RE: Egg Flag Ship
The doctor overheard Bokkun saying "baka" at the end of the demonstration. He looked confusedly at the tiny bot.
"What is a 'baka'?" Shaking his head, Robotnik observed the damage the lasers had done. It definitely looked very impressive, with the high damage output. Although he suspected it would be difficult to field this kind of bot as a standard soldier. No doubt that weapon used up a lot of energy. Perhaps he could designate it as a special forces soldier of sorts. "So...what other features does it have? Does it have a six-CD changer too?" The doctor chuckled at the end, at his own joke. |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
Rampage grinned alongside the Doctor's little joke. "Funny you should mention that. Indy, Drums of War." From the Com-Bot's left shoulder, a large sound speaker popped out and played a brief snippet of 'The Ride of the Valkries' at an almost painfully high volume. After a moment, the speaker quickly retracted retracted back into the Com-Bot's shoulder. "Makes for some handy psychological warfare." Rampage explained.
"But this is probably my favorite feature. Indy, Stealth Mode." If Robotnik had been watching Rampage while he was speaking, he'd be surprised to see that Com-Bot had all bu vanished. |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
As soon as Decoe managed to stand up, the loud, pounding music of Ride of the Valkries began to play. Even though the two didn’t have real hears, they could tell it was painfully loud, which made them cover there “ears” immediately. Once the music stopped, Decoe walked over to Bocoe’s side, and replied to the badger’s remark; though whether he would understand was unknowable.
“ ... Fuite o tsukai no - mimi auto sensō sonota no yōna!”, Decoe started, his voice and face showing agrivation, “ Shinri-gaku wa asobi ni kite mae ni, sore ga saisho ni kimasu!!” “ Un. Sono mae ni mimi ga kikoenaku naru to omoimasu...” Bocoe replied back, though he sounded only a little bit irritated. He also would sound slightly sarcastic in his saying as well. The little bot looked somewhat confused and agitated; but not at the loud burst of music, but more at the two bots. Though he was hesitating to ask, in downfall of getting a stupid answer, he finally asked. “Why are you guys suddenly speaking Japanese?” They didn’t look towards him, but Decoe and Bocoe did answer in unison. “ Sono yō ni kanjiru...” With dull eyes, Bokkun sighed. ”Figures…. As the Com-Bot disappeared, it was apparent that Decoe and Bocoe weren’t paying attention. They didn’t notice nor did they seem to hear Rampage talking. For them, it was Eggman’s concern, not there’s. ( Translation [For Your Information]: Decoe: ...More like 'blowing-your-ears-out' war!!!, That will come first before psychology comes to play!!!! Bocoe: Yeah. You'd go deaf before that.... Decoe and Bocoe: Feel Like it….) |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
"AAAAH!"
Robotnik clapped his hands over his ears, as the music blasted throughout the hangar. Why on earth had his alternative self installed such a ridiculous feature in one of these robots?! Psychological warfare? Well then again, some armies did play music (like loud drums) to intimidate the enemy into surrender... In any case, he was too busy covering his ears to properly hear what Rampage said, except for the last part. "He has a stealth mode?" And sure enough, the robot was completely gone when he looked around. Very remarkable indeed. But no doubt it would add to the cost of the bot, so he wouldn't be able to manufacture too many of them. "So...what are the weaknesses of this stealth? Loud footsteps?" He looked around the room, trying to spot a faint outline of the robot's silhouette. |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
Rampage snapped his finger and like flipping a light on , the Com-Bot emerged behind Decoe with its massive rotary barreled laser cannon spinning up directly behind the androids head. Simultaneously, Indy had the tip of a large machete pointing at the back of Bocoes neck.
"One drawback is that the power core can't maintain the cloaking device and charge its laser cannons or attack. It always has to de-cloak before attacking." Rampage smiled with a cruel grin. "Cloak can't stay on forever of course. But its got the best combat programing there is and the very best armour you can find." |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
All Decoe could was look slightly behind him. He was shocked, but at the same time not too concerned, Bocoe on the other hand, as soon as he noticed the blade and the bot, grabbed onto the back of the blade with his left hand while using his thumb to cover the very tip of the machete. He did look surprised in the process, but seemed to keep his cool a little better than Decoe. Bokkun quickly flew away, with a look of shock and fear as he flew directly over towards Robotnik; floating behind him as he looked over his left shoulder. He was shivering a bit, obviously a little shaken by the com-bot’s sudden appearance.
“Best combat program, hm?” Bocoe muttered lowly, though the others would be able to hear. “…And armor? That’s quite a combo combined with a clocking device, huh?” Decoe replied nervously, as he looked over towards Bocoe. Though it seemed like the badger was purposely trying to pitch a fight indirectly, just for the sake of showing off the new robot to the Doctor; Decoe and Bocoe didn’t move. After all, if they were just being mistaken for whatever reason, picking a fight with the giant would make them look considerable bad with the Doc. After all, he’d probably get mad at them for screwing up, like the usually did. But Bocoe did demonstrate a bit of uneasiness as he gripped the back of the sword tightly with much more than enough strength and proceeded in crushing the tip of the blade. Other than that, the two did no sudden movements. |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
Robotnik smiled ear to ear at seeing how stealthily the Com Bot managed to get behind Decoe and Bocoe like that. He turned back to face the badger.
"Very impressive...although I don't think we'll be able to manufacture them on a large scale." The smile faded away, as he said this. "I'm afraid I expended quite a bit on that attack on Soleanna. It could be a while before my army's built back up again." He paced around the hangar, explaining his next scheme. "Now...I did say that, but I do have a plan to power up what we have quickly. Angel Island has a high concentration of emerald fragments right now. I plan to lead a big part of my army there and start mining for them. And I have all sorts of delicious projects lined up for them..." The doctor chuckled, and wished he could show his design sketches of some of the super robots he was planning. He whirled around, facing his new four allies. "Anyway...I want you four to lead the mining operation. Guide the troops and protect my machines as they mine the island. No doubt the hedgehog and his friends will be there once they hear about it. Sound good?" |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
[3 days abesnce rule]
“Don’t have much of a choice…” Bocoe replied dully. After all they couldn’t disobey him. They already did that once, and they came extremely close to getting blown to pieces. Placing his index finger to his mouth as he looked up, Decoe asked a question. “But, what about Knuckles-san? Wouldn’t he be around there? After all, it is sorta his turf…” “I’d be more worried about Sonic-san showing up than Knuckles.” Bocoe started out, crossing his arms. “After all, the Dr. Eggman-sama can just take care of him by putting on an act and telling some stupid lie about ‘wanting to go home’ or ‘ Sonic has the Master Emerald!’” “True…He does fall for that easily…” |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
A frown crossed Robotnik's face when Bocoe showed how he felt about his next assignment. "Bocoe, if you didn't want to work for me, why did you decide to come along in the first place?"
He clearly seemed a little peeved at Bocoe's comment. But the mood lightened when he mentioned how easy Knuckles was to trick. That actually got the doctor to laugh out loud. "True...so true about Knuckles. If he's there, I wonder what kind of lie I'll give him this time." The doctor suddenly took on a child-like demeanor as he grinned and rubbed his chin. "Maybe I should tell him I can fix the dimension merge if I have all the fragments. He'd definitely buy that!" And Robotnik let out another round of chuckles. Tricking that echidna again sounded like a lot of good fun. |

RE: Egg Flag Ship
While he was grateful being allowed to join Robotnik's forces, his first assignment left something to be desired. He is a warrior, not a foreman. Watching over digging crews didn't sound like much fun. For a time, Rampage had been at a bit of a loss as to where this Angel Island was. At least he was until Knuckles was mentioned. "Oh, you mean the Floating Island? I thought you were talking about some miserable spite of land someplace lord knows where."
Suddenly the prospects of this mission didn't seem so dull. He'd never encountered Knuckles before, but he'd heard impressive things about the Floating Island's guardian. Quote:Maybe I should tell him I can fix the dimension merge if I have all the fragments. He'd definitely buy that!" Talking and bluffing also didn't sound like any fun to the battle hardened badger. If he was going to go along with this plan, he wanted to fight. "Uh... couldn't we just... y'know shoot him in the back while he's not looking? Of course, for Rampage, shooting someone in the back would hardly be any fun at all. Where's the challenge in killing an unprepared opponent? |
