The Golden Gates: Entrance to the City

[Neon Noble]

"Woah-woah-woah, what?" Neon complained, turning and looking at Blaze. "THIS guy is the suspect!" He gestured towards the man with the bag... who was now on the ground. At least he couldn't leave now.

"I found the bodies here and came across this guy! I was about to report the murders to the council, but I needed to make sure my suspect didn't leave!" Neon was not prepared to fight Blaze, especially knowing that she was once royalty.

"...But if I must, I will go with you..."

[Blaze the Cat]

Blaze let one of her eyebrows raise slightly as she watched the two separate reactions to her appearance. For a moment she stood and observed them, her hands still flaming.

"From where I stand you're both suspects," she said. Blaze paused a moment and pondered. In combat she knew she may well hold her own against two opponents but winning was another matter. She didn't know their strength but the brutality of the murders gave her an idea of the ends.

"Alright up against the wall and no funny business," she said directing her statement at Neon. With that she began to approach Nokame, her eyes flicking between the both of them.

[Nokame]

He twisted his head in a most unatural poisition, as if possessed (but not.) he had fear of this large flame this creature possesed, for her had never seen such a thing.

"We are a mere hermit" he spoke for himself two fold. "we are a mere hermit" "we mere arre a haermit"
"أنا ناسك" he chanted, twisting his body more abusrdly

"Yes, Miss Blaze." Neon said, backing against the wall. He reached into his pocket and withdrew the two notes. "I found these, so if you're going to investigate further, I figure you should take them now before you toss me in jail."

Not that I even should go into jail. It wasn't me that killed the people!

But Neon did as he was told, and he waited, watching, against the wall. "You probably wouldn't be here if I hadn't told that guard about the bodies I found, huh?"

...And then the man began chanting. "What the heck??"


[[As should be obvious, Neon respects Blaze mostly because he lived in her kingdom when her world was separate.]]

Blaze let the flames die on one of her hands as she took the notes from Neon. "So you are the informant," she said, "Well that raises your standing a little but..."

Her attention was suddenly drawn to the strange chants Nokame was making. She also noticed the strange shape he was twisting his body into and took a step back. Sliding the sheets of paper into her pocket she reignited her hand and stared at him fully.

"You're no ordinary hermit..."

"Would you like some help handling him?" Neon asked. He stepped forward a little from the wall and held his hand out towards the hermit. "I hope you remember me from that time I found your Emerald and accidentally created a gigantic hurricane?"

[Nokame]

"You get away from me." "Get away from me" He scrambled, his twisted body and tumbled across the alleyway he slowly lost any composure of himself again as he tried to flee. Knowing he'd not be able to handle with fire

"Hey! You're not going anywhere!" Neon shouted. He commanded a gust (gesturing with a pulling motion) to push against the hermit as he tried to flee. "I think it's about time you confessed, huh?"

[[Just for reference, this doesn't mean the wind is actually stopping you, but it's just an ATTEMPT to stop you. ]]

[Qesun Vendak]

Qesun sufficed himself from stopping and watching from afar. Probably the first part that factored into it was realizing that Blaze needed about as much help as a squad of soldiers with flamethrowers. The part that finalized it was seeing the creepy **** going down with the hermit guy, including the part that made him wonder if such a thing as possession existed in the world Soleana came from. Finally, he didn't want to get in their ways when they tried to stop him, as it seemed the hedgehog was probably a 'good guy.' Still, he stayed in case he was wrong.

Something definitely wasn't right. Blaze let the flames in her hands die away and bent her back leg. With a quick dash she shot down the alley and stopped ahead of the fleeing hermit. If the gust of wind didn't stop him he would find her ahead of him. "Hold it right where you are."
