((Sorry if it's too long, I tried to keep it as short as possible, mostly by cutting out a lot of minor details in his backstory. I really hope it isn't too long, and that it's ok.))

Appearance-
His primary color is black. He has four spines on his head that curve up and forwards and two spines on the base of his head that curve down. His eyes are black with green slit-like reptilian pupils. The tips and insides of the spines (the nooks between spines, someone tell me if they can think of a better description), as well as the uppermost corner of the eyes are green. He has a small, black, elongated, bean-like nose and a cream-colored muzzle, containing a mouth full of neat fangs. His body consists of a green breastplate-type object making up his upper torso and a green exo-skeletal metal ribcage through which gray fur protrudes making up his lower torso. His arms are metal and silver colored, and his hands are made of a similarly colored liquid metal. His tail is furry, slightly longer than average, and very flexible, acting similar to the tail of a dog. On his legs he wears baggy, green, Indian-style pants, held up by a red sash around his waist. He also wears very plain black and red shoes, slightly similar to Vans.

Personality-
Destructive and hateful. He hates all humans and shows it, and has grown distrustful of furries as well. He is cold and calculating, and he has no problems whatsoever with killing. Although he rarely does so, he is completely capable of coming up with complex and near-foolproof plans to achieve his ends, and he doesn’t care who dies to do so. He is completely untrustworthy, and has been known to kill or otherwise eliminate those he works with once their usefulness is at it’s end.

Family-
None, unless you count G.U.N. robos, which aren’t really family.

Transport-
A black Extreme Gear with a green edge. (I don’t know if you allow EX Gears or not, but it was the only thing I could think of that could meet his needs.)

Weapons-
His arms and his hands. His arms are capable of extending up to thirty feet each and are completely flexible, and his liquid metal hands can morph into a number of different forms (forms are listed under moves). He carries around exactly ten chaos drives at all times, which he uses to get a quick recharge in the heat of battle. He also uses grenades with a medium-level explosive output. Nothing really big, but enough to blow a small hole in concrete.

Biography-
Blitzkrieg was originally a GUN battle android, a prototype codenamed BZKG-01. His original design came from documents stolen from Dr. Robotnik, documents that detailed a design for a “Shadow Android” based off of Shadow the Hedgehog. Robotnik’s designs were of a powerful mech that could be mass produced and have the strength of the original. Using these designs and stolen designs for Metal Sonic, not to mention their own technology and innovations, GUN produced the most powerful battle android in existence at the time. Dubbed Blitzkrieg, a word meaning “Lightning War” in a foreign language, they immediately began testing his abilities. Pleased with his performance, GUN sent Blitzkrieg to mount an assault on Robotnik’s base. It was a complete failure, as Blitzkrieg refused to destroy his fellow machines, feeling an innate sense of brothership with them. Unfortunately, Robotnik’s robos had no such problems, and since he would not fight Blitzkrieg was quickly defeated.

GUN labeled the project as a failure and slated Blitzkrieg for termination. Blitzkrieg discovered this however, and immedietly escaped from his home on Prison Island using a prototype device that GUN had made for him, an Extreme Gear. He heard of a massive flying fortress that had been destroyed off the coast of Station Square, and he sought it out. He found the sunken ship, which turned out to be the ruins of the Egg Carrier, and returned to Prison Island to obtain his recharge device and take it to his new underwater home. Blitzkrieg made haste to drain the ship, sealing any damaged compartments and jury rigging an airlock, leaving most of ship’s interior dry. He hooked up his bulky recharge device to the Carrier’s central power unit.

From then on, Blitzkrieg held a grudge against humankind, and most especially GUN. At first he had nothing against furries, but after seeing a certain blue hedgehog along with a number of other furries save humans time and time again, he grew distrustful of them as well. As far as he was concerned, they were just too close to humans.

A year passed since he was labeled for termination, and Blitzkrieg finally decided that it was time to do something other than sit around in his sunken home. It was time he acted on the pain and hatred in his heart. It was time he struck back at the humans, and their furry friends, too.

Moves -

Spinball: Blitzkrieg can curl into a ball and rotate at great speeds. Unlike a conventional spinball, Blitzkrieg does not hold his knees in this mode. Instead he keeps his arms at his sides, where they act like a pair of saw blades, further increasing the deadliness of his attacks.

BladeClaw Mode: Transforms one or both of Blitzkrieg’s liquid metal hands into sets of curved, double-edged blades.

HeavyFist Mode: Transforms one or both of Blitzkrieg’s liquid metal hands into large, heavy blocks.

HookClaw Mode: Transforms one or both of Blitzkrieg’s liquid metal hands into sets of sharply curved claws, designed to latch on to things.

Skills -
Blitzkrieg is moderatley skilled with technology, specifically GUN and Robotnik tech, and he knows a good deal about their standard robos and such.

Strengths:
- Very durable. He can take a lot of hits before going down.
- Clever. He can easily adapt to most situations.
- Adaptive. He can observe an enemy in battle and quickly formulate an effective course of action on the fly, as well as adapt that course of action should it become necessary.
- He has enhanced senses and reflexes, which comes from being an android. His arms are also very fast, and they increase in speed when he is on a high charge.

Weaknesses:
- He relies totally on his energy levels. If he runs out of energy than he switches to a secondary generator that has a very low charge, only enough to get him back to his recharge unit. His abilities also slow and weaken as his energy levels get lower.
- He has a weak point in the center of his metal “ribcage” on both the front and the back of his belly area. This is where he hooks up his recharge unit, and the thinnest points in his body. His primary energy core is directly beneath it. A strong blow to that area could short circuit him, draining him of a lot of power. A very well placed (or very lucky) blow to the very center of that area could break his primary generator, in effect crippling him, the proverbial “One Hit Kill”. Aside from this, heavy enough blows can also cause a minor short circut, causing him to loose a lot of energy.
- He is proud. He thinks he is superior to everyone else, and that nobody can stand up to him and live. This could eventually become a major psychological weakness.
- He is slow. In spinball mode he is pretty fast, but on foot he is very slow. He usually gets from place to place via swinging like Spiderman or by using his Extreme Gear. Usually in battle the only thing fast about him are his arms.
