Blitzkrieg flew high over the ocean, soaring at the highest altitude his Extreme Gear could muster. The android looked around from his high perch, simply taking in the sights of the ocean and the land. Of course, he wasn't looking around because he enjoyed the scenery. No, he was surveying, mentally creating a map of his route and saving it to his memory banks so that he would always know it, for ease of travel between the ruined Egg Carrier and Robotnik Island.

As he flew, he considered what was to come when he reached the island, and what would happen after that. Would Robotnik's troops be waiting for him? Most likely. And what then? If they tried to fight him, he would probably have to defend himself. Of course, if he killed them (or destroyed them if they were robots) than it would only lessen the chances of Robotnik allowing him to join. So Blitzkrieg was faced with a conundrum. How could he defend himself without killing his opponents? As a battle-android created for the purpose of killing without mercy, it was difficult for him to think of a way to win without killing.

Finally he shook his head to snap himself out of his reverie. He'd cross that bridge when he came to it. For the time being, he returned his attention to his course... and to the island that was rapidly approaching on the horizon.
