Quick background info: Kitty is a popular newscaster/reporter for KBS News, whose main headquarters is in Station Square. Kitty, however, travels all over the land for potential news stories, and can often be seen reporting in the strangest of places.

Appearance: Kitty's body proportions and build are mostly average, and she keeps herself well in shape. Her primary body color is a light grey (gray? No, let's not go there) shade, which fades to white at the tip of her tail. This doesn't look particularly feminine, so to compensate for that, Kitty wears a bright pink outfit which looks a little like Ulala's from Space Channel 5. She wears white, fingerless gloves, to permit her sharp claws to stick through, and purple high-heeled boots with a white stripe across each one. She also wears a special black headset with a microphone in it, because she often has her hands full. (You'll understand as you read further down.)

Personality: Kitty is VERY enthusiastic about her news show. She's always thinking about it, no questions asked, and her news-only attitude sets the pace for a lot of her personality. She can practically smell a potential news story from two kilometers away. She's very brave, lives for excitement, and is afraid of practically nothing. On the minus side, she has a bit of a short temper, and when she's mad, you don't want to be the person she's mad at. Let's leave it at that.

History: When Kitty was just a kit, she was fond of television. The news was her favorite, and she always dreamed of being on the other side of that glass screen, giving news broadcasts. There was nothing particularly noteworthy about her life until she was in high school.
Kitty was fifteen when she first started reporting for KBS News. The station was having a "Student-Produced Week," and Kitty applied in an instant. Her excellent voice, sharp wit, and willingness to go anywhere and do anything for a report quickly earned her a permanent gig.
Not long after Kitty was accepted, the KBS president reminded her that being a TV reporter/newscaster required a lot of guts and was a lot more dangerous than it looked. Kitty was not as skilled and physically apt as she is today, but she was anxious to get the role, so for the next few years she arranged a daily workout for herself and trained persistently, even taking a few self-defense classes to make the most of her claws.
It took only a couple seasons after that for Kitty to practically become an icon. Every KBS devotee knows Kitty's catch-phrase by heart: "If there's news about to happen, you know Kitty O will find it!"

Attacks:
Lateral Cleave: Kitty's favorite and simplest attack move. A simple horizontal claw swipe that makes up for in power what it lacks in range. Also useful for countering certain body-blow attacks; all she has to do is slash the opponent right when he's about to reach her.

Slicing Charge: Kitty gets angry and rushes straight at the enemy, slashing constantly in front of her with her claws. She's nearly invincible from the front when she does this, but hit her from the side and she's pretty vulnerable.

Top Slash: This move may look familiar to MMBN6 Gregar veterans. Kitty spins around in place so fast she becomes a whirlwind in appearance, slicing whatever gets near with her claws. More useful for defense than offense, but very effective on both accounts if used correctly (and if she stops before getting dizzy!).

Headset Throw: Kitty can take off her headset and throw it like a boomerang. It's not too strong, but it's her best bet if she wants to hit a distant target.

Skills :
Claws: Kitty keeps her claws well sharpened and quite strong. She can use them to scale and cling to most walls almost effortlessly. (Of course, she can't scale anything her claws can't pierce, like concrete or steel, but...) She's also very skilled in using her claws for various other purposes, including in battle. You don't want to get close to her if you're a balloon.

Focus: Kitty is anything but a scaredy-cat. Almost nothing can make her freak out; she retains her cool at all times. There could be a meteor headed for Station Square and she wouldn't panic.

Charisma: Being a celebrity and a very nice-looking one at that, Kitty can persuade others and get what she wants a little more easily than most. Slightly more effective on males than on females, for obvious reasons. Obviously, she can't have these influences on EVERYONE, but it's worth noting anyway.

-Kitty doesn't have much to offer in long-range offense

Misc. information: Kitty has a bit of Egyptian ancestry, so she gets a little sentimental whenever she ends up doing a report near the pyramids.
