I'm still alive and kicking!

To those who remember me, I wanted to finally stop by and get ya'll updated on my current activities. As some may remember, I had to stop visiting because my life went into quite a flux. I didn't have the time to visit, money was tight and I was stressing. Job hunting was my primary activity.

Well, I got good news. I finally found work as a Campus Computer Tech at a nearby high school! It's a great job and I'm happy there. I started about a month ago and have been enjoying it alot.

So how have things been here? How's the current Robotnik doing? How are ya'll?

The board's nearly dead now. Lynx finally left, saying he was ready to let go of roleplaying. And Yoli decided to leave for personal reasons, which I won't go into detail on. So that leaves me and Chadin as the only staff members that actually do things nowadays.

But despite that, I think this is the most fun I've had on the board in a long time. With so few people around, we don't feel the need to stick strictly to our old rules anymore, and play a lot faster and looser now. It's a lot more spontaneous and fun like this.

Oh yeah, and I'm the Robotnik player now. Originally I only did it as a bid to try to keep the place alive, but I genuinely love being him and I wish I'd taken on this job sooner. I typically don't have much fun being official characters, but this was a big exception. Lemme just say that I think I actually wanna hang onto him now

Being the evil guy is quite fun! So who are the active 'good' guys and who are the active 'bad' guys right now?

It's nice to see another older member coming back. Good to hear you have a job that you are happy with. I wish I could say the same about my job, but at least I have one... Anyway, to answer your question, I play three 'good' guys, Dulcy, Falina, and Princess Elise. We also have someone playing Tails, and a Soleanna police officer named Tech Rathgen. Then there is Chadin, and also Giichi, though he's listed as neutral, he's currently fighting on the side of good, with his home city in danger of being taken over at the moment. Finally, there is a new player on the hero side named Rock, don't think he's joined a thread yet.

As for villains, it's pretty much just Robo, and also Relic Drake and his boss Lady Priscilla.

Have you thought of just retconning your first post and making another intro post in an area with more actionn? I don't mind if you do that. We really want more active players around here Giichi's little group and Soleanna need all the help they can get to battle Robotnik.

I have thought about it. That, or trying to get one of my other characters accepted. I don't know which I'll do yet.

Only one to two villians? Really? No minions of Robotnik exist just yet?

I'm surprised by this myself.

Traditionally the evil factions seem to draw in lots of little minions, but this time around we have a lot more heroes who are actually battling Robotnik.

Of course, it does help that there's not much activity, so you either have to participate in the main storyline or you won't be doing much of anything.
