Maze of Concrete

[Giichi Twinkieland]

After leaving Petya behind in Soleanna, Giichi decided he'd wander the roads today in his Ferrari and see where he ended up. He didn't have any other good leads on priceless artifacts to steal at the moment, so he hoped he'd just get lucky and end up seeing something that looked attractive.

The trouble was the dimension merge played havoc with the road network. All of the maps in his car were useless now, and he had to keep turning around whenever the road suddenly dead-ended at something...be it a wall of trees or the edge of a cliff. At one point he'd even seen a roadway just go straight down into the ocean.

He didn't know it, but as he journeyed through the labyrinth of concrete, he was beginning to get close to Robotropolis...

[Novus]

Once again, Novus was traveling down a road in search of his next adventure. He wasn't quite sure how he got here, a bright flash of light had come to pass and Novus woke up on the side of a road in a land he wasn't familiar with, but the travelers he had passed by said that the most aggressive military power would be beyond the Maze of Concrete, in a place called Robotropolis, and pointed in this direction.

That is exactly where Novus wants to be, at the employ of a powerful and assertive military who would be able to fund him better than any peaceful kingdom. And this way his chances of seeing a battle soon were increased even more, aggressive military powers are usually not to friendly to outsiders and need persuading. Novus hoped this would be the case, as he would be more than happy to make an example of the foot soldiers.

So with high hopes, a maniac grin, and an itchy trigger finger, Novus proceeded through the Maze of Concrete towards what he was sure would be either fun or interesting, or maybe even both.
