[BAD SPELLING AHEAD]

Nope. No more d00m. Just junk. :p

Unfortutely, only one picture. And it's not the greatest thing in the world, but it show's I've improved...somehow....




If you're wondering who this is, this is in fact Decoe. Granted, it's his finished state which is when he's in the Empire, but still Decoe. I've really only got around three things that I particularly like in this picture. Ironicly enough, I actually did better drawing Bocoe's than Decoes when usually it's the oppisite way around. I messed up while inking with an actually pen on Decoe which is why I did him first.

Now first off with my comments, quite colorful isn't he? Or at least, he stands out quite well. Which, is in fact what I wanted. The reason why is simple. (once I fix his profile) I don't think'Ironic' quite fits it, but it would be ironic for a gunman who is usually useing a sniper rifle to wear bright colors. Out of anything a sniper should wear complete black, but yet he doesn't. Which goes with the other 'ironic' thing which is he's an ace shooter, and yet he uses tranqualier darts. Now, it might be stupid to do....in real life. Obously, a -real- sniper wouldn't care but...

Decoe's not a -real- sniper.

He's not even a person.

Secondly, I very well like the design of his costum for the empire. Once again, I have to edit the profile since I wanted to eliminate the last costums for both. I didn't care too much for Bocoe's half of the profile, but I didn't really want to get rid of it in Decoes. For some strange reason I would see Bocoe in his uniform, but I always saw Decoe in a white federa hat and overcoat. So, I meshed the overcoat with the uniform and got the look now. And I must say, I really want the coat and I slightly hate myself for createing it.

And thirdy, the federa hat. I am so proud of myself. D; I was actually able to do a halfway DECENT job on it. And it LOOKS like one. Plus, I like the band design that I inturpered into it when I got the idea, because it was a GOOD one. I makes it stand out a lot more than just a reqular one-tone color band. In which I hate myself more because I want it. And his wonderful belt.

Things that I messed up on are the obvious, first off his feet. Since it was on the edge of the paper I decied to just leave it alone for a reason I will say later. Secondly, the belt. Unfortutely, I ended up getting a better idea for the belt just as I had gotten past the lineart process on Photoshop. If you're confused, let's say that now it' supposed o be much like a guys wristwatch metal band. Little squares attached to some sort or strechy materail of some sort ( I really don't know unfortuely, I just know it can expand) but it's kept into place tighter. Thridly, trying to make clothing wrinkles. Enough said on that. And last, but not least shadeing. I still can't seem to fathom how the ight sorces I chocie work. Then again, it's been a while since I shaded and I haven't excatly been praticeing. :/

For now, the background is temporary as this is only the first step to the picture. Next thing I've got to do is do Bocoe's. After that, it's going to be me experimenting on photoshop as I'll attempt to put the two together and actucally put in a REAL background showing ACTUCAL light source despite the crappy shadeing! :D

(Which I'll have to go back and attempt doing highlights later...

Secondly, I finally got Bocoe done:




I’m so proud of myself for this one. :’D

The pose is GREAT. I mean REALLY. I don’t think I’ve done such a natural looking pose in my life. He looks exactly the way I wanted him too. He looks very loose and carefree, while at the same time makes it obvious of his raw strength with the way he’s holding onto the hammer. The shading is much better in several ways than Decoe’s (though it’s not the best in the world either way). And to take note, this is probably the best picture of Bocoe I’ve done ever. EVER. I usually can’t draw him as well due to his proportions of being stout and short, but I managed to come through in the end and get him in the right size. Though, he should be a tad shorter, but well it happens. And once again, I finally used more colors than just black! :D Go me!-shot-

Either was the idea is that Decoe has cool colors and Bocoe has warm colors. In which, he does. So Hurray for me.

And once AGAIN I have to change the profile. Originally, he was supposed to have brown hair until I said ‘Heck with my stupid perfectionist thinking’ and make his hair color the same as the color of his original self. Blue-ish grey. I was worried at first though since I thought it would make him look like an old man, but thankfully he doesn’t look anything like that. He just looks like a guy who obviously dyed his hair the wrong color.

The things that are messed up is one, Shading. Until I figure out how shadeing works, this will ALWAYS be on the bad side of my pictures. Secondly, I forgot to put the Bocoe symbol on his tie. Dx If you’ve noticed the red symbol on Decoe’s jacket, Bocoe is supposed to having something similar on his tie. But I totally forgot it. =_= Wrinkles aren’t the best in the world either. But at least by putting in less it looks better than in Decoe’s picture.

And then finally, both of them:





Okay, so I lied. Or at least, I simply couldn't get myself to do an actual real-time background. My non-existent brain is the excuse of this matter. I couldn't seem to fathom the angles and how to walls with the way I wanted them to be put together in the same picture. So, instead I decided to do a simple background with neat Empire brushes. Which, does look very neat.

I'll most likely use this as an avatar....possibly...

I can't say I am a fan of the re-interp, but the concept is interesting, and the BG is pretty self reliable.

Not excatly anythything epic, but it's filled with uber cuteness. : D

These sketches were done while I was in my first period for three hours.







To recap....to understand the following sketches you must realize that this was a small plot I wanted to do with Rose. The reason why is pretty simple by the sketches, to get laughs. The point is, during these sketches Rose is on the dreaded, 'That time of the Month'. In the first picture, at the very top, it's pretty much situated as Robotnik walks in without -knowing- and ends up wakening up Rose (in which, she's obviously completely pissed). The next one below the first is when Robotnik –attempts- to get Rose out of bed with a chocolate bar (in which you can’t see, and most likely the robots told him to get it and offer it to her), and in result, she starts running over to him, extremely happy and…well….very, very girly. A kind of scary image, really.

The second is a continuation of the first. She pretty much does a GL00P 0F D00M, and takes the chocolate away from him and beings to eat it (while sitting on him. Why? No idea). The crappy shots of Sheva and Diva are demonstrating how Shiva plans to blackmail her with pictures she’s taking of the entire scene and Diva is concerned.

And the Third(which is total crap) is a continuation of the second, where Byrain comes in, and tries to annoy Rose by touching the chocolate (because the Two warned him –NOT- too). He gets centimeters away before Rose gets into a deadly storm of anger and rams a long metal pipe through his back and then goes on to munching on the chocolate(still using Robotnik as a bench).

This is a good example of a reason WHY I should never get bored.

Even though no one seems to looking, I might as well just post the first two of a project I'm doing for the heck of it. I'm going to draw all the members of the Empire as chibis.

First up, Robotnik and Rose.







Next, Byrain and Trigger.

Your art topic is lonely. Oh, where, oh where have the aftermathians gone? Oh, where oh, where could they be~

@ Decoe: Looks so much better without that original background. It was amazingly distracting and took the viewer's attention away from him. Interesting choice of apparel for him. I honestly would have a hard time AUing him (although that's mainly because I'm not particularly fond of the character, personally). He's very colorful and yet he's not. I think it's a design illusion since you have many little details here and there. The shadows for the wrinkles seem a little inaccurate though.

@ Bocoe: Charmy. XD That was my first thought when I saw him (I know. I'm terrible, right?) It's the color scheme and the stripes. He looks like he stole the hammer from Decoe, but hey. Why should weapons be color coded to match clothing? That's kind of silly~ Is he wearing boots? It was just an impression I had. I enjoy the cool, calm gray hair that contrasts his bright appearance. I'm pretty sure you chose it because that's the color of his finish, but even so~ It's fitting. The shadows for the folds are also a lot more strong.

@ Background: Way simple. But I think it's better that way. Much easier on the eyes. Sometimes it's better to keep things simple, especially when the characters look fairly complex as is and have a variety of color to them.

@ Filler Sketches: The reminds me of how I feel every time I need to do my mod job here.

I totally used to draw this thing called "Random Comic" when I was a sophomore and this reminds me of it. Only a little more distinctly ambitious (as in my crap was stick figures... for the sake of laziness). I guess this is a message for Robo to keep a chocolate safe in case of emergency. Or change the locks every month around that time, so them kiddos at the base won't bother her and end up damaging important equipment.

Rose is disgustingly cute. Go, avy, go. And I don't mean Avii. =P

@ Card set: I'm not surprised by your choices with who is ace and who is queen. Who would be king then though? I'm curious.

Anyway. I like the softer transitions of values. The white outlines may be better off removed though. The drawing and the background conflict already and then the outline separated them even more. I do believe it's because the characters themselves are so much brighter in color with a fluidity to them whereas the background is dark and textured. It just isn't unified. The drawings as stand-alones look alright though and the backgrounds -are- interesting. I wish you would have altered the Queen of Hearts more, but that's just a matter of opinion.

It's too bad I won't be able to finish it. :/ Because I firstly realized that, I -STILL- can't draw anthros well. Not only that, but I realized something.

I couldn't draw Decoe or Byrain to say my life. So, I had to RE-DESIGN them so I COULD. In which, I did. Or at least, with Byrain I did. So I'm going to post the stuff that I did.




This was the first thing that I did, because Primarily it was the part I always have trouble on, other than clothes (like with Rose). The main thing though with Byrain, was the hair. I was TRIED of the HAIR. Not only did nothing look right with the bangs, but the back of his head reminded me too much of FREACK SASUKE. D< And plus, I was getting tired of his hair being black.
Why?
Because it didn't make him stand off as much. (Granted, with his postion he shouldn't but I guess what it was, orginally I wanted the hair to be red with black steaks [when i was still a n00b] but, because Rose had black hair. so I gave him black hair so that you could be "Ohh, I see the connection of realation, yeah. They could totally be cousins" or something like that. So now, he'll have red hair so you think that there could be a possbility that they aren't.

But always remember that they are. ;D )

I orgianlly had a clothes change for him that was supposed to be like a uniform (Because if you haven't noticed all of my characters somehow wind up with off brands of Robotnik's clothes) But once again, I hada problem drawing it. And after playing Assassins Creed a little, I got the idea for this. Not much to say elsewhere.

I don't know what else to say that I was squeeing with glee just about the entire time as I was doing this picture (all the other times was me getting made to the point where I could throw my computer out the window because of the fact that I would do some of my lines for the picture and realize that I did it on the WRONG layer and I had to do it ALL OVER AGAIN [ I had to do the design on the sleaves TWICE ON BOTH ARMS!!! D<]).

But I can only imagen Byrain just about to assitate some poor bloke who somehow got his gribby little hands on some top secert information, and after dominateing all of the guys little secruity guards Byrain gets the guy into the corner. And the guy's probably pleeding mercy on the excange that he'll give Byrain anything he absolutely wanted, And Byrain replies "That's not a bad offer. But I'm goin' have to 'decline', yo. >D "

And of course he murders him. The guy will probably be dieing slowly. But, dieing which is the whole point of Byrain's job.

Because Byrain likes to kill people.....to see blood.
