Duel: Dulcy vs Relic

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Dulcy's expression quickly turns to a mix of worry and surprise as he not only holds onto her tail even as she kicks him in the head, but he lifts her up and starts to spin her around. By the time he tosses her up into the air, she is to dizzy to really know what's going on, but when he grabs her and she comes crashing back down with him, she belts out a loud cry of pain and falls to land on her side. She lays there for a few moments before she's able to recover from that attack and stand up again, but before she even gets up, she takes a deep breath and turns her head toward Relic, breathing out a focused stream of fire breath. This will hopefully give her a chance to get up and put some distance between them again while he's recovering from her breath attack.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Relic remained expressionless behind his now damaged helm. He was already making a move towards the downed dragon when she turned her head and let loose a stream of fire.

There was nothing less then a fire storm when it hit Relic, the swirling blaze grew engulfing him and anything with in 2 meters of the dread knight. The towering inferno reached reached high into the sky,at least 30 feet the billowing smoke could be seen for miles. The grass around the area instantly seared up, glowing orange coals floated in the air like firefly in June. The inferno let out a terrible 'roar' with no sign of dying down. With smoke filling the air, doing another breath attack would net Dulcy some hard core second hand smoke.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Dulcy's eyes go wide with shock as she watches the effects of her attack as they engulf the knight and burn everything around him, sending up a thick smoke as the lush green grass burns and the smoke takes the water vapor with it. She reckons she could have breathed out a fireball the size of a softball and it would have had the effect she had originally intended for her last attack.

She had no idea at the moment why this had happened, and she really wondered if she had just incinerated her armored opponent. She had never killed anyone in her life, and even though he had been an enemy, the thought disturbed her. She looked rather shaken by it all as she moves closer, reaching out for the helm of the man, attempting to take it off and see what was underneath.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Drake still remained on his knees. His armor was a bright orange, having been flash fried in the inferno. With a sudden burst of movement at her touching his helmet, h body was almost in a spasm. His fur would only insulate him from the dire hat for so long, he began to undo the straps to his armor, each heavy piece falling down and making and digging into the dirt.
With in a matter of moments he had removed most of his armor. Revealing his fur was as black as his armor, though it contained less luster. Red runic markings covered his body, making intricate patterns on his body. Falling to his hands he opened his muzzle allowing a out poor of blood. Between the kicks to the face and the giant fire storm, he was as banged up if not more then Dulcy.
Currently he only had his over sized left gauntlet on, still glowing red with heat. "Remorse will get you dead, dragon." He spoke with the sides of his mouth leaking crimson fluids.
"Prepare yourself!" His fierce sapphire blue eyes shown he still wanted to fight "GOD..." He arched his left hand back, curling his digits up tensely "HAND!" He fired his left arm forward like a cannon, his target Dulcy's face. Avoid it she could, but the dragon would be hard pressed to stop the attack.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
She blinks, watching as Relic removes his burning hot armor, revealing a fox with jet black fur was underneath it all. As the blow to her head came she quickly pulled her head out of the way, which was pretty easy with how long her neck is. Having avoided the attack, she quickly turns and goes for a leg sweep with her tail.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
There wasn't much leg for her to sweep as Drake was still on his knee's. The tail slammed into his mid section, moving him back a few feet, leaving a skid mark in the scorched dirt. Having just used his god hand attack, there wasn't much Relic could do. He began to slowly stand to his feet, a fresh flow of blood from his muzzle do to the tail impacting his body. Any other anthro would have called it quits, yet Relic seemed like he was just starting to even be phased by all the damage.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Dulcy is feeling the pain as well, as that fall certainly left her with several bad bruises and some strain to her back. Not to mention that her broken wing doesn't exactly feel great even though she's not using it. She wasn't giving up either, with the stakes for her being as high as win, or likely get roboticized.

She watches the fox cough up more blood, and is amazed that he still seems to want to fight, as he stands up to face her. She takes a few steps back, watching him closely as she digs her claws into the ground. A look into his eyes confirmed to her that he still wasn't giving up, and so she charges forward, aiming to tackle the fox.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Relic dove down back to a knee, lowering his center of gravity made ti much harder for the dragon to knock him over. Being a warrior and adapt at wrestling, and while no exactly her size, being an immense figure himself, tackling Relic may have been the worse thing Dulcy could have tried to do.
Having lost none of his strength, he quickly went to grapple the dragon, attempting to preform a belly to belly suplex.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
She realizes her mistake as he grabs her and soon feels her feet leave the ground as Relic falls backward and tosses her back behind him. She cries out as she lands on her back and her injured wing strikes the ground, but wastes little time rolling onto her hands and knees and moving to stand up. She finally backs away and watches Relic closely, waiting for him to make the next move.

RE: Duel: Dulcy vs Relic
Relic was already on his feet by the time she had recovered, it was a good thing he was on the lumbering side as he couldn't easily follow up his attacks. Seeing as she decided to wait for his move, he decided on a course of action. He raised his left gauntlet, having the palm open but the fingers curled.
A bright light opened up bellow Dulcy, the warm glow rather inviting.
If she stayed in the light, she would find that she was thrice as strong and fast as she was moments ago. Though all that speed and power would come at the cost of an equal amount of energy.
"Time ticks on, Dragon." He said with a heavy breath.
