RE: The Ebony Celeste
Tech watched as the kangaroo walked in and got stabbed and the bull was taken out like a rag doll by a group of F4 grunts. She stayed on the bench and didn't follow suit with the other hostages who wanted to escape.
Tech figured the kangaroo and all these F4 grunts that were attacking the door was because Sly wanted to have his way with her and he knew he'd go all out to get to her. She'd rather puke than let Sly do whatever he was planning to do with her. When Tech heard Sly scream "Rifles up!', she knew she had to act quickly before a mass array of bullets would come her way, even with the fact that the other hostages would block a couple bullets before she would be the only one left. Tech quickly put the bench down on the ground and leapt behind the thing and covered herself up and got ready for the mass array of bullets that would spray all over the room. I am a cop, if you break the law you better watch out. Don't mind my avatar, I don't draw that well. |

RE: The Ebony Celeste
James looked on in horror as the chopper layed waste to the deck up ahead of him. James had to take that thing out quick, fast, and in a hurry. As the chopper continued it's assault James began crawling underneath rows upon rows of large pipes that snaked their way down the length of the ship. He continued on until he was effectively behind the helicopter, and presumably out of sight of the pilot, before coming somewhat out into the open and drawing his weapon; an MP7 compact assault rifle.. He placed himself in such a position that he would be able to dive back under the protective pipes should his plan backfire.
James took aim at the aircraft's tail rotor in hope that his .223 Armour piercing rounds would tear the tail rotor from it's housing and render the aircraft uncontrollable. James was banking on his assumption, which he prayed was right, that the pilot would not be able to hear the rounds striking the tail boom with the monstrous auditory stimuli he must be experiencing with that howling turbine engine behind him, the roaring of his chain gun he was using to assault those on the deck, and the sound muffling headset he'd obviously be wearing to communicate with his allies. "lets get this party started" James exclaimed just as he opened fired with carefully placed three round bursts. He took great care that he put as many rounds as he could into that tail rotor and tail boom hoping to do as much damage to it as possible. |

RE: The Ebony Celeste
Some bullets pinged off the tail, although none of them hit anything vital. The pilot didn't notice, but regardless he was expecting return fire, so he flew the helicopter away from the ship. He would then turn around and fly over fast for another attack run.
--- The man at the bow was lucky enough to hit another F4 member with the last few rounds in his weapon, considering the F4 grunt was busy watching the helicopter in action. --- Seeing the group of F4 grunts holding up the rifles, the hostages started to realize they'd blown their chance to take the bridge. Those that were rushing to join the fight raised their hands and backed off. In the meantime, the bull had been stabbed fatally in the neck and was now bleeding to death in the door way. Sly sighed, and ordered some men to drag him out of the door way. After he was gone, Sly stepped inside, brandishing a machete towards the ship crew. More F4 grunts moved in to cover him, edging the hostages towards the back of the room. "You idiots. Don't try to be heroes. It will only get people killed. That's why I had to kill your captain. The crew of that other boat wanted to be heroes." "**** you, cat," Tim said. Sly jerked his head towards him, before slashing the machete over his neck. He gasped for breath, collapsing to the floor as blood spurted from the new wound. Sly shook his head and sighed. Another needless death. "What did I just say? Does anyone else want to have a go?" The hostages backed off, as Sly pointed the machete at them. Obviously he had quite a bit of skill with blades. "Now, I only want that girl fox. Stay out of my way and I will not kill anyone else." The crew obeyed, moving away from where she lay behind the bench. Sly walked up, and roughly grabbed her by the arm. "Come on...we're leaving." |

RE: The Ebony Celeste
This needed to end, or it would end badly. Well, worst. There was no way to stop it from being 'end badly' at this point. He looked over at Toby. "Stay here, stay hidden," he said as he got to his feet, though staying crouched for now. He looked out and about, looking for an opening between the remaining grunts trying to guard the stern of the craft. He was also looking at the way up to the bridge, taking a sec to halfway 'plan' ahead what he was about to try and do.
----- When the helicopter backed off, the last guy that had been heading for the stern popped out of his cover and opened up with his stolen assault rifle on any heads that had poked out to watch. ----- The last man at the bow was still moving back further, trying to get closer to the few others that were alive and friendly without getting shot. ----- The cowardly individual hides as best he can on James's boat. He really doesn't want to be seen by the helicopter. |

RE: The Ebony Celeste
Tech was surprised that there wasn't any gun fire, but she stayed hidden regardless. She felt a hand grab her and say, "Come on, we're going." She assumed the hostages had won with the fact that no gun fire had transpired.
She stood up and looked at this man that looked like a wild cat of some kind. Since she had no idea what Sly looked like, since she could only vaguely hear his voice over all of the gun that went on before she forgot what his voice sounded like. Tech believed that this cat was her knight in shining armor, here to rescue her. Her blue eyes stared into Sly's for a moment. She kissed his cheek. She blushed and her blue eyes shined. She stepped over the bench and stood by his side. "Thanks for rescuing me. Are you apart of the coast guard?" I am a cop, if you break the law you better watch out. RE: The Ebony Celeste
"..damn" Jav cursed under his breath as the helicopter pulled away and began circling around again. James dove back under the pipes and began making his way back towards the stern of the ship. "man..I tell you what ...this just sucks" James said keeping his weapon raised as he may encounter enemies at just any moment.

RE: The Ebony Celeste
Sly visibly looked surprised at Tech kissing him on the cheek. Probably the very last thing he expected a girl to do to him after executing a man in the very same room as her. Then she said something that seemed to imply she thought he was actually saving her. Boy...was she in for a rude surprise. He chuckled a little and flashed his teeth at her.
"No...I'm afraid not. I'm the leader of the pirates. And you are coming with us." He turned to look at the rest of the group of hostages. If looks could kill, Sly would probably have been vaporized on the spot from the stares he was getting. "The rest of you can just stay here. Now, little miss, let's go." He started to walk out of the room, pulling Tech by the arm. The other F4 soldiers moved out of the room, keeping their guns on the hostages as they pulled back. Once all of the pirates and tech were out, an F4 grunt locked the door, while another one started sliding desks and other things in front of it. In the meantime, Sly had whispered in the ear of another F4 grunt...who then rushed to the PA system microphone on the bridge. His voice blared out across the ship over the PA system. "Attention...intruders...we have one last announcement for you. We have rigged this ship to explode very soon. The bombs are below deck on the oil tanks. It's up to you what you wanna do with this information. We don't care anymore about the ransom, so we're leaving. But you will not have time to save the ship AND stop us from leaving." --- The helicopter now seemed to be moving to get into position behind the bridge, so that those in front of the bridge couldn't fire upon it. The pilot had kicked a rope ladder out an open door. --- Those F4 grunts that were left out in front of the bridge with Qesun and James were now starting to retreat back to the stern. Looked like they were running for the lifeboats back there. A few stayed behind to provide covering fire as the others ran. --- At the bow, there were two more F4 grunts left. They figured they couldn't play this game anymore with the lone member of Qesun's group at the bow anymore. So they both stood up and opened fire. Luckily for the other man...his shot took down one of them...so now it was one on one at the bow. |

RE: The Ebony Celeste
Considering Qesun and Toby were hiding under the pipes, it was only a matter of time before James got to them. And when Qesun heard him coming he raised one of his guns in that direction, a hard stare following it. Furthermore, he put himself between Toby and the newcomer. He held his there for several seconds before speaking up. "...You're not a pirate are you?" He asked James, though not quite ready to lower his weapon. He didn't recognize him from the crew that came up here.
And then the announcement came from over the PA. Qesun's ears laid back down on his head as he heard the announcement. "Well ain't this just gone to ****..." ----- The last guy covering the stern popped out, taking a few shots, but ended up getting shot himself as well. ----- The man at the bow was sweating beads when he heard the announcement over the com. At this point, he'd probably try to skip out if it weren't for the fact the others that chickened ran off with the boat. He kept hidden for now, keeping his ears open, waiting for the other guy to make the first move. Then he could pop him. |

RE: The Ebony Celeste
Tech pretended to not hear the remark about being pirates and just decided to take a different approach to the situation.
Tech thought: I have to keep this guy guessing, it'll be my only way to live. Tech laughed hysterically. "You coast guards are all alike. Just get a couple pints of motor oil in your boat, then all of a sudden you think you guys are pirates." She turned toward Sly and asked. "Can you carry me? I don't want my dress to rip." Her eyes seemed to be pleading for Sly to sweep her off her feet, but secretly she wanted to tear him limb from limb. But then she asked herself, is this really Sly? He continued to make his way up the deck towards the center of the ship. "Time to do a little damage before I go" |
