Biding Time

RE: Biding Time
While Andrue's companion backed down at the misfiring of Lefina's spell, the cougar himself continued his pursuit. With Celes stalled, he took the opportunity in stride. Andre leaped into air, almost smashing his head on the relatively low ceiling, in an attempt to tackle her off her board and onto the ground.

While that was happening, Tallulah had shielded herself from the burst of light with crossed arms and a frown on her face. She slowly peeked through to see what was going on.

It was around that time that Frezul appeared out of the emergency medical station behind Sarath. He made no motion to stop their Lord. Only stuck close in case something were to happen with him again. After all, he had just scared most of the medical team with his sudden wounded dilemma.

RE: Biding Time
Sarath shielded his own eyes but even so he was temporarily stunned. As his vision returned he didn't look at Cell, instead shifting his vision to Lefina, the wolfess looking back at him with a somewhat shaky expression. "Incompetent fool!" he hissed across the medi bay, glaring at the wolfess as he spoke.

Lefina went slightly whiter than usual and collapsed to her knees, the wolfess looking momentarily terrified before she managed to regain some of her composure. Sarath meanwhile now looked back at Cell and the pursuit to catch her. "Secure that prisoner NOW!"

RE: Biding Time
Cell was just regaining her sight as Andrue leaped towards her. She barely had time to diengage the boards magnetic hold on the ceiling before he collided with her, sending them both on a one way ticket to the ground. Cell hit the floor with a crash, her head spinning a little, but refusing to give up. She had just escaped after all, it wouldn't look good on her to be caught so soon.

She was glad she had been hanging upside for a moment as her feet had been magnetically coupled to the board...otherwise it would likely be on the other side of the room after an impact like that. She still had a firm grip on her pistols but knew that if she fired at this range she'd likely injure herself worse than her enemy. Instead she just swung her fists up, hoping to crack Andrue across the face with the solid end of each one. Lower down her feet began to work her board, trying to establish a little grip on the floor.

RE: Biding Time
Celes might have been luckier if she'd been face to face with someone less experienced. Unfortunately for her, Andrue bore the cold-blood of a warrior. His scar-ridden chest could amend to that. Combined with that and his upper-hand in pain tolerance, a few punches to the face enraged him more than anything else. His one eye squinted shut, half blind from Lefina's previous attack, he dug his claws into her with a vengeance.

His stretchy companion from before, while still holding a foggy vision of the scenario, ran to aid him. It reached out to apprehend Celes, using its arms to attempt to tie her up. Meanwhile, the insectoid critter attempted to get up and go after Celes. It whined pathetically with each stride. Tallulah, herself, watched on. Her eyes contrasted her usual calm demeanor as she took in heavy breath after heavy breath. She remained at stand still for the moment. Currently, it seemed that the other two had things handled. She would back them if need be.

RE: Biding Time
Sarath let a small grin slip past his face as Cell was restrained. He glanced across at Tallulah, watching her expression closely looking for any signs of remorse or hesitence. He then looked back at Cell for a moment, his expression showing the thoughts that were flicking back and forth through his head.

He turned slowly towards Tallulah, casting a final look at Cell. "Bring her over here...Tallulah...what do you think we should do with this little escapee?"

RE: Biding Time
Cell struggled like a slippery eel as she tried to break free of her captors. It was highly difficult for her to move though with Andrue holding her, not to mention his stretchy companion. Her guns and board had already vanished from view, disappearing into the pocket compartments. Cell knew they would be no use right now and it prevented them from being removed from her...at least for the moment.

She thrashed wildly, her teeth and claws trying to catch anything around her...that was of course until Andrue's own claws dug into her. Cell's eyes widenned, the slow pain of the claws piercing her flesh like nothing she'd felt before. She had of course been in her fair share of fights before and had recieved a few claw marks in the past...but nothing like this. Melevolent, cruel, heavy. Cell gasped slightly and then shut her mouth hard, forcing her eyes closed as she tried to hold back the cry of pain rising in her throat. Even so it slipped through as a series of small hisses and whines. She didn't really even hear the conversation going on around her.

RE: Biding Time
Andrue battled against Celes until she finally stopped squirming. Then yanking her rigidly to her feet as his sight finally cleared up, the cougar dragged the tigress with his claws still firmly embedded. He made to throw her to the floor in front of their lordship as Tallulah padded over. She stood two arm lengths away from Sarath. Close enough to retaliate should her feral acting sister fight back again but far enough away to respect their leader. Frezul stood on the opposite side of him.

Tallulah adjusted her glasses with a tap and settled herself with a mildly interested appearance. Her shoulder was still screaming from being shot earlier and sweat had moistened her fur, making it almost mat in sections. She stared at her sister for a while before surveying the others. Then back to her.

"Punishment. Level three. Would you find that sufficient, my lord?"

RE: Biding Time
Sarath gives a small chuckle and look back at the cringing Celes for a moment. "Level 3?" He held his right hand out to the side, one of the medi bay staff seemingly understanding his motion and quickly retrieving his sword, placing it into his waiting hand. Sarath looked down, examining the crafted handle and hand guard for a moment before slowly reaching round with his left hand and drawing his sword.

"Level 3? This little retch would have deserved evel the first time she was caught had I not decided she might be useful. No, unishment levels are too good for this one. Escape, assault on my crew...attempted murder of myself..." He slowly turned towards Tallulah, shifting his grip on his sword and swinging it round to the grip faced the tigress. "Execute her...now!"

RE: Biding Time
Celes was starting to deal with the pain a little better now, the claws digging into her skin going no further than thy already were. She looked up, glancing at Sarath and Tallulah through squinting eyes. The conversation still wasn't on her mind until Sarath drew his sword, the pointed tip pointing straiht at her. She swallowed slightly...this was bad. It was only going to get worse by the moment as Sarath offered his sword to Tallulah and told her to execute her. Celes went white...or as white as one could get behind bright orange fur. Her eyes widened, her jaw quivering in fear. She wanted to say something, to plead for mercy but nothing came out, all she could do was stare.

RE: Biding Time
Andrue held Celes rigid as Tallulah took hold of the hilt her lord offered with respectful hesitation. After all, it wasn't commonplace to bear the arm of Sarath. She offered the tip at Celes' throat and slowly trailed it along her neck. Fur frayed where the blade had met and she studied it incredulously. The older tigress suddenly swung it towards Celes only to stop an inch short of her collar bone.

"This would be far too inappropriate of a demise for what you had of me years ago."

Tallulah cocked her head to peer at her lord with the same eyes she bore when she'd first met him face to face.

"You know I would not defy your Magnifitcestry without good purpose. And if there is necessity for punishment, I would gladly take it. But this one I can't allow to escape with death as it is. She has honed too many misdeeds. I would request rather," Tallulah insisted as she turned her attention back to Celes, "that she be permitted complete isolation for fifteen years. After all, Celes, that is approximately the length of time which you had of me likewise. Was it not?"
