Appearance: She has dark teal colored skin over most of her body, though contrasted by grayish peach skin on the underside of her wings and her tail, the insides of her ears, a small fin at the end of her tail, her stomach down to her green pouch, and the front of her neck. She has emerald green eyes, peach hair and grayish-white claws at the ends of her toes.



Personality: She's usually rather sweet and kind, and is very loyal to her friends. Dulcy is also very active and loves adventure, and thus can quite often be found flying around and exploring, looking for new things to keep herself busy. Anyone who takes the time to earn her trust will find themselves a good friend who will always be there, even when times are tough and things look bleak. She believes in standing up for what is good and just, and is against the senseless destruction and violence. However, though she tries to be peaceful when possible, she realizes that sometimes you must fight for your beliefs and values.

Biography:
Dulcy was born in a dragon colony and raised by her mother, Sabina. Her mother raised her well and did her best to teach her everything she knew. Unfortunately, Dulcy’s happy childhood was cut short when her home was invaded by Robotnik's forces. Much of the colony was captured and roboticized, including her mother, though Dulcy managed to escape along with several other dragons to the underground city of Vesuvio.

Dulcy lived in this underground city for some time, hiding out with the rest of the free dragons who never left the city as it was forbidden for fear that any who left would suffer roboticization as the others of their colony had. Dulcy wanted to explore outside the city however, and eventually disobeyed the rule, and left the city. As she was exploring, she discovered Sonic and Sally were being attacked by Robotnik’s SWATbots. She helped them by destroying the SWATbots and was soon asked to join the Freedom Fighters. From then on, Dulcy proceeded to assist the Freedom Fighters in several of their missions and was considered to be a powerful member of the group.

Eventually though, Dulcy decided that she wanted to go back to be with other dragons, at least for a time. She left the Freedom Fighters and began heading back toward Vesuvio. She would never make it to the city though, as while she was in flight, about halfway there, a bright flash filled the sky and the world began to shift and change. Dulcy ended up blacking out and awoke hours later, eventually resuming her trip to Vesuvio. She was unable to find the city though and as she had already begun to notice that this world certainly did not seem like the one she knew, she was forced to accept that perhaps the city was no longer there. So, she turned around and headed back for the Great Forest, hoping to find something familiar, somewhere in this strange new world.

Moves/Combat Style:
1) Ice Breath: Dulcy takes a breath of air and proceeds breath out a concentrated stream of icy cold through her nostrils. This can be used to freeze an object or person in place for a short time, or at least slow them down, but it requires more energy and a deeper breath for larger objects or an area of effect.
2) Fire Breath: Dulcy takes a breath of air and proceeds to breath out fire from her mouth. This is hot enough to melt sensitive electronics and weaker metals, and can be confined to a fairly narrow stream, or a wider short ranged blast about double her body width.
3) ‘Wind’ Breath: This is a bit simpler, with Dulcy simply taking in a huge breath of air, then expelling it in a concentrated, powerful gust of air
4) Smokescreen: Dulcy can belch up thick clouds of smoke which is useful for eluding enemies.
Dulcy prefers to stay at range in a fight and use her magical abilities to give her the edge. However, even in close quarters, one would do well not to underestimate her, and particularly watch her tail. Her breath abilities require being able to breath adequately, so obviously if something is restricting her breathing, or the air is full of toxic fumes, she won’t be able to use those powers. Also, if she uses them too much in a short span of time, she will get tired and have to rest a bit before she can use her breath powers again.

Strengths: Dulcy, like any other dragon, can fly, and she can fly pretty fast, particularly through waving her tail in a maneuver she calls ‘cracking the whip.’ She’s also pretty strong, certainly a force to be reckoned with. Another ability she shares with other dragons is the ability to sense the truth in others, picking up on subtle clues in body language, facial expressions, and vocal tones.

Weaknesses: Dulcy is a bit ditsy and tends to be a little on the scatterbrained side. Her sheer size can also be a weakness, and combined with her claustrophobia, she tends to have trouble with small, closed spaces. Her ability to sense truth does also have the fault that it won't work on someone who is very skilled at lying convincingly, or someone who truly believes the lie to be the truth.
