Appearance: - Kali's scales a dark gray in color, her muzzle, belly and spikes running down her back are also a paler shade of gray. White hair is slightly shorter in the back, her bangs cut in the slant so it fell over her amber colored eyes. Two horns jutted back from her skull. A pair of small wings sprout from her back, and are the same color as her scales. Her torso is thin and hour-glass shaped. Claws are equipped to her hands, forcing her to wear fingerless gloves.

Her small body was clad in a white tank top that covered her upper body, and just barely showed her navel. Her lower-half was in a white skirt reaching her mid-thighs with a pair of black lines going up the sides. Her feet are covered in white and black tennis shoes with no socks. She's decorated in several pieces of silver jewelry, including a silver chain necklice with the symbol of her people. Her large tapered ears are lines in steel stud earrings, the one closest to the end of her ear a shiny silver loop. Several silver colored cuffs and bangles decorate her wrists, and she wears an anklet equipped with several bells, causing a soft jingling sound every time she moves.

Personality-Kali is a bit... sinister in personality. Cold hearted and unfeeling, she likes to play puppet master and enjoys manipulating people to her will. Very clever, she is usually atleast three steps ahead of others, and has no problem getting through puzzles. She isn't prejiduce, she thinks everyone is a moron. Rarly does she truly respect anyone.

Because of her former position in life, she is used to the idea of getting what she wants when she wants it. She's also very egotistical, and, as stated before, that she is constantly surrounded by morons. She also doesn't understand the value of a life, and will electrocute those who displease her in any way. Never in all of Kali's life has she regretted her actions, and only once has she ever felt a little twinge of sorrow.

Always calculating, she doesn't make deals or negotiate with others unless she sees a specific benefit for herself. Its difficult to tell weather she'll be the one to help the old lady across the street, or shove her into the traffic. But when she has a goal in mind she won't stop at anything until she achieves that goal, and she doesn't care if some one gets hurt in the process.

Sarcasm is like a secound language to her, and she speaks it very fluantly. She likes to play with people's minds, and often can be misleading. Her actions may seem a bit random, but they do have a purpose, she never does something without a purpose to it, and usually it will make sense in the end. She has a tendancy to make things seem like a game, rarely does she take things seriously, or atleast she pretends not to. She knows quite well of the situations she's in, and more then likely she's probably calculating a way to get out of it.

Confidence is what she had, confidence and pride.


Family - A twin brother named Ranshin, but he was killed.

Weapons - None, she uses hand to hand combat.

Biography- This dragon was raised on a small island which nobody knew existed for a long time. It seems time had forgotten this small plot of land, and the inhabitants were still worshipping gods.

The island was more like a prarie then a forest, hot winds and freezing nights, when it lived by wet seasons and dry seasons. The people were living off of corns, squash, and other kinds of food, and they worshipped the most the rain and lightning goddess, Kaliren. (rain makes the crops grow and lighting is associated with storms so... yeah.)

Now, a small town is estabilished at the base of the small mountain near the northwest corner of the mountain, and a small dragon is born. The dragons among these parts are usually in bright colors, reds, blues, greens, (think Yoshi's from Mario) but this little dragon came out black. Black in this culture was the color of the Rain Goddess. But they thought it was some sort of accident or something, but they knew for sure when the little dragon managed to electrocute one of the other children, ultimately killing it. This was their goddess in physical form. They were being blessed.

But she also had a twin brother, whom was albino, white scales and red eyes. He was treated poorly in the village, constantly being mistreated and teased. He was called Ranshin, and greatly disliked his sister for all the attention she got.

The black dragon was taken to the Temple of Woship, where they called her Kaliren, where she grew accustomed to being treated like a goddess. While the peasants were out working and sweating in the hot sun in the fields, she was relaxing in the temple being fanned and practicing her electric powers. She truely believed that she really was a goddess

Kali's perfect world soon came to an end when a group of explorers stumbled onto her island. Her first notion was to eliminate them, but when she saw their machinery, she let them live.

She allowed them to examine her culture and gave them housing in her village. In exchange, they told her about the world they came from, describing the items they used such as tractors and sprinklers to the towns and cities such as Central City and the Mystic Ruins.

But soon she found out that they were reporting back to their own headquarters, and found out that they were conspirating to take over her island because of all the gems and minerals there. This would not work at all. She planned on executing them, but Ranshin warned them before Kali could get there, and the four scientists immediatly called for back-up.

Well, Kali got there just as they were calling in for help, and Kali immediatly disposed of the four, Ranshin managing to escape.

The backup came for the explorers a day after word, weapons ready to take it over. Kali declared war, and when the battle started, she found Ranshin fighting for the end. A climatic battle took place between the two, and Kali won, sending several thousand volts of electricty through his system.

When the battle ended, nothing was left. Her island was in ruins. Occasionally she see a broken body, and would kick a piece of rubble. 'They'll pay' she thought. 'First, they think they can take over my island? Then they have the nerve to attack my land? They have some nerve. They will pay,' It wasn't that she was mad that her clan had been eliminated, oh no, she can live without those imbeciles. She had memories of her child hood, before she even became the goddess, she remembered how she was treated. Because she was different, she was taunted. Those glorified lizards got what they deserved, after all, if she hadn't electrocuted that brat, they'd never known, and they would still treat her like crap. They would be abusing Kaliren.


She left the island, how she did it remains a mystery to this day. She some how wound up at Central City, exchanging her traditional clothing for much more modern and more comfortable clothing, although she kept her silver jewelry. She carried no scars from the ordeal, and tried her best to forget about the incident. All she cared about now was taking this place for herself, ruling over it with an iron fist. A president, pssh. He wasn't nearly strong enough to rule this place as it should be ruled.

The goddess Kaliren would take over from there.

Tansport: Usually flies using her wings or walks, but has been known to ride a bike once in a while.


Abilities:


Electric shot: She can create a sphere of electricity and shoot it out at some one. Fairly powerful if enough electricity is generated. It does take some time to generate (probably two posts), and if interuppted it will disappear and she'll have to start again. Its not very accurate, but it can home in on something a short distance away. (say like five feet away)

Thunder Strike: Kali is capable of creating electricity around her hands, so when she either punches or kicks, she can electrocute them at the same time. These can deal some hefty damage if a good hit is made, otherwise its pretty moderate.

Rakurai: A last resort choice, Kali is able to summon a large lightning storm and call down several huge bolts of lightining down to earth. The usual symptoms of an upcoming Rakurai are when the sky suddenly darkens with clouds, no matter the weather (if it is already dark then it generally doesn't change) and it begins to rain. Rakurai requires a lot of strength to summon (after all, she's changing nature here) and 99% of the time her strength is depleted and she collapses.



Scenting: Like a bloodhound, Kali's sense of smell is incredibly good. She can distinguish people by scent alone and can trace a scent back to the sorce. Although it does have a drawback, considering extremely foul or strong smells can make her woozy or pass out.


Skills:

Mechanic: Due to her electric powers, she can supply energy for machines. She can also repair broken machines with decent skill for one who came from a primitive island. She acquired this skill from the scientists who visited her island.

Flight: Her wings are a little small for her body, but they seem to suit her just fine.

Charisma: A smooth-talker, she can pretty much talk anybody to do anything, it comes naturally for her and she often makes full use of it.

Acrobat: Very flexible, she uses can squeeze through tight spaces and get to places most can't.


Strengths:

-Lightning.

- Very agile in the air.

Weakness:

-Often gets too cocky, and underestimates people.

-Only acts on selfish interest, often leading her to double cross and make enemies with the wrong peopl

-She can only carry so much weight when she flies.

-Is allegic to pollen.

-Her sarcasm often leads to trouble.

-Isn't exactly quick or fast on the ground.

-Her electric power isn't perpetual, she does occasionally have to recharge, the long way is to wait and let it gradually come back on it's own, or the fast but painful way; to rush out into a thunder storm and get electrocuted. Either way, its not fun on her part and wishes it would just stay charged.
