A Hint of Pity
This just in from the Station Square News Room. Reports have come in from early this morning that another murder has hit the city. This would be the sixth case of this distasteful murder in our streets.
Officials have released the name to be Dixie Colobie who apparently was in league with an underground group of criminals was found battered and decapitated by her lower leveled apartments. It is still unsure if all these cases have any relation to the victims in case. It is undetermined who is actually causing these crimes. However the mayor of Station Square has not requested assistance from G.U.N. There is still no word from Sonic the Hedgehog about this event. Saria watched from the sidewalk in station square, one of several TVs in a electronic's store window. She was a bit surprised to hear about such a murder. She was under the impression that this world did not have too many crazy killers but maybe she was mistaken... Or maybe the killer isn't from this world. She knew plenty of their own men likely went rouge when everything went to hell during the invasion. She also knew enough crazed fighters would kill in such a fashion to boot. Not enough information. She could only think of theories and that was all talk. She needed more information regarding this event. If it was someone from Sarath's army then they should be executed for deserting. If they were not then it did not matter. Its a weak lead but better then nothing. "That was only a block away!" "Really!? A murder this close to home." Saria turned a bit so she could hear what was being said by two young girls, wearing school uniforms, as they walked past her. "Don't worry they'll catch him for sure!" "How do you know its a him?" They walked further down street and their voice's couldn't be heard over the street traffic. Saria noticed the street was pretty backed up as well. Maybe... Saria jogged a bit to the corner of the street by a group waiting for the lights to change color so they could cross the street. She looked down the street and saw several police vehicles and flashing lights and a crowd of people around the borders of the scene. It seems I have a rather interesting amount of luck these days. Saria slowly walked down the street towards it, knowing she wouldn't find out much this way. |

RE: A Hint of Pity
SLGHHHERK. A muffled scream was let out, quickly silenced by the cutting of ones vocal cords. In his hands by their limp hair, another victim. This time in a dark alley a while a good few blocks away from the crime scene. Perhaps unaware of his surroundings? This time a gentlemen... another member of the organization he once joined.
He drops the head and licks his knife, it tastes like raspberries hotlly melted on a stove. He trudged lightly, slowly leaving the scene. Conviently he never soiled his suit, he could easily leave the alleyway un-noticed. |

RE: A Hint of Pity
Saria saw someone come out of an alley just ahead of her. She payed it not mind at first till as he walked by she couldn't help but feel something one might call and an aura, just a aura of blood.
!? She turend to look after the man passed by but she hadn't payed him enough attention as he had already left her sight and disappeared in to the mass crowds on the streets. He didn't seem odd... Her logic told her she was just being crazy but her insticts were screaming that the man before was not 'normal' and by far was not 'safe'. She waited a moment as if deciding if what she should do, before she made a judgement call. She turned towards the alley and ran into it. She did have to go far to find it. "How ulgy." The scene was pretty ulgy and fresh, blood was still expanding from where the body had been left. She cursed a bit as even know the man likely responsible just walked by. She didn't pay him any real attention till after he walked by, so she only saw his coat and never saw the face. She only had a estimate on his size and the color of his coat. I better leave. She was not going to stick around too long, or risk being accused herself. She noticed that the kill was executed a small blade weapon, a dagger maybe? It seemed like a simple kill, nothing special nor nothing showing lack of skill. She moved back down the alley and headed in the direction she last saw the man head in. Why did he chance making a move this close to his last? Or.... Officials have released the name to be Dixie Colobie who apparently was in league with an underground group of criminals was found battered and decapitated by her lower leveled apartments. Part of the same group of criminals maybe? She knew she really did not have to get involved anymore, as reality was with the information she did find, the person was likely not from Sarath's army. It was seeming more of a local issue then anything invovled with Sarath but she already put this much effort forward. Why not... "Got nothing better to do." She headed in the same direction that he was last headed in. If that groups base of operations is nearby then so will be his targets, and it does not seem like he cares if the police are close to boot, boy talk about a reckless killer. |

He walked silentlly, unaware he has been watched. It was just a few minutes later when a 2nd scream went out, the body was found.

RE: A Hint of Pity
Saria reached the intersection and waited at the lights with a small crowd of people, waiting for their turn to cross. She looked across the street and noticed the person in question walking away still calmly. The coat luckily was enough to see him by even on this street. She fixed her eyes on him.
I better not loss him. The crosswalk was good to cross, so she cross it with the rest and moved through the crowd at a modest pace. She considered what would happen if they fought, and even know she was skilled in weapons, fact remained she had none of her weapons. She had her magic and her unarmed combat skills. She could fight unarmed but nothing that would be beyond normal military basic training. Her magic was strong but that would get too much attention especially since it magic from another world. Best to avoid combat if possible. She stayed a good 5 yards behind the man, despite the difficultly of keeping track of him at that distance. The thought had come across of why she was even doing this. She owed nothing to this world, in fact, they tried to conquer it. She kept coming to a personal point every time, she hated wasting of things. She never killed her own minions no matter how much they fail, cause they were still worth more alive then dead. Maybe it was a reflection on that motto? A desire for glory? Sometimes I wonder... |

RE: A Hint of Pity
As sirens started to head to the 2nd death site, he continued to walk carelessly. If Saria had good hearing she would hear the cloomps of his bull hooves stomp the ground on each step. His walk while careless was a bit tensed.

RE: A Hint of Pity
[Sorry for the delay]
She sometimes stopped every so often to look at the window of a shop when she was getting too close and quickin' her pace when she was getting to far behind but at the moment she was just following. She was paying careful attention to if the person turn their head. She knew the longer she followed, the more likely she was to be noticed. He did not seem to worried through. Considering he just killed another victim that close to the first one, I don't think he has much to worry about. |

RE: A Hint of Pity
An empty TV shop, the tvs were running various show, and in a flash all of them changed to a news bullieten
This just in from the Station Square News Room. With a news breaking report. Not a few hours before the first killing of Dixie Colobie this morning, a body was found. That of Mr. Sanm Murishe. In an interesting turn of events Mr. Murishe was actually wanted for many assassinations recently. Officials are not exactly clear if It was Murishe or someone else doing all these murders but with Murishe found dead the mystery continues. . . . He walked past the tv rooms. His walk continued to be slow. Solumn, lifeless look on his face. His actions caused a horrible scare to the city, he had done killed the last of the assassins dons of his own cult, but it didn't feel enough. He liked the taste of blood. It was a raspberry flavor, or it tasted like it, it was hot fluid like sort of thick like a jelly. He still had a trace of it on his lip, he licks it off erotically. |

RE: A Hint of Pity
Where is he going?
She had been following him for awhile and it seemed he did not even notice her following. He was really calm or really careless. She was not sure which it was but she kept her distance and made sure not to stray too far from him. She did not want to loose her target. |

RE: A Hint of Pity
He stopped and turned behind him. His vision was alittle weak..he didn't see anyone near him. The knife had been gone back to his inner coat. He looked outward to see the blurred panic in the horizon.
