I don't think I've told any of you yet, but I'm about to buy my first house
This is something I've been looking forward to for years. I've actually been looking at homes for the past several months, but now I think I'm finally ready to buy.
But this is going to be a big time commitment on my part, so don't be surprised if I take longer than usual to post. This will affect Giichi, Robotnik, Nail, and Gail.

If all goes well I'll be taking possession of the house sometime next week.
However, the apartment made me pay for an extra month's rent since I'm breaking my lease, so I'm not planning to move in immediately or all at once. I'm going to use this extra rent month to paint the house while I'm not in it, and gradually move over stuff that I'm not going to need in the interim.
Once again, I'm betting I'll be quite busy for the next few weeks with these things, so don't be surprised if I take longer than normal to post.
Congratulations Nail, I hope you have fun in your new house. It will be a huge jump from an apartment, yet I think it will be better for you. That doctor job you have is helping you after all. I hope it all goes well and I hope you enjoy the transition. I'm very happy for you buddy. In fact, coming back to this website has been the best thing that has ever happened to me in quite awhile. Just wanted to give you guys one more update. After I take possession of the house sometime tomorrow, I'm going to start painting and moving things in. So I'll be pretty busy.
On top of that I'll need to make arrangements for transferring my internet service. From my personal experience that never goes smoothly, so I might be without home internet for a few days in the coming weeks. Just warning you guys in advance.
