 tank which he utterly destroyed. But old age has taken it's toll on Agrippa leaving him with only a small fraction of his former strength roughly about 15% of Roo's strength. Although his strength is just about gone his knowledge of the martial and magical arts has only steadily increased over the years leaving him still an effective instructor.
