"It's a lot easier than I thought it would be..." Giichi said, stroking his chin. "But then again, whenever they do this, usually the rangers are out kicking butt by the second episode at the latest, even if they have no fighting experience."

"Other rangers?!" Lionranger spun around, looking surprised. Or at least his body language made it look like he was surprised. Kind of hard to show facial expressions with that helmet concealing his face after all. "Where are these other rangers you speak of?!"

"Uhh..." Giichi stood there at his console, unsure how to respond. Then an idea popped into my head. "Oh, you must have misheard me. I was talking about...park rangers. Yeah."

Lionranger gave Giichi a blank stare. Or at least, Giichi imagined that's what was going on inside his helmet.

"I don't believe we've had a proper chance to introduce ourselves.", Stormer said as he unfastened his helmet and placed it on the console in front of him. "My name is Stormer. Stormer Aurion. And you guys are?

"Power down!" Lionranger's suit glowed bright red before disappearing completely. A tall lion stood there, with an impressive mane. Giichi wondered where it went while he wore that small helmet. Anyway, the lion wore a stylish leather jacket, with the top half bright red and the bottom half black. Blue jeans and black boots with red stripes completed the civilian look. He smiled warmly at the two of them. "You can call me Leo."

"Power down," Giichi said. He stood there with his legs and arms spread apart, but nothing happened. "Power down," he repeated, still with nothing happening.

"No no no," Leo shook his finger. "Say it with some feeling!"

Giichi rubbed the back of his helmet. "Well, okay then. Don't know why this would make a difference, but POWER DOWN!" This time a yellow glow encircled Giichi's body, before he reverted back to his civilian form. He raised his eyes in awe, touching his clothes. You never would think of this watching the show, but it felt extremely strange and yet awesome to instantly change outfits. In any case, he returned his attention back to the other two. "I'm Giichi. Giichi Twinkieland."

"I have to say, it's a little strange standing in here not wearing my uniform," Leo said, as he looked around the cockpit. "Maybe we should just get back to base now then."

"Power Down!", Stormer said as he transformed back into his civilian outfit. "So, Leo and Giichi, huh? Interesting names. And I appear to be the only one of us that's not a feline." Stormer looked down at the Cat Changers on his wrists, and said quietly to himself, "Man, Chiharu will be shocked when I show her that I got these today." He then looked at his Ranger comrades and said, "So, do we have a secret base of some kind, Leo?"

Leo's jaw dropped. "How did you know we had a secret base?"

"There's always a secret base, isn't there?" Giichi shrugged his shoulders.

Leo back and forth between the two of them, astonished that both of them seemed to know so much about being rangers despite just becoming them. The lion shook his head, confused by the whole thing. "Never mind. I'll just take us back to base."

"Anyway, who is Chiharu?" Giichi asked to Stormer, while they were en route back.
