RE: Priscilla's yee olde shoppe
I explain. "Magnus, look back at the store, see if that other female wolf is still there. If she is, I bet the beast fox isn't that far." I turn to Gail. "You may be hurt, but you can win. You need to join Magnus to find the beast fox. If that female wolf is indeed still at the store, then that beast fox can't be far. Get him out of town for me, both of you! Kick his butt! Gail, impress your darling Tech Rathgen by finding that beast fox and kicking his butt."

Ji and Anu were still out, but they were beginning to stir.

The Shattering screwed up time something awful. A select few were dumped out of their age altogether, a certain Egyptian queen included.

Magnus turned back towards the store and began to trek back towards the ruin of the former barn turned shop. It looked a mess, but he was determined that if either the armored fox, or Priscilla who he was sure was in league with the fox were in there, he'd drag them out to give them a piece of his mind.

RE: Priscilla's yee olde shoppe
Priscilla thought for a moment. The other home coming stone was still in the now mostly ruined barn. They just couldn't leave it there, along with the rest of Relic's weapons.
"Relic, I want you to make me soar back from where we came." the white wolf had a plan on getting her subordinate back into town quickly. With out questioning his master, he began to line up his shot. Cocking his left arm back like he was a shot putter. With a mighty heave he launched the wolf forward.

Priscilla wasn't in the air for more then 2 seconds before she enacted her plan frantically doing the motions and calling out "Castling" she and Relic switched places. Now the giant once paladin was rocketing towards the group of heroes. While Priscilla was safely back at the road leading out of town.

Relic landed chest and face first. His large body simply planted into the ground, leaving a small crater. He was about 60 feet from the barn, he had aimed for Priscilla to land in one of the hay stacks, but the extra mass had caused him to lose much of the distance in the throw.

[You know, I was kind of hoping we would be bringing this to an end. I'm ready to get on with Gail's next plotline. Oh well, I suppose the show must go on.]

Gail grinned broadly when Tech encouraged him to fight on. He slowly swayed to his feet, still trying to look like none of his injuries bothered him. But they clearly did. His knees wobbled and shook, almost knocking into each other. He was so blinded by his testosterone he didn't even notice that until just before Tech had been encouraging him to stop.

"Don't worry...I'll go kick..."

BOOM!

Gail whirled around...or tried to. When he turned around too fast he felt a splitting pain in his side, and cried out. The wolf quickly put a hand to the hurting spot though, and grit his teeth as he looked at what had just landed nearby.

As the dust settled he saw a small crater with something big inside.

Is it him? Oh crap...it is. First teleporting, now flying through the air? What else can he do?!

Grumbling, Gail fumbled for his bullets, unfolded the cylinder on his revolver, and started to load the Whipcrack's chambers again. With his injuries, he'd have to rely on his gun if he wanted to win. Not the bravest way to do it, but at this point it'd probably be the only way.

I equip my laser. I don't fire. However, I do know that this beast fox might attack. I won't ever fire the first shot.

I raise my voice. "Think about what you're doing Mr. Fox. You don't wanna attack us. Stand down and leave and you won't be hurt."

Anu got up first, then helped Ji to her feet. They weren't at all sure what had gone on while they were out, and considering the circumstances, it could've been anything. They took a quick preliminary look around to assess the situation.

RE: Priscilla's yee olde shoppe
Magnus stopped in his tracks when Drake hit the ground, he was already on his way back to the barn so he was now closer. Magnus was right where he wanted to be, he had his gauntlets charged to 75 percent, and Drake was right in front of him. "How did I get so lucky?" He said grinning.

Magnus took off as fast as his broken leg would let him towards the fox and when he was right in front of him, he shut his eyes tight and slammed his fists together creating a blinding light that would stun him and make the visible world disappear from him for a bit. (At this range, 2 turns. If anyone further away saw, 1 turn for them.)

Relic scoffed at Tech's comment. The fox had known pain beyond measure, her threats felt empty.
The flash blinded the dread knight, but stunning the ex-paladin would take more then a light show. Even though he was completely blinded, he would try to continue on with his goal. He coiled his body up, getting ready to leap.

The white wolf paced back and forth on the outskirts of the town. She was slightly worried, having seen how badly her servant had been damaged. She dismissed the thought. She would give Relic a few more minutes before she would recal him again. He should have the home coming stone by then.

RE: Priscilla's yee olde shoppe
Now that his revolver's chambers were full, Gail pointed the revolver at Relic...and saw Magnus was running straight for the beast like an idiot and wobbling all over the place, blocking the shot. Growling softly, Gail stepped over to the right to get Magnus out of the line of fire.

Now that he had a better shot, Gail laid down prone on the ground slowly, so as not to irritate his injuries too much. Once in position, the wolf very carefully aimed down the revolver's iron sights. He took aim for the beast's chest, since he'd lost armor there previously. Since Gail laid down in a stable position and took the time to properly aim, this would be a very accurate shot.

The wolf gently squeezed the trigger, and the gun kicked back. Then he let the gun settle, sighted again, and fired one more shot for good measure.

After that he couldn't shoot, because Magnus fired some kind of blinding white light attack that forced him to close his eyes and look away, even at a distance.

"YOU FOOL!" Gail howled as he covered his eyes. "YOU'RE JUST GETTING IN MY WAY!"
