Personality: Brash, brute and somewhat slow. Uses his fists over his brain but it is with that chaotic feeling he can perform his line of duty. Speaks in rough english. Thinks only of himself.

Appereance: Large and very muscular. Bald, dark skinned, has a huge nose ring, like a doorknocker (think Ganon). Dresses in a dark blue suit with red trims.

Skill/Attribute:
+Absurd strength: Able to use levels of absurd strength at the cost of speed, In example he can wield his axe one handed, or any other larger object one handed and not sacrifice too much movement.

+Absurd Stability: His body mass makes it difficult to be fased by ordinary blows (except blows to the head)

+/- Gutless Devotion: No-matter what cost he'll do it. Even if his life becomes on the line

- Stupidly slow: As it's probably obvious, he's a tank, he's slow, physically, mentally and agility-wise. He's easy to avoid.

- One Tracked Mind: Only focuses on the situation at hand. Gung ho, not a stratigist.

-RED: Wild attraction to red in somewhat fetish like sense.

History: Some years ago, an organization of assassins was developed in the underground circuits of Station square. The Leauge of Storm Dwellers. Among them were a collection of thevious, dirty and heartless fiends. Except for one. Geiselhaus. He never quite got the upper edge of stealth killing but rather focused his efforts on more painful and slaughterous events. (Of which his leauge had disapproved.) After a few years of failure he was ejected. He left Station Square enraged, not be seen again.

Til news of a huge disaster had plaqued the city, he returned back post haste. Is he enraged by the destruction of his city? Is he angry someone killed his old masters before he could do the honor? In any case the leauge was long gone by then, but he doesn't know that. In a blind rage he travels at night in the sorrowful city cleaving anyone who he feels would be worth his time.

Skills:
Despairful Wishes: (Non Character Instant kill/NPC kill maybe): Applies pressure to his opponents head, holds them up, slices their neck clean off(?)
Doesn't kill main characters obviously. Easily Avoidable,

Solumn-filled Rush: Battering Ram in the form of a BULL! Sometimes he'll swing a weapon infront of him chaotically. (More so the knive than the axe)
Misses and easily avoidable

Depressing Forte: A very gruesome axe combo: the axe sticking in the opponent, then slams them to the ground.
Easily avoidable,

Murderous Tragedy: Physical beating involving a roundhouse spin into a wall, or any sort of surface.

Aggressive Axe Skills: Forte in fighting with an axe
Aggressive Knife Skills: Forte in fighting with a knife
All prowess is slow.
