Some people here in the UK do that sort of thing, because they're retards and unable to get a real job. Seriously, I'm not joking either. Why should they do anything involving effort when the state will pay for their existence?
So this case of some chap getting locked up on purpose doesn't surprise me much, but his reasoning does!
