RE: Old-dirt town
"Fascinating...!" Semyl murmured quietly to her brother.
"What? The fact that we're in some sort of a historical existential plane of freakishly realistic surroundings consisting of the past in present senses?"
"No, no. Her. I didn't think females existed in that ratio of brawn to brain. Zilch to Something. I always thought only men came that muscled and.... 'slow'."
"Sem! Don't be rude. She's probably just excited. OR really, really hungry. She's a feline- I hear their kind are famous for 'food swings'."
"Thanks for the useless bit of information. Hush, we're gettin' close. Hey, Vanessa." Semyl said cheerily, taking a seat to her right. Skyes merely shuffled to the left of Vanessa.
"I'm.... er- not sure what to get-"
"Same as me."
"O-okay. Er- whatever that is." Skyes felt entirely out of place here. If it wasn't his size, it was certainly his clothing. His eyes drifted to Semyl- leather jacket and jeans. "I guess she.... kiiiinda looks like she fits in here." He poked a little at his sleeve. It probably was a bad day to wear his trademark tunic.

Then he stared at Vanessa for a bit. "She sticks out more than any of us! Especially with the flame pants. And the hoodie. And the.... tank top...... the SHORT tank top.... leading right to- OW-" Skyes winced a little and stifled a yelp. Semyl had kicked him stealthily, and was leering at him reproachfully, a look that said clearly "I'm going to punch you if you stare."

RE: Old-dirt town
Vanessa was thoroughly enjoying her meatloaf, having already devoured a quarter of it. The blue cat always had the problem of ordering way too much for herself to eat. So she passed her steak to the right, not even touched. She smiled at Semyl, as eager as she was to devour food Vanessa wasn't incredibly greedy. It actually felt good to the cat give to her friends. "Eat up, sis, it's the best steak ever!" Even though she had zero basis to the claim, Vanessa believed that with all her body.

Looking around and finding an absence of napkins Vanessa deiced to grab a part of Skyes's tunic and attempted to wipe her greasy muzzle on it. Deciding it was better to use a portion lower, She had aimed for a section of cloth around his stomach. This caused her to mimic another, much dirtier motion, and with her wild seemingly random tenancies no one could doubt she would do that with 100% certainty.

"G-geh- Sis, she's-"
"Shut up, eatin' steak."
""You- didn't even see-" Words failed Skyes, as he stared at Vanessa. "What're you- my tunic!"

"Your cooked potato, sir." someone said to his right. Skyes looked up to see a waiter holding out dusty looking plate- if it could be called that.

"I- didn't ask for a potato. I've already got-" Skyes felt a chill go down his spine, fumbling about his person. "Wait- Nate- where did Nate go? Where's my- ...po....ta.....to....."

Semyl giggled heartily. "I think he looks cuter this way."

Skyes looked down at the potato before him. "You- took my potato friend and- and- told them to- cook it?!? N-Nate- M-My potato! Look what they did to my potato!"

"If you aren't going to eat it, I'll take him- er, it." his sister laughed after a bite of steak.

"My potato- how did you even get my- and- and my tunic!" Skyes whined, noting that Vanessa was still wiping herself off on him.

RE: Old-dirt town
Vanessa peeked her head up from under the table hearing the prospects of new food. "Ohh, potato!"She crawled onto Skyes' lap to get into better position. The blue cat snatched half of the baked spud off the plate, cramming it into her mouth. "If suf gord!" (It's so good!) She had look of pure joy as she chomped down on the dog's former comrade.

While the group looked rather busy with both the females seeming to have the sole purpose of annoying Skyes, A fox came up to the table. He held onto his wide brimmed leather hat, keeping it pointed down to obscure his face. He wore leather pants and an open leather duster, His chest was a healthy shade of scarlet. "Salutations, Pard'ner, Misses." He spoke in a low tone while nodding to Skyes then the two females respectively.

RE: Old-dirt town
"Howdy~!"
"M-my potato..."
"Skyes!"
"Oh? Er- hey there. This- isn't what it looks like." he said, trying to explain why he had an outstretched cat on him, trying to nudge her off, giving his sister an exasperated look.

Semyl merely observed the stranger before asking "Can we help you~?"

Vanessa looked up, her ears twitching. "what do yah want?". The fox cguckled softly, hearing the blue cats rather rude response. He slid his leather duster to the side, revealing a katana sheeth at his left side. "It's safe to assume by the response, you're the famed Bonne Blue?"
"Blue?..." the cat trailed off, having a feeling of immense danger, she pushed Skyes and Semyl to the side. Taking up a butter knife between her paw, he threw a punch foward. Just in time to intercept the split second slash from the vulpine.

"My my, no one told me you where this skilled?"
