Akeso, the Healer
Name: Akeso Sapphire Gysbe
Age: 19 Sex: Female Species: Human Alignment: Light Neutral Appearance: Height: 5’4 Weight: 110 Build: Small Hair: Akeso has light blonde hair with bangs that hang into her eyes a little bit, and a little bit of her hair is pulled back and held by a jeweled clip. The rest of her hair hangs down and ends in the middle of her back. Clothes: http://i308.photobucket.com/albums/kk351...efcopy.png (Ref Picture: http://i308.photobucket.com/albums/kk351...REFPIC.jpg) Personality: Akeso is your Gentic Anime Healer/Girl. She’s doesn’t matter who you are, as long as you are in need of healing, and finds it hard for her to not help heal someone. And plus, she’s the kind of girl that just about every guy wants (and not because of a personality. >>). But, there is still more to her than meets the eye. Akeso though, in general, is a caring soul who can’t help but, well, help someone even when she knows it’s an obvious trap. She’s also the kind to be a Damsel in Distress as she doesn’t believe in violence at all, which means she doesn’t resist well, as the least she will do is hit you with her staff. She’s sensitive and emotional about things and is over trusting when she does trust, which makes a fall a lot more painful. She generally has a chipper outlook on things and is very social when needed, though lately she has been noticed to distance herself with people due to certain events. And due to certain events she is also depressed. She doesn’t show it around people as it is generally when she is by herself, but if the right things happen, her chipper happy attitude can go down very easily, and the water works will show. Family: Zerous Gysbe: Father, alive Herran Gysbe: Mother, alive Transport: A small yellow motor scooter. Weapons: A metal staff (IMAGE TO COME LATER. It’s ordinary, though, and no tricks to it) Biography: Akeso was born in Station Square to Zerous and Herran Gysbe. Which, automatically made things hard. The reason that it made things hard automatically was that the Gysbe’s were an Old Money family. And being an Old Money family meant high standards of every kind. Granted, Akeso was generally gifted with the ability to heal, but, well, it wasn’t that kind of high-standard her parents were thinking of. Akeso started school around 4, and generally went to a high standing Private School. She seemed like any average girl with average friends. It was only until around 5 years of age when she found out her ability. It came very subtle. She happened to be running home with her friends when she tripped and fell onto the pavement. She got a bad scratch on her knee and held it tight once she was able to sit up. Her friends came to see if she was alright as she was running ahead, and well, when she showed them the scrap it was gone. Much like her friends, she was confused not just because the scrap was gone but that there was traces of blood on her hand. And later on another day when her friend got a scrap on her elbow, it mysteriously healed when she touched her arm. It was soon catching on that Akeso had a healing touch. Granted, she couldn’t heal bones or help cure a disease and that it wasn’t always because she touched someone, but it was defiantly there. And knowing this helped Akeso practice this ability. Years passed. Most of her friends stayed friends while others spilt their own separate ways. As she practiced her unique ability (Without telling her stuck up parents mind you) it got tough through her Junior High years, as her parents accepted only the best- Which meant straight HIGH A’s. It also meant enemy’s, as she became probably one of the most popular girls in the school, and when High School came around, just about every guy asked her out. Which meant a LOT of boyfriends. And with her parents still demanding the best, preferably, to get her into a high class University to become a doctor. To help with her healing powers, she took on a job in the Veterinary clinic. It was an assistant job, which meant she would be able to get close to the animals and be able to help them. She happened to tell the main veterinary doctor about her ability, and showed him that it was true. And as she worked there, he praised her for it as she was able to help many of the animals that would have been considered ‘Beyond help’. Though, there wasn’t always a happy story as only her powers could go so far, but none the less, at least she did her best to help them, and managed to help many more before it. A few more years pass, nearing her Senior year, she meet Apollo Oliver. He too came from a high standing old money family, which, unlike most other boyfriends she had they accepted him with open arms. It general seemed like they were made for each other, as everyone seemed to agree. And it made it even more convincing as they stayed together for a little longer than a full year, as they both graduated out of High School. But it soon came crashing down as she was, how her friends say, dumped. This…was bad. For around five months, Akeso was in a strong state of depression. Granted, to her parents it looked like nothing was wrong since they never REALLY paid much attention to her, but her friends could tell that her attitude was a little downsized. And plus, when she refused to go to the University, they kicked her out only giving her a ‘little*’ money. She spent her five, depressing months in a small house in a lower district in Station Square. Which was actually comfortable because her house was pretty much already paid off from the little money her parents gave her, and she still had her job as a veterinary assistant at the clinic where as when hearing of her getting kicked out, gave her a salary raise…. Which was pretty much a veterinary doctor’s pay roll (HEY, she did the healing WITHOUT going to a collage. : D). Her job gave her some comfort, but not enough to make the depression disappear. But, it soon did as, low and behold, after five months he confessed that he wanted to get back together. This made the depression all go away. Though, it didn’t last long as when she went to see him, he had a bullet in his head. This made her depression come back, worse than before and the fact that she was a suspect for it did not help one bit. Thankfully, though, she was cleared of that as there was no physical evidence that tied her to Apollo’s death. After around 8 months from that incident, she had recovered from the majority of her depressed state, but it’s still there as she goes on to live in Station Square, distancing herself from both her parents and her old friends. And as Sarath’s attack is going on, she might just play a bigger role than she thought she was. (* To them, a little. To any average Joe, a LOT.) Moves/Combat Style: Unfortunately, Akeso can’t fight, but she has a very special ability, and that is that she can use a healing energy to well, heal. Heal: This is a basic heal move able to patch up even a serious wound. All she does is channel the healing energy over the wound to patch it up. Weakness: She can be interrupted when casting the spell and the person in need of healing has to stay still. Depending on how badly someone is there is a limit to how many times she can do it. She can heal quite a few people as long as the injuries are just minor. Anything serious like a shot to the organ or a broken bone may prove to take up more energy. And plus she cannot heal a medical condition, unless it is simple, but even then, then energy required to make it go away would knock her out after she casts it. Healing Light: This move is a healing spell in which heals anything within a yard radius. It also blinds the enemy and does not affect anyone within the radius and is quicker to cast as she channels the energy through her staff to make it speared in the area. Weakness: Unlike Heal which is a specific target, Healing light heals anything within the radius so that can also include enemies and can also blind allies if they are behind the radius. The blinding effect of the spell will not work with anyone that has a pair of shades or their eyes closed. Skills: Other than her healing ability, she knows a little medical no how, being a Vet. Assistant and also taking Nursing classes in high school, so if you ever get sick, she knows what to do. Also, she knows how to cook and has some first aid ability so that she doesn’t have to use her healing powers on small cuts and such. Strengths: + Has the ability to Heal + Is general quick due to small frame + Has quite a lot of money for having even her own job +Knows First Aid +helps anyone in need Weakness: - Is easily upset - Cannot defend self - Not that strong - Too trusting -Can be prone to help villains |
