RE: Outskirts
Novus stared vacantly at the spot for a moment trying to figure out why he was still alive, then asked nonchalantly. "Is your aim getting bad, or did you have a change of heart?"

RE: Outskirts
"HAH!!! If I wanted to kill you there wouldn't be enough left of you right now to put into a dust bin. That shot was just to remind you who's top dog around here. That and I wanted to see how big a puddle would be on the front of your pants." Rampage added with an uncharacteristically chummy smile. That might in part be because Novus didn't have said wet spot. Meaning he wasn't scared which in Rampage's eyes endeared Novus to him already; if only in respect for a fellow warrior and a potentially worthy opponent.
The hovercraft turned its broadside to Novus as it set down in front of him. The door opened with a swoosh as Rampage shouted over his shoulder to Novus. "Well don't stand there like a deer caught in the headlights, climb in!!" |

RE: Outskirts
"I thought you'd never ask." Novus said sarcastically as he entered the hovercraft and took a seat. "So we're off to meet Robotnic then? I have some questions for him regarding what I can do for fun around here, and where here is for that matter. I haven't recognized anything or anyone since I woke up after a wierd flash of light some time ago."

RE: Outskirts
Rampage nodded sympathetically. "Yeah, something about a dimensional merge. I don't know much about it. You can ask the big man when you meet him." He replied as the hovercraft lifted off the ground and twisted in the air toward Robotnik's HQ.
[Might as well switch us over to Robtnik's HQ, eh?] |

RE: Outskirts
"Dimensional merge huh? Indeed I will ask him about that." Novus said, musing over this new information.
[To Robotnic's HQ] |

RE: Outskirts
(I don't really know where to begin. Looking over the locations I think this would be the place to start)
Terra's POV I had finally found peace. Reunited with my parents after four long years. My destiny will not allow me to live at peace. My parents vanished seemingly out of thin air. Robotnik's forces have overun Station Square where my home once thrived. I am alone yet again in search of answers. I have fount out the worlds have merged as a result of the interdimensional emeralds coliding. I have departed my hometown to flee to Soleanna. Within my search I have learned they invite travelers. That is where I will stay until I have a direct course of action. |

RE: Outskirts
"####ing wolf!"
As Terra wandered about the dilapidated city streets surrounding Robotropolis, he might hear someone muttering that phrase in the distance. At the source of the sound would be one Giichi Twinkieland, now searching amidst the city's ruins for where he'd stashed his Ferrari the last time he'd been in this area. Thanks to the wolf Gail ditching him to stay with that cute fox, he'd had to hitchhike, bargain, and walk cross country to make his way out here. And it'd been harder and harder the further he'd gone, owing to everyone wanting to avoid this area. This could have gone so much faster if Giichi had a fellow Thieves' Guild member to ride with out here, which is why he'd recruited the wolf. But no, Gail decided to think with a different part of himself than his brain, so Giichi was stuck doing this. He'd remember to recommend to his fellow guild members to not use Gail in the future. But at last, Giichi was here. Now he just had to remember exactly what house garage he'd hidden the car in. That proved to be harder than he'd thought. The ruins covered a much bigger area than he remembered from his prior visit. All he really remembered was that it was in the old suburbs and the house was a two story with faded blue paint. But of course, this being a suburb, everything looked the same. And it didn't help matters he had to be careful to avoid detection while searching. The cat continually darted from shadow to shadow as he walked down the street, so as to stay out of sight of the ever wandering spy bots. However, that one muttered expletive might be enough for Terra to find Giichi. |

RE: Outskirts
Terra was lost in his own thoughts. He had remained sceptical about the events that transpired recently. So much had happened in such a short time. He knew he could not be sucessful in his quest if he were alone. It was necessary to find someone or possibly a group to trust. He escaped his toughts only for a second to here distant muttering looming in the distance. Inner conflict began to ensue within him. Part of him wished to continue alone, the other knew he needed assistance. After thinking for a while he pursued the voice.

RE: Outskirts
"There you are..."
Giichi saw a house that pretty much looked just like the one he'd hidden his Ferrari in. Faded blue paint and everything, plus the weeds in front of the garage gave evidence of being run over by a car recently. And he doubted other cars had come through here besides his own. The cat quickly rushed over, and eagerly opened up the garage door. He looked like he was cracking open a massive treasure chest he'd just found in a crypt. When the interior came into view, Giichi's eyes appeared to dazzle as he grinned. "Yes! Missed you so much, baby..." Surprisingly, his 1969 Ferrari Dino looked exactly the way he'd left it. He'd been so afraid that this rickety old garage might have caved in on it, or heaven forbid the SWATbots found it and decided to take it back into the city. But nope...aside from some stains and scratches from the weeds, she looked perfect. "Now...I just need to get you out of here without Mr. Robotnik noticing..." Terra would turn a corner to catch a glimpse of Giichi entering the house's garage. He'd have a few seconds to make himself known, before the cat jumped in the car and took off. |

RE: Outskirts
As Terra skulked the area the sound of a car roaring into action alerted him. He turned a nearby corner to see the Ferrari speeding off right past him. With careful timing he created a pillar of rock that suspended the car in the air, pushing the direct center up without cuasing damage. He sighed deeply as he approached the car. He preceded with cuation as he knew anyone in the car would be in a state of panic. The echidna then made his way to the side of the car where he knocked on the closed window followed by a friendly wave to the on in the driver's seat.
