RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
She watches as he raises his gauntlet and aims his palm at her, feeling a little tense as she wonders if he can fire some sort of beam weapon from it. She then notices a bright light as it forms under her, and she looks down at it, then back at Relic. "What's this?.... I feel, stronger." She blinks, wondering why he would help her, but she decides to just go with it, and she moves forward just a bit and aims a solid kick at his gut. She holds her claws back, showing that she is still not trying to kill him.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
The fox moved in as well, the massively boosted kick rocked the side of his body. Visibly shaking him, the dragon could feel his ribs bending, on the point of breaking, to the kick. Yet a wide grin seemed to form on his face, his eyes widening with glee, for the first time the dragon could see some emotion on Relic's face. Joy, joy while in the midst of taking a bone shattering kick.
He clamped his right hand down, attempting to keep the leg wedged between his body and arm. While he would also go to work with his left gauntlet, bearing down the hunk of metal like a giant hammer attempting to beat on the dragons leg. A fresh stream of blood was once again coming from his mouth, staining his enthusiastic grin crimson. |

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
She blinks, a look of surprise filling her expression as he takes hold of her leg after what felt like a really powerful kick. She quickly reacts though, pushing her tail hard against the ground, she balances on it for a moment and lifts her other leg to aim a kick at Relic's chest. The fact that he had a smile of joy on his face even as blood came from his mouth after her first kick really started to creep her out though as she thought to herself 'Does this guy like pain?'

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Drake's reaction came immediately, being a warrior through and through. As Dulcy motioned to rely on her tail for balance Relic released her leg. With his powerful legs and with out the burden of is armor he would just be able to beat out Dulcy's leg, even with his own self imposed buff. Becoming air born before the strike hit him. In mid air his body was completely coiled up, his legs as close to his body as possible, as he began to return to the ground he would straighten his body, using his muscles plus gravity to come down with a mighty stomp. "WAH!" was all that escaped his throat.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
As Relic unexpectedly releases her leg and her kick misses, she is thrown off balance and has a hard time recovering and is unable to get on her feet before the stomp comes, hitting her hard in the chest just where her pouch begins. She cries out in pain and clutches her chest where the attack had landed, feeling like she may have a broken rib or two now. She does get to her feet then and backs away a bit as she tries to recover her composure as her tail now sways back and forth more. She is clearly nervous, as it now occurs to her that she may have met her match with this wolf.
She now takes another deep breath, though with her injuries it now hurts to do this, and blasts another stream of icy breath through her nostrils toward Relic. This is noticeably weaker than her last couple of breath attacks though. |
