[The Great Robotnik]

Robotnik rolls his eyes a bit. "Very well. Egg Carrier charges up super cannon. Egg Carrier gets hit by energy beam from super monster. Egg Carrier goes boom, in a nutshell. Now, those who remember will agree that what was left of it was a mess, correct?"

[Kitty O'Brien]

"Yes, though not as significant a mess as what happened to Station Square as a whole. Go on."

["Trigger"]

[From Cross Country...]

Right about now, Trigger and Blitz's sub would arrive in the base hanger. Once the water drained out of the air lock compartment, automated arms clamped onto the ship to pull it from within the air lock and into the hanger proper itself. Trigger was already climbing down the ramp as it was still extending from the ships door way. "Finally. Computer, locate Doctor Robotnik."

"Robotnik is currently with Kitty O'Brian and is participating in his interview." The computer's monotone voice replied.

Trigger grinned. "Thought so, direct me there now. Allow passage of the new contact with me."

"Acknowledged"

"C'mon."

[Blitzkrieg]

[From Cross Country...]

Blitzkrieg once again mounted his Extreme Gear as the ship came to a halt in the hanger, and he gently glided out behind Trigger. I'm here, he thought to himself. I'm finally here. I don't belive it. Could things go any better? He touched his burned face with one hand. Oh yeah, that could've.

Still, the android smiled as he followed Trigger into the base. "It's so ironic that a year ago I was trying to break into Robotnik's base, and now I'm being invited in." Blitz laughed his hollow laugh again. "I hope the whole 'tried to attack you a year ago' thing won't be too much of a problem now. I'd hate to get this far and be turned down for a technicality."

[The Great Robotnik]

Robotnik continued in an even tone, "Well what if I told you I was able to rebuild it? Only better this time! From wreckage to a work of art! What would you say to that?"

[Kitty O'Brien]

"'Work of art' is a matter of opinion, but either way I imagine it would be quite an impressive feat. Rebuilding a flying battleship and running a planet are two different things, though."

["Trigger"]

After following the turn by turn instructions of the computer, Trigger and Blitz soon arrived at the studio room where Robotnik and Kitty were conducting their interview. When he entered, he saw them still carrying on, but decided to let the good doctor conclude his business before introducing Blitz and informing him about the 'incident' back on the island and what the robot's intentions were. So for now, Trigger waited patiently for the two chatter-boxes to finish.

[Blitzkrieg]

Blitzkrieg followed Trigger into the studio room, dismounting his EX Gear to ensure there would be no noise at all from turbulance. It seemed that the Doctor and was doing what appeared to be an interview with a cat that the android didn't recognize (not having watched the news much).

So, that's him, the infamous Dr. Robotnik in the flesh, Blitz thought to himself with a slight smirk. He's a hell of a lot younger and fitter than he is in my GUN data. I wonder what could have happened to make him that way.

[Sorry about the delay... being a parent during the holidays is a time consuming thing!]

"Well just try to think of it as an example of what I will do for this planet. I'm going to rebuild it into something great! But first I need to world leaders to pass on their mantles of rulership to me and then I can get started."

"And what do you intend to do if they refuse?"
