Alignment: Chaotic Dark/Villian (Free spirited, but alittle towards the evil side.) His schizotypal personale sort of pushes his apperent lack of heroism.

Info Physical: A very bright rich creamy yellow colored skin with green hair in a very misshappened fashion (see avatar). He has two red eyes that give a piercing look (which he claims are his real eyes, and not contacts...) He is not exactly frail boned, but he is rather skinny. His exposed chest will show off a rib cage, but he perfers to keep his clothing on.

6 foot 1 (hunches to 5'7) 107 lbs

Info Clothing style, Noka loves gray colored clothing. His ensamble includes simply button down shirts, slacks and black leather shoes. On a random occassion he will wear red instead of the usual gray outfits. None of Noka's clothing have designs, details and are very generally unappealing to look at. On occassions Noka wears a blackish gray overcoat with the collar popped open. He is slightly blind. So he wears small rimmed glasses to see.

Personality: Noka isn't much of a talker. He isn't dramatic or anything, he just does not know what to say to people. He would rather let someone else do the talking for him. However, when he is in a talkative mood he has a very short temper. Plenty of things can easily anger and infuriate him, and they take a while for his temper tantrums to heal.

Though, Noka is very hard to open up to, he has a very high respect for people he would consider his friends and would always put them over his own self. Noka has a difficult time trying to speak coherent language since his own culture was never the most english spoken culture.
While Noka is short tempered he will not use his rude attitude towards children. For they're too pure to dirty up with a bad person.

He talks with a heavy satire, and cares very little to the feeling of who he is talking to. If he does not like something, he will let them know as blunt as possible. He has a great knack to anger or discourage anyone who talks to him at first glance, but those capable of the cold satire can adapt to it.

Also Noka has a hard time relating to others. His culture, his actions and his words leaves alot to be desired on a standard of "Norm." Its not exactly an issue of mental retardation, hes just a bit eccentric and alittle too sheltered for his own good. It shows best when he speaks though.

He has a tendency to complain about pains and aches but most of the time its an excuse to cover his sour personality.

Noka suffers from Schizotypal personality disorder, however he was never diagnosed with it, its simular to that he doesn't even know about it.

Schizotypal disorders specify in very odd ways of thinking, eccentricism, persuming Ideas of references, a lack of social skills due to paranoia. sauce.

Since Noka was never diagnosed with this disorder he has felt it was to be as normal.


Noka has a knack for figuring out things, for example gazing and experementing with an object he'll be able to figure out how to use said object correctly (or so he thinks correctly.) Obviously not towards machinery that requires alot of manual reading. Noka has no patience for that...

Biography

As a child, (0-18) Noka lived a fairly sheltered life. His parents had very strong beliefs and felt that he should be able to what he wished to do and experement. Of which, Nokame tried alot of things in his lifetime. Sports, Music, Drama, Acting, and the such. However it wasnt til he was 14 when he grew appreciation for art.

He loved to draw from the classics, and try to develop his own disgruntled style. People around, including his parents were never really that thrilled with his artwork but he really didn't give a second thought. When he was 17 (Nokame is very against driving so he remained car-less til he was around 20), he and his parents were involved in a minor car accident, everyone survived, but Nokame had a a sharp pain to his backside. Turns out that he damaged his back slightly; leaving him alittle on the less responsive side. When he was 19, his parents died peacefully (both in their 80s) so Nokame to over the household, and by then his back had fully healed. He stayed at home for 3 years after that. He still felt alittle dazed every so often so he felt it was best to stay at home. But by the time he turned 22 he grew bored of this mundane lifestyle. Nokame spent his days painting the same landscapes, smoking a pack of smokes a day, and would just rot in the desert oasis.

"Someday. I would like to draw a person instead of drull desert wasteland" He would moan every day for 3 years until he decided to up and leave.

With nothing but artistic skill on his belt; he headed towards Capitol City. He dreams to find something different in his life. 22 years of nothing was beyond enough to drive a man crazy. Now in the city he resides in a small apartment towards the outskirts of the city. instead of the desert wasteland; he paints the cityscapes outside his window. Though today he heads toward the bustling city; maybe in hopes to sell his work, or find something to do.

2 weeks later after the chaos in the Capital City, Noka was found lost in the desert again Suffering massive shock trauma and brain damage. The whole ordeal had took a huge blow on his nerves and psyche. So he is more of a loose cannon than before.


It was said one day the world ended. He woke up to hear ramblings of a new world and chaos this and that. Already as nitwitted as he were, his mind slowly grew less and less sane. Like a lost confused sheep without its herder... though he'd of probably of killed them.

He is often found wandering around aimlessly, always with traces of red on his clothes. Sources are saying someones been killing people and leaves a terrible sketch of their carcass with the corpse. A gruesome site...but who would do such......

Abilities:
+ Rather quick on figuring out things, more book smart than street smart.
+ Resillent on defending himself with a shell.
+ Great Antisocial/Disrupt social conduct skills
+ Overly destructive torturous actions

Strengths:

- Intellegence: Nokame has quite a bed of common sense and intellectual know how on a lot of things besides things involving "technology"

- Torture: Noka's eccentricities helps provide him with methods of painful, trauma inducing or upsetting tortrue for anyone he can hold hostage.

- Superior defensive capabilities, as long as his shell can withstand the damage he'll be only slightly hurt.

- Unpredictability: Noka is both verbaly and actively random. Though this is a double sided sword for him. Noka can use any sharp object(stick, spoon, ruler etc) and make shift as a stabbing or thrusting weapon.

- Easily able to directed to things without guilt or fear, "foolish faith"

Weaknesses:

- Horrendously Slow: Nokame is very slow with his shell. This in both offensive and defensive measures, Most of his offensive moves do not make contact.

- Blind: Not only is he very near sighted, he sometimes visions things distorted (color blind to a sense)

- At first glance, Noka is confused over alot of things and wont know what they are until investigating them.

- Noka's fighting style can easily be countered after long bouts in one battle. It is also rather weak. It is also self destructive to himself or anyone around him.

- Sick taste - it is intended that if possible Noka would paint the body he killed as a still life.

- No Range Mode - pretty useless in range attacks,

Attack Technique: When Noka feels in danger his attack is more berserk, however normally his attack is more chaotic than aggressive. He uses his claws, head and body to attack any opponent in any chaotic fashion. Noka's main focus of attacks relys in grabs and tosses.(Not based on any Judo) Noka's fight style sort of resembles that of a broken doll on strings with crooked twists and bends

"orchidée" - Simply hides in his shell for a moment to avoid most physical contact. He's obviously helpless at this moment, and he cannot protect others inside his shell due to his size. This lasts about 1-3 posts, After withdrawling in his shell, Noka launches himself like a slingshot in a straight line. Horrible inaccurate. Attacks head first, collisions to walls can cause mild head trauma if done enough. However if he keeps his head in he can ricochet. If held down only is head will pop out.

"repasser" - This is a counter strike, not a direct attack: If charged at, Noka has a 45% chance of catching an opponent (whilst digging his nails in their arm) turning them and throw them to the ground. Considering their weight is less than 80lbs (with gear)

"Ambitional: 'Un pour l'actionnaire'" - If Noka can get a hold of an opponent, he will pin him/her down (using his head to stun them) and in embraces them, cuddling with them in an attempt to add huge amounts of stress in the opponent. (Through means of seduction, lust or etc) before finally stabbing his nails into their chest to the hardest he can. This move can easily be broken out of if
A. The opponent does not get phased by the headbutt
B. Are unaffected by his seduction
C. Has a chest plate.
If the failure is in C, he'll just jab their eye/neck instead

With more chaos energy surged into him. Noka gains aggressive strength but loses any sense of sanity. Any sense of care for his opponent is lost.
On a general basis, Noka cannot lift more than 60lbs. With Xanax in command, his upper body strength becomes around 190-200lbs (so x 3 normally). It lasts 2 posts PER emerald in control.

a general formula would be 2x where X is the emerald count. (1->2 posts, 2->4)
It devistates his upperbody after being used for 4+ posts. Elsewise it leaves him with major migranes and shock trauma.


Weapon: Generally Noka uses not a weapon but will bring out his paint brush or paints as a force of weapon. Or even any sharp object around him.
