[Dr. Robotnik]

Robotnik returned the smile. "Of course you are patient." He waited a few more seconds, and gave a little chuckle, just to annoy Sonic slightly. "Anyway..." he said this loud enough for Tails to hear. "I propose that I simply drop you off somewhere deserted, and then we go our separate ways. Tails does not follow me, and my army doesn't follow you. Then we get back to our usual business the next time we meet. Deal?" Robotnik extended a gloved hand.

[Sonic]

Sonic opened one eye as he eyed the Doc’s hand. Instead of a grin of his face, he had more of a neutral frown. For a few moments he just stared at his hand. He obviously was thinking about what Robotnik was trying to pull, if he was trying to pull anything. His foot began to tap faster.

“O-kay Old man,” He started, with a slightly grin, both his eyes finally opening. “It’s a deal. But if you try anything funny, I’m going to personal give you a ride you won’t ever forget.” Without hesitation, he grabbed the Doctor’s hand and shook it.

[Tails]

Tails complies and flies off at a distance. "You got it Robotnik. I'll get you soon Sonic, don't worry. Then I'll be able to talk to you again."

Tails turns the plane around and flies off at a far away distance, but not far enough to lose them. He salutes and sends Robotnik a message. "Don't worry Robotnik, I won't attack and I'll do as you say. Enjoy your vacation from me for awhile."

Tails goes on his own way and flies to Soleanna.

Immediately after taking Sonic's handshake, Robotnik spoke into his radio.

"SWATpods...break off. I shall return soon, so remain in the air."

The SWATpods began to leave as Tails had done. Now it was just Sonic and Robotnik. The good doctor steered the ship for a deserted location, further down the coastline from Soleanna proper.

[Decoe and Bocoe]

Decoe and Bocoe were a little worried about the Doctor’s well being. Even though nothing happened, and Eggman had managed to strike a deal with Sonic, they still were a little uncomfortable. Each of them showed this in their own way. Decoe was concentrating very hard on his yo-yo as it went methodically up and down; Bocoe had his arms crossed as he leaned against the wall, staring at the floor while gripping his arms tight, and Bokkun “paced” back and forth quickly. All three of them awaited either a message from the Doc or his arrival.

[From A Quiet Beach]

Soon, Robotnik's voice boomed out over the loudspeakers. "Aloha, glorious Robotnik Army! Your master has returned! How about preparing for my return? SWATpods, get over here."

Far off in the distance, one would see the lone dot of Robotnik's Egg Pod approaching. They'd indeed see that Robotnik was safe and sound as he flew back to the ship.

[Decoe and Bocoe]

All three of them sighed in relief. Hearing the good Doctor’s voice over the loud speakers was a relief for them. Though they figured nothing major would happen, but it didn’t mean they wouldn’t worry. Without hesitation, Decoe went over to the consol and typed in the order for the SWATpods to cover the incoming Doc.

[Dr. Robotnik]

As Robotnik neared the Egg Carrier, he personally entered a command into his console. One of the hangar doors opened up, allowing him inside. The SWATpods broke off in the meantime. The good doctor brought the Egg Pod gently to the floor, before climbing out and marching towards the bridge. As he did, he shouted out commands into his personal comm unit.

"Attention Egg Fleet, we are pulling out now. Everyone who is able, retreat back to the Egg Carrier or the Egg Ships still operable and fall back to Robotropolis." The doctor glanced off to the side, noticing Decoe, Bocoe, and Bokkun. Smiling, he walked over to them. "So, I see you made it here. You must have helped a Robotnik from another dimension, right? What were your names again?"

[Decoe and Bocoe]

Like a fly to sugar water, Bokkun was the first to speak up; with a child-like twinkle in his eye and a wide smile on his face as he saluted the Doctor.

“I’m Bokkun, Eggman-sama!” he exclaimed cheerfully.

Bocoe more or less rolled his eyes at the small bot’s enthusiasm, as he saluted Dr. Eggman, and casually replied to his question. “I’m Bocoe.” Decoe, begin the next and last in line saluted quickly, while replying, “And I’m Decoe-“

But before he could finish, he was quickly smacked in the head. The reason being was as he was quickly saluting the Doctor, he had forgotten the yo-yo still on his hand. And the quick movements allowed the yo-yo to have enough force to hit Decoe square in the eyes; causing him to fall backwards. Bocoe promptly face-palmed, while Bokkun looked dully down at Decoe who had crashed to the floor.

“The first time was hilarious…” Bokkun started out, in a quiet voice, “ The second time was just as funny….the Third time, it was getting old. Now the fourth is just plain pitiful…”

Shaking his head in disappointment, Bocoe looked up, while putting his hands in his pockets. “You’d think by now he’d learn to put it on the –other- hand…” Bocoe added an aside, in a small mutter.

Rubbing the place where the yo-yo hit as though it hurt, Decoe exclaimed his defense. “It’s not –MY- fault I was programmed to be RIGHT handed!!!”

When Bokkun flew up in the doctor's face, he instinctively reared back a bit, with his eyes widening behind his glasses. It felt like he was being jumped by a little hyperactive dog...the kind of pet an apartment dweller might have. But all the same, he did appreciate the little bot's cheerful mood, and smiled back.

Then Decoe saluted and accidentally smacked himself. Feeling somewhat embarassed for Decoe, the doctor's impressive moustache literally seemed to droop as his smile faded. He honestly wasn't sure what he should say to all this.

But then it dawned on him that these two humans before him were actually robots underneath, when Decoe mentioned he was programmed. "Wait...are you saying I actually was good enough in another dimension to make human-looking robots?"
