[Yes, I have two slots open[Noka here, confirming that this, i "killed" 2 of her accounts last night], And I do belive I have permission from Chadin to use G.U.N. in the profile. Or, at least it sounds like it. First part of the profile, the second is pretty much Bocoe who's the fourth slot filler.]

Name: Decoe

Age:????? (Possible a little over 50, maybe even 60. Acts way younger though)

Sex: None (Looks to be male though)

Species: Robot (More preferably, Cyborg )

Alignment: Good

Appearance:
Decoe stands about 6 feet ([???]Not sure. He’s going to be as tall as Robotnik though) with a small and thin. His eye color is a deep Red Violet and his messy stuck-up hair is a golden blonde. His arms are still metallic in color, except for a metal plate which sticks out in which acts as a shoulder blade ( a large one at that). The rest of the arms are just cylinders that come to a cleverly designed ball joint. His hands seem normal, but his finger are still need in work as they are pointed at the ends ( and are quite sharp). His legs are the same as his arms, and as for his feet they have a pair of yellow shoes which are Gears(skate gears). There are also what appear to be old headphones attached to his head that will not come off, which are simply grey.


Outfit #1: These are the clothes he’s in when Gerald was working on him and when he’s found. It’s a bright red sleeveless shirt with a hood, and tan shorts that are a little too long ( or are they a pair of pants that are too short?). Before being completed, Decoe will wrap what he can of his arms and legs to hide what they really look like.

Outfit #2: The Robotnik Empire Uniform. (This will come later)

Outfit #3/4: Disguise clothes. He wears a white collared button up shirt with a black vest and white dress pants with an off shade white pin stripes. Overtop he wears a brown trench coat with a brown fedora. Usually, he has his hair slicked back, but with a large strand of his bang sticking out. (the 4’th piece of clothing can be anything from normal clothing to winter, depending on what he’s doing exactly. Though he mainly likes to use the 3rd above.)

Personality: For a robot, Decoe has quite a lot of human-like emotions.

Decoe is innocent thinking, nice, and kind hearted. He enjoys helping anyone in any way he can and putting a smile on people’s faces. He’s honest to others, rarely ever lying, as well as a cheerful and happy outlook and the ability to take the stand and lead when the need
arises. He likes to stand for all things good and can see a good side to anyone (Unless they’re completely crazy or something. Then it might be kinda hard for him to do so) and dislikes it when people do bad things to others or discriminate as he would like everyone to just gets along. Decoe would rather negotiate it out and talk sense into people, than to fight.
Though despite his good-nature, he’s quite the coward. He can try to stand up for what he thinks is right, but he can just as easily back down and subdue to whoever he works for. There will be times that he will stand his ground firmly, but that is rare and all depends on the circumstances. And once he begins to panic, it’s extremely hard to get him to get his cool. And even though he can lead at times, he’s usually lost due to the need of somebody else to lead him. He’s not the sharpest tool in the shed and is quite clumsy, with both bad and dumb luck. He’s also a bit on the sensitive side, and can easily be depressed as he doesn’t like the idea of being completely useless, ignored, or forgotten. And he can easily blow they’re cover as he never goes along with Bocoe’s quick thinking and ends up spilling just about everything out of confusion and just plain blunt honesty.



Family: Decoe doesn’t really have ‘actual’ family, but you can consider these people to be some type of it.

Transport: Decoe uses a pair of Skating gears made especially from Professor Gerald.

Bio:
It’s a surprise that Decoe even works after being trapped in a box for so long. I guess it shows the craftsmanship of the great Professor Gerald Robotnik’s creations, even if they haven’t been completely finished. Decoe, along with Bocoe were created to be the ‘presents’ to his –out-of-reach grandson, Ivo Robotnik. They were nearly completed turned on at least once (and for a while) to see if everything else was working properly before turning back off and being completely forgotten. Gerald was too busy to complete these two due to projects that were to be finished due to ‘demands’ and they ended getting lost in the void of time never being completed.

They have been stuck for around 50 to 60 years in a sealed box in the ends of the G.U.N’s warehouses…..

Moves/Combat Style:

Decoe doesn’t fight, ergo he doesn’t have moves, and ergo he doesn’t have a combat style.

Skills: (once completed, Decoe will have the following skills)

Computer/Tech: Being a robot makes learning a lot easier. After (?Rose/Robotnik?)’s update, Decoe now knows the in’s and out’s of a computer and any similar tech. From programming to hacking, to fixing computer codes and repairing all the systems Decoe can do it all.

Engineering/Machinery: Decoe knows enough do to very basic things with machinery and engineering but he’s not too good with it. He can at least control certain machines that the good doctor builds but as for fixing major jobs, that would be up to Bocoe.

Espionage: Decoe isn’t exactly a master mind of making up a bunch of lies (,and frankly, he can’t) But due to his fast running pace, light/small frame, and agility Decoe is perfect for sneaking around and evading elusive security measures and grabbing essential information along with making up the infiltration plans. Unfortunately, he can only keep as much cover whenever everything has been explained to him for if anything goes wrong and Bocoe makes up a lie at the last second, Decoe will automatically spill everything out of curiosity as to why he said such thing.

Gears: Strangely enough, Decoe has found that he can use his Skating Gears extremely well due to quick reflexes and agility (also really long legs help).

Strengths:

+*Better Agility than the normal robot ( or human for that matter. Though, a anthro could beat him anyway).

+*Quicker than a normal robot (and human. Still no match for an anthro).

+Good with Computers and Tech.

+Good with using Skate gears.

+ Gets along with other people easily.

+ Has leadership qualities.

+ Strategic Thinker

Weaknesses:

- Weak defenses. Not only can he not defend himself he also is quite easy to take down due to the material he was made out of. He can only take a few hard hits.

-Short Circuiting. Ahhh, any flaw in any kind of robot. Even with a material outside, he can still short circuit by getting in any body of water, electrical shocks, or whenever hooked up to a computer that is short circuiting.

-Clumsy. Surprisingly. Of course, this does not count with his gears as it’s the only time he’s –not- clumsy.

-Honesty. As said before, he can spill the truth very easily due to his honest nature.

-Gullible. Not that he can’t tell when someone lying, but if he doesn’t know how the person is (good/evil), he’ll be very easily blind in trust.

-Cowardice. It doesn’t take much to get Decoe scared and he can back down quickly. Usually, this implies with threats (This is also, sometimes a plus. If he gets scared to do something, and you threaten him to “do this or I’ll do (something worse” then he’ll go through with it. You can also do this just on a regular bases. But of course, that means he has no will of his own.)

-Panicky. Once things begin to go downhill, expect him to start panicking and it’s hard once he starts. (Though, a few quick hit or slaps will help him calm down a lot…)
