She wanted to guess the first one, more than the latter. After all, if only a precaution, then why wasn’t it done sooner?

“I’ll get that right away sir. “ Rose began, “Capital City is already decimated, and I know I’ve heard reports about Radical City being rampant with criminals as of late….”

She walked over to the nearest computer, opening a screen up to start searching for the information needed.

[Communications income from The first step ]

It wasn’t too long as Rose was searching for the required information that a small box popped onto the screen of the computer, waiting for acceptance for a communication line to come through. Rose blinked curiously at the pop up with a brow raised as got out her mike set, and had the speakers of the computer turned off as she set the sound to come through her headphones. After all, the box didn’t indicate who it was, so she was a little weary as to if Robotnik should be able to hear or not. After all, it could be something completely useless. She clicked the OK button on the screen, as she went back to typing.

“Hell-“ Rose had began, until she was cut off quickly.

“HEEEYYYYY-YAAAA HOT STUFF!!!”

“BYRAIN, WHAT THE HELL!?!?”

Rose jumped back out of fright as she shouted at the top of her lungs, quickly pulling the headset off and holding it in front of her. Her ears rang from the loud right-in-your-ear yell from Byrain, which even Robotnik would be able to hear. The expression harbored on her face was not only shocked with wide eyes but angered as she stared at the headset as though it was Byrain himself. If the headphones were closer, she could of probably heard the snickering of her cousin on the other end.

Rose growled under her breath as she placed the headphones back onto her head.

“What do you want?” Rose snapped.

“Heheh. Only messin’ with ya.” Byrain snickered, “I was just a-wantin’ to know if there were any openin’ spots in the empire, yo?”

Rose blinked in curiosity.

“Opening spots?”

Robotnik arched a brow, showing a bit of mild annoyance. "I'm not a hiring agency. What's with everyone wanting to join my 'side'?" He mulled over the thought for a moment then shrugged and stated with a grin, "I guess that means I'm winning! So of course the people will want to join me... not to mention I am powerful, devastatingly brilliant and quite handsome to boot! Hah!"

With a raised brow, Rose looked over at Robotnik slowly before looking back at the screen quickly. She her head slightly while blinked as though she was trying to forget something that bothered her.

“So, are you saying you’ll let him in, Doctor?” Rose replied, solemnly.
