Some of you guys might have seen this coming. To those of you who were unaware, I'd like to apologize.
Aftermath and I go way back. I've known most of the staff team for forever now. Likewise with some of the members and, well. Even some of you who I haven't known for that long, I've made fast friends with and have enjoyed being able to associate with you, talk, complain, laugh. Whatever the preference.
I've been staff here for over seven years now. It's been all kinds of things. Easy-going and fun, frustrating and outraging, relieving and helpful. But most importantly, it's brought to me a better sense of understanding people while trying to do what I can for those who have come to me about things. But as of the 17th of January**, I will step down as a moderator here on Aftermath. Will I return? That is a question I can't answer at this time.
It was a hard decision for me to make to step down. I'm always one of mixed feelings, especially because of how long I've worked with this board and everyone involved on it. But it occurred to me that this energy that I spend here, that the students I'll be working with as I begin my student teaching will need it more. It would not be fair to them to not give them my 100%.
I digress.
I know the board feels like it's seeing some hard times. The goings have been slow, but they don't have to end. The old saying goes that if there's a will, there is definitely a way. So, take charge. Make your own story. Pull people together. But, most importantly, have fun. Because if you aren't, then what's the point? ;D

Well it's been fun, I still sort of remember the first time I saw your profile in the application section.
I've been a LONG time lurker.
Hope you're staying to RP and stuff, still gonna bother you on MSN and I hope you don't mess those kids up too badly lol, School would have been really fun if my teacher told me to go Ef myself or she would cut my bawls off and all that good junk. Yes, my restraining order still stands Yoli.
