RE: The Old Oil Rig
Sly blinked. It had seemed...awful easy to turn her opinion about the situation around. What was that all about?

"Okay...we'll just sleep on it first."

Tech leaped into bed. "I'm only changing my mind because I'm tired. Tomorrow we'll go from there. I guess, while the time is going, we could talk if you wanted. But I fall alsleep pretty quickly."

RE: The Old Oil Rig
"Okay then..." Sly said, stepping into the bathroom connected to his bedroom. He needed to shower...especially with that blood he'd gotten on himself. After he mostly closed the door, he stripped down. Since he felt like talking, he continued his conversation with tech. The blood on his clothes reminded him of how foolish that boarding party was.... "You know... This is a totally different tangent, but I feel like getting this off my chest. Sonic really is a poor example to this world. Now everyone and their grandma thinks they can be a hero."

"I mean...seriously...what did that boarding party accomplished? Because they wanted to be heroes, I had to kill them. Then the sailors decided to be heroes too. They had to die too because they resisted. If everyone had just shut up and got in line, I would have had my ransom, the tanker would have been returned safely to the oil company, and everyone would still be alive right now. Just...inconceiveable..."

Sly sighed, as he turned on the hot water.

Tech sighed. "I don't really care about Sonic, but I do care about Tails. He's so cute. As for the rest of your woes, it would've been nice if you did at least accomplish your mission.

"I just love Tails. I love that bundle of fur. He's so cute. He's my hero."

Sly raised an eyebrow at Tech's loving description of Tails. He chuckled as he stepped into the hot shower. "You attracted to little ten year old boys? Funny...I thought it was me you were the most interested in, until just recently."

Tech blushed and was just embarrassed. "I just want to see him so I can get an autograph, but he's probably too busy for me. Oh, stop it Sly, you're so silly. I like him as a person I would like to be friends with one day. I just want to meet him one of these days. Get to know my hero."

"Are you SURE you don't feel that way about Tails?" Sly said, as he took some shampoo and rubbed it all through his fur. He laughed out loud again. "I mean...don't girls in the movies go "my hero" when they've just been saved by the good-looking male lead?"

RE: The Old Oil Rig
Tech just shrugs it off. "Girls only say that in old movies. I'm a new girl now and I only say that when I want to be friends with someone I trust. As for you Sly, I don't know if I can trust you. but you are funny though.

She asked. "Just one more thing. What's a movie?"

Sly chuckled at the last question. "You are saying that just to screw with me, aren't you? Because you work in the movie business, I know that. But then again...you did think I was Coast Guard when I made it pretty clear I wasn't...."

Tech continued the conversation. "Even though I work in the movie business, I've never seen a movie before."
