RE: Egg Command Tower
“That sounds fine to me…” He replied solemnly as he took his jacket, looking both left and right where the SWATbots had lined up to block the halls. Putting it on, he quickly grabbed into his pocket and pulled out a medicine bottle. Why did he get the feeling he was getting into things way over his head? It felt like he’d get decapitated as soon as he slipped on a banana peel in this place. Though, he did suppose the Doctor had to be careful.
Taking a quick glance to see what he pulled out, he opened the bottom and quickly swallowed down two pills. He also had the feeling as though he was going to be taking his medicine like candy because of all of this. |

RE: Egg Command Tower
[From City Streets]
As Rose walked down the hallway, she would come to a set of large, heavy doors. However, the door on the left was open just a crack. If she looked inside, she'd see a dark space. But the room seemed very large, considering any sound coming out of it echoed a lot. Currently there was nothing but a loud humming coming from the room. The only thing that gave a visual sense of scale to the room would be the few dim lights in the ceiling. They cast an orange glow that gave vague silhouettes to the large machines in the room. It appeared to be some sort of mechanical room, like one you'd see in the basement of an office building. But most of the machines looked to be off currently. A vague silhouette of a maintenance bot could be seen wandering around in the back, plus construction supplies everywhere. It looked like some sort of repair work was going on right now. --- To Alta, on the top of the tower, SWAT Surveillance said, "If you want to help, take the central elevator in the middle of the tower down to the ground floor. A troop of SWATbots will join you there.' |

RE: Egg Command Tower
[From City Streets]
Rose peeked into the crack and blinked with curiosity. Looking through at the sight, she smiled slightly. With the upmost care, she cracked the door enough for her to fit through, hoping not to make a sound. And for safe measure, she quickly ducked down and hid behind the nearest space; behind a bunch of construction items. Shifting around, making sure she didn’t make a sound, Rose crawled in a more enclosed area before stopping. She placed Hennery down carefully before opened her bag and grabbing her laptop. Finally, it showed that it was connected to an internet base. Smiling a little wider, she began to open the main systems of the base, hoping to figure out where she was. --- “Right.” Alta replied, as he walked out of the room, quickly. He rushed to the elevator as though he was late for something. Once getting there, he entered through the large doors and pressed the Ground Floor button, awaiting to get to the bottom. |

RE: Egg Command Tower
Rose would learn quickly she was in one of the basement floors for the Egg Command Tower. This room in particular was the power room, which was currently undergoing some maintenance and not operating at full power. In the meantime, a maintenance bot wandered over to the stack of pipes she hid behind. However, it merely plucked one pipe out of the stack and turned back around, seemingly unaware of Rose's presence.
--- A few floors up in the same building, Alta reached the ground floor lobby. Standing there and looking imposing were several SWATbots. Once Alta was in sight, they started walking towards the front door, expecting Alta to follow them. |

RE: Egg Command Tower
Once the page loaded, Rose was sent into shock. She stared at the screen for moments, and blinked in disbelief. What was this? What she saw before her eyes was the Robotnik Empire’s mainframe page. But to her, that was impossible. After all, how could it possibly exist, unless it was an abanded base. And she –KNEW- this wasn’t an abandead base. The only base those Hard-nosed, moronic G.U.N. hadn’t known about was the little bunker that she was in. She felt as though time was slowing down on her. Almost hesitantly, she began to type in the old passwords that she knew from seven years ago. But quickly, she began to erase it, scorning herself. That would be too convenient. WAY too convenient. She then proceeded to open up a special program on her laptop for trying out passwords and made it run through the system. It would take a while, but the program would sooner or later find the password and transfer her old information onto it. While she did that, she began to update her old profile.
--- He would quickly run to catch up with the SWATbots as they headed out the front doors. He didn’t say anything, excepting the robots to know where they last saw her. |

RE: Egg Command Tower
As Rose's program ran and tried to brute-force the password out of the system, the maintenance robot continually returned over and over, plucking more pipes out of the pile. Rose probably wanted to consider a new hiding spot, since the one she was in was literally being taken apart piece by piece.

RE: Egg Command Tower
Seeing as her cover was soon to be blown, she proceeded to scoot carefully-and silently- away; keeping her laptop on her lap while putting Hennery back on her shoulders. She tried to get as far away from the robot as possible, now taking shelter over near a while and behind a generator. It would take a while, but she got there. She wished she could have tapped her fingers, but she didn’t want to alert the robot. She simply continued updating her old information as she waited for the program to find the password.

RE: Egg Command Tower
The computer finally found a password that worked. Rose would now have full access to the tower's systems. However, SWAT Surveillance upstairs would also be notified of the access. So if Rose did a bunch of things that seemed strange or odd on the system, the AI would be notified about it.
[Sorry I didn't write much. There just isn't a lot to do until Alta and Rose meet. I'll post faster.] |

RE: Egg Command Tower
‘Finally.’ she thought to herself.
Without thinking too much, she quickly transferred her now-mortified profile over to the system. Once that was done, she began to look up some logs in order to figure out just what was going on. If she could get access to Dr. Robotnik’s logs, then that would be the first thing she’d look at. Normally she wouldn’t think you invading his privacy, but how was she to know he was the real deal. Not to mention she’d need to know how it was possible. |

RE: Egg Command Tower
Before long, Rose would come across some of the doctor's personal log books. The entries inside would no doubt bring her up to speed. These entries would no doubt look interesting...
Entry 22345456 - Recorded one week ago It's been several days since that fateful evening. Sonic and Blaze attacked me and Nega Robotnik, using the emeralds we stole to transform. But the power surge created by such an event was too much for the fabric of reality to handle. The dimensional merge has played havoc with the space time continuum. However, I'm not unhappy about this turn of events. Not one little bit. I recently sent out some scouts to check out the state of our world. Only two major cities exist now. Station Square, which I already control, and some sort of vacation spot called Soleanna. They've always been a peaceful country, so it should be easy to crush them and bring them under my rule. And then I will control all of civilization on this planet. After that, I'm sure the rest of the world will fall quickly. I'm currently preparing my Egg Fleet for an invasion as I write this. Entry 22345457 - Recorded one day ago I caught some stupid cat trying to get into my personal files. He had a deer with him. Apparently the Freedom Fighters made it to this dimension too. No doubt they're advance scouts or something, because I saw they managed to download my invasion plans for Soleanna. In any case, they didn't realize that when they used the elevator, it would be recorded. So I managed to find them on the server floors, and sent in a batallion. That should have been the end of it, but they had backup. Tails appeared in his plane, plus some massive dragon. They made an awful mess of things before I managed to capture the deer and get him in the Roboticizer. Unfortunately the cat was able to save him, and everyone got away. I'm still seething about it... In any case, now that they've escaped, they'll no doubt be doing everything they can to alert the rest of the world to my attack plans. I originally wanted to wait until my fleet was bigger, but this has forced my hand. Still, I think I have enough ships. I'll file a report as soon as I make it back. Logs end... |
