Personality: Eggman Nega is certifiably insane. So insane in fact that his own demise is not enough to prevent him from working towards the complete destruction of the world by whatever means necessary. Driven mad by unmatched intelligence, the doctor feels no pity towards the people or world that is to be crushed beneath his campaign and has an utterly unshakably superiority complex.

He is no cackling, raving lunatic who would laugh at the death and fire sent to consume the planet at his command though. The Doctor's outer personality is polite to an extreme that speaks of a cold interior and it does not lie. This genius is cold, cruel and calculating to a staggering degree and will often use deception and betrayal to meet his ends, offering uncaring smiles and empty apologies along the way.

Nega's current state is the result of a complete psychological break after the events of the near-apocalypse of two years ago when the ARK nearly crashed into Earth.

Transport: Cars... planes... helicopters... boats... the usual.

Biography: Before the ARK incident Nega had a different name and was a brilliant scientist working for a prestigious research group. The former Professor's genius was outmatched by one thing though, his obsession with the man known as Doctor Robotnik. Over time the obsession grew and the man now known as Nega grew a mustache... put on weight... started to take more interest in the science of robotics over his former specialty of cybernetics. It got to the point of transparency and he lost his job, but the problem did not subside.

Nega's old self rooted for the evil madman to rule the world from his forced retirement, but eventually his tired psyche was overcome. The words of Gerald Robotnik's final testimony reached deep into Nega, awakening a like-mind in him. When Gerald's grandson actually worked to prevent the disaster of wiping out mankind Nega had no idea what to think anymore, feeling betrayed by his obsession.

Two years later the one now calling himself Eggman Nega given the apparent 'retirement' of the original Eggman(He was quiet for far too long to be ignored) has taken to organized crime, masterminding a syndicate that he calls the "Black Egg" but who's name has never been spoken out loud. With no name and believing that Nega's goal was not the destruction of the world but rather wealth criminals work for him in every country often without knowing so. Still, while amassing as much funding for his own work and research as possible, Eggman Nega schemes to bring about the end of humanity by whatever means necessary.

Moves/Combat Style: Eggman Nega does not have any combat skills with which to battle directly.

Skills:

Creation
The Doctor is able to design and build amazing machines or computer programs, but nothing to the scale of Doctor Robotnik's doomsday weapons or giant battle mechs. Nega's limits lie more within the small-scale and even a human-sized robot built by him would not contain much in the way of weaponry, though they could be very detailed and meticulously crafted. Creating special weapons is also within his ability.

Hacking
A master of the digital realm, Eggman Nega is capable of bypassing some of the world's greatest electronic security when it comes to finding the information he desires.

Whatever he can build for himself, though it would never be anything too far beyond imagination.

Strengths:

Intellect
With an IQ striving to catch up to the feared Doctor Robotnik, Eggman Nega's schemes are to be just as feared if only for their work out of sight instead of in the center spotlight.

Planning
Eggman Nega hasn't enough sleeves with which to keep all his tricks in. This genius will plot and calculate a course of action with unparalleled precision for brutal efficiency.

Syndicate
With criminals working for him Nega is able to orchestrate events without having to be there himself.

Weaknesses:

Self-Defence
Nega is an older gentleman of considerable girth. Defending himself without the aid of other men or special weapons would usually be an effort in futility, at least against any sort of well-prepared opponent.

Hubris
Arguably less easy to exploit than the Doctor's other weakness, this one too can lead to the scientist's downfall if one is fast enough to take advantage of it. Eggman Nega's madness makes him quite prone to giving long, unnecessary speeches within the moment of his victory. At these times, his mind is caught up within its own world and he can ultimately begin to lose track of important details. Because his plans are set up to follow such a greatly refined schedule the interruption of one part is capable of leading to their entire collapse, if one can overcome the Doctor's backup plans.

Hatred of Eggman
Nega's betrayed obsession cause shim to loathe the "good" Doctor an unhealthy amount. Anything to do with the original Eggman spurs the man's temper and spikes his blood pressure, undoing his gentlemanly image. He can get the image back under control with willpower, but it would not prevent inner seething for anything to do with the man.
