Neon Noble, Wind Fighter Extraordinaire
![]() Name: Neon Noble Age: 18 years old, Born on April 23 Sex: Male Species: Hedgehog Faction: FREE AGENT Alignment: Neutral-Hero (Mostly Hero) Appearance: This green hedgehog's spikes are long and arranged in a grouping of 2-1-2, with the single spike being in the middle. The middle spike is curved slightly upward. The undersides of all of his spikes (and to an extent on the sides) are colored black, like jagged streaks. His eyes are red-brown, but there is a wide scar that passes over his left eyelid from his forehead to his bottom left cheek. That's what happens when you get thrown off of a cliff and hit a particularly jagged rock on the way down. Neon's right ear was injured in a fight, leaving it slightly bent at the top but still in perfect working condition. His other ear is perfectly fine. The tips of both ears are a red color. On his forehead is a patch of spikes arranged in an upwards buzz saw pattern, all of a red color. Neon is about 4.5 feet tall, which makes him slightly taller than the official Sonic Cast. He tends to wear purple-tinted sunglasses with a golden frame. Neon usually wears a red leather jacket with orange and yellow flames as part of the design. The cuffs are black, and there is a black tornado shape on the back of the jacket, in between where his long shoulder spikes penetrate the holes cut for them. Neon has a slightly long tail (for a hedgehog), and his pants are long and black, with the bottoms of the pants displaying a red and orange flame patter than goes up to his knees. Along the sides of his pants are dark blue lines that cross into his belt loops. Neon's shoes are white and dark green. Built into the middle of his each of his shoes' soles is a metal ball that can be popped out (by stomping his foot by landing a jump in a specific manner or by leaning on it when he stomps his foot) to allow them to spin and give him the ability to slide/skid around corners, similar to Sonic. When not using these balls to slide, he simply stomps his foot into a stepping motion to snap the balls back into the shoes so they cannot spin. Personality: Neon is a free spirit, being as free as the wind he is able to manipulate. When he encounters a problem, if first thought is usually to fight it out, but when this becomes a bad plan, he will talk things out. Being particularly picky about his friends, if Neon doesn't see someone as a useful teammate, he typically won't act in a manner that is friendly. However, he does respect power and logic. Extremely sad emotions don't fit well with him, and he usually ignores them (or acts like he ignores them) to work through them. Revenge is the hardest to deal with. He'll do whatever it takes to get revenge. Family: Neon's parents were killed during the catastrophic events that occurred when the two worlds fused, but they were named Radon Noble (Father) and Karrie Noble (Mother). His known relatives include Max Fox (from a long family connection) and Xenon Noble, who disappeared somewhere before the events took place. Radon Noble was essentially Neon's mentor in fighting. Where teachers didn't cut it, Radon was able to show Neon what to do in a fight. The Wind Hammer was his idea. Transport: Because of Neon's natural ability to control wind, he is able to use it to fly. It also can be used to give him a maximum running speed of 100 MPH should he use the wind at his back. The usage of Wind as transportation can last up to 15 posts of "time." This is independent of energy he uses for attacking until he begins to break the "Safety Zone". (The "Safety Zone" is anything within the given amount of posts he can use attacks.) Weapons: Neon has no weapons besides the wind, though he has been known to be able to use a bow. Biography: Born into the Noble family (not a family of nobles), Neon originally was from the world Blaze lived in. He was discovered to have an elemental ability, much like the Princess herself, in that he could control Wind. As such, much of his free time in growing up involved a lot of learning his extent of controlling Wind-- which was very extensive, as he learned by age 15. Neon was able to develop his skills as a fighting style, though he often had to integrate martial arts into his style because Wind, as he discovered, couldn't do damage directly, instead having to use debris to do damage or by fueling his own punches and kicks. When he set out to learn fighting techniques as a child, his father, radon, aided him in his goal. Seeing as the Wind Hammer was his idea, Neon makes sure never to forget to credit his father for the move. Radon was a strong fighter, and this is probably why Neon is good with his hands and feet. Neon spent a lot of his time traveling Blaze's kingdom, finding fights and adventures to entertain himself. In his time, Neon discovered that he could utilize Sol energy when he happened to come upon a missing Sol Emerald. In this particular adventure, Neon managed to summon forth a monstrous hurricane which he named "Hurricane Neon". In another event, his cousin Max was hurt badly by an unknown person (masked). When Neon found out, he spent all of three weeks hunting him down, a trail of destruction following him in his search. In this particular time span, the wind seemed to have a particularly foggy quality. Neon eventually found the man responsible and killed him. When the two universes fused, Neon found himself waking up in the middle of Station Square without his parents alive. The death of his parents was a shock, but he had no time to do anything about it once Robotnik's machines came upon him. Right about now, he should be wondering the new world looking for fights and thrills instead of dwelling on the sadness. Moves/Combat Style: --Normal Attacks 1: Wind Control: There's really no definition of the attack specifically. Neon is able to summon forth light breezes, warm gusts, and tornadoes. He cannot control anything else, though, so he cannot make it rain or snow. Neon can, however, use wind as a means to move objects, whether that be by lifting it or by simply pushing it. He can lift a total weight (distributed) of at most 250 pounds for about 6 turns. He can fight using Wind, otherwise, for about 15 turns. He has a long endurance for using Wind. If he goes past these limits, he starts taking health damage. Should he keep fighting for 20 turns (without aid of an energy source), Neon falls close to death. Neon DOES have a recharge outside of any situation where he is fighting. (During a fight or a similar event, Neon is unable to recharge his Wind use.) This recharge rate is 1 "turn" to each 1 recharge in use, so that Neon can land and start flying again later outside of battle. When in battle or the like events, the recharge rate does not apply except for after Neon uses his Hurricane Neon attack, so he can run out of his ability in a long fight. Charge times: Summoning a breeze or gust: 0 turns. Summoning a massive gust: 0 turns. Summoning a Tornado or whirlwind: 1-2 turns (depends on size). Lifting an object or objects: 0-1 turns, depending on size, quantity, or weight. Breezes and winds can not really do ANY damage, but they CAN move things. Neon likes to use gusts to shove away opponents. Large gusts do low damage Tornadoes typically do medium damage. 2: Tornado Punch/Kick: Neon summons a small gust of wind to swirl around his arms or legs when he punches or kicks his opponent. The tornadoes are small and quick, and take up virtually no energy. If Neon's Wind Control reaches 15 turns, though, he must put more effort into it and loses health. No charge time. Does low-medium damage. 3: Wind Hammer: Whether with or without his swinging blows included in the attack, Neon will perform this move by commanding a powerful downward gust of wind to push and/or crush down his enemy to the ground. Without outside factors, Neon can do this for about 10 turns. "Charge" time: 1 turn. This is usually the turn where he prepares the attack, because the next turn he uses it. Does medium damage. 4: WIND SENSE: Technically not an attack, Neon keeps it active pretty much all the time. It enables him to hear over long distances by having the wind carry sounds, but he can also sense the area around him by being able to tell when the wind hits something--but he cannot identify it without further inspection. By using Wind Sense, Neon can keep himself relatively safe from ambushes. The maximum distance of Neon's Wind Sense range is 300 feet in radius. No charge time. No damage. CHAOS/SOL ATTACK: "Hurricane Neon". By accessing the Chaos/Sol energies, Neon is able to summon a potent hurricane, capable of speeds up to 300 MPH with an eye diameter of 6 feet (around Neon) and a wall diameter of 100 feet. The attack lasts approximately between 3 and 8 turns, and depending on the time length he holds the attack, the longer Neon will have lost his Wind Control, because the move literally drains the control from his body. It takes about 10-18 turns (or 60-90 minutes) before Neon can regain his Wind Control. This attack takes 2 turns to charge. Does High to EXTREME damage. TEAM ATTACK: Neon's Team attack, by himself, is called WIND RUSH. He is able to fling his teammates at his opponents and surround them in tornadoes that protect them. His teammates will be able to attack while the move is in effect. The maximum distance Neon can throw his teammates is about 200 feet, but this move can only last about 4 turns. It takes up about 9 turns of energy. Skills: Neon isn't a very particularly skilled hedgehog. In fact, he'd say his only skills involve fighting and problem solving. Strengths: Neon's strengths include a balance of speed, which can be 50 MPH normally or 100 MPH by using Wind, and power; The Wind has no physical limits besides speed and quantity, but Neon hasn't been able to tap into its strongest potential without Sol/Chaos energy. Neon can hide very well due to the Wind he controls. Typically, he is able to disguise sounds made by him by carrying away the sound with Wind. Weaknesses: Neon's weaknesses include the following: --Because he fights at medium to hand-to-hand range, he is unprotected from long range attacks. --Neon, if forced to use only his natural strength and not wind, is not very strong. --Neon's strategies tend to be terrible. Because of this, he usually uses a "Charge and Fight" technique that results in his capture many times. --Neon becomes very destructive when seeking revenge. Because of this, he thinks less and is more likely to do something that compromises his morals, such as killing someone. |

Sometimes the settings are not set correctly, So it was probably forum->user viewing errors.
We just had a rehaul so there might be a few bugs still. |

But I made no additions to Neon since he was approved. I haven't modified anything besides a spelling error I think. Are you sure you're not confusing my characters Neon and Xenon?
