(To note, his voice I gather is probably lower; or he just sounds a lot mature than his teenage self. Also, his shoes are also Gear Shoes. Also, if you wondering what's going on with the top quill, it's messed up. It's permanently been split in half. I'll be sure to make another picture too, this one is horrible; but it will due for now. )

Things have changed through out the years for this blue hedgehog. Not say he’s completely changed; He still tends to be pretty laid back. He hasn’t gotten tired of running over the place, and he still looks for excitement (though it seems that with everything he’s been through, things tend to be a little duller for him). But over the years he’s gotten a lot harder, as he’s taken a much more loner approach to things. But despite this he still ends up working in groups as he’s come to find out that he can’t do everything on his own anymore. He’s also a little bitter too. Obviously he’s seen a lot of bad things happen, since the escalade of the world he came from. But it doesn’t stop him from fighting for what he feels is right, even though he still questions it.
He also tends to be a lot straighter forward; not to say he doesn’t try to say anything witty, but he’s less likely to taunt Dr. Eggman or anyone else in fights. Which can lead to an element of surprise to those used to such a Sonic. He also tends to be a little cruder with his jokes, and has a surprising amount of patience than before hand. And he’s gotten a lot better handle with his ego and pride than his younger self; now inclined to think a little more in battle than simply running into it. Combined with his cool head and quick thinking, this makes him a lot more dangerous than before.

Much like Dr. Robotnik, Not much is known about the Blue Blur before his appearance on South Island. But most people aren’t too concerned about where he came from; because all that matters is that he is here now. And if not for this sassy and bold hedgehog the world might have been an entirely different place.
All that is needed to know is that Sonic appeared on South Island (what for is unknown, though adventuring could be an answer) and thwarted Dr. Robotnik’s plans and is continued to do so. But times changed, Robotnik got older with Sonic and soon he was finding himself dealing with a much bigger threat than all the ancient beings and metal colossal he had to deal with. An alien race known as the Enthph’s (or called Spectors to most of the population) invaded; something Sonic couldn’t stop.
So while his old advisary died in complete silence to him and the Spectors took over Sonic found himself living in a very different world than what he knew. Now apart of rebellion that was much bigger than what he was used to dealing with and his friend Tails taking on the role of leader, the only thing he could really do was help to slow the Spectors down while Tails and many others try to find out a way to harm them; or a way to drive them away.
But soon the fabric of reality was ripped and Sonic found himself in a strange place that reminded him of the zone’s he’d enter to get the Chaos Emeralds sometimes. After running for who knows how long, he was surprised to see himself; the much younger him run straight past him through this crazy zone. And before he had any time to react, Sonic soon found himself launched out of the Special Zone and on an island he’d hadn’t seen in years. Feeling nostalgia, and seeing no spector towers in the sky, Sonic is now wondering just what’s been going on.

The many years he’s been around, he’s become a lot more combat adapt. His not limited to just running around and hitting enemies with his sonic spin dash, spinball or homing attack. With his many adventures over the years, Sonic’s gotten much better with combat. While he might not be some kind of martial-arts master, he’s gotten much more effective with close-quarters combat. He may punch sometimes, but where his true strength lies is in his kicks. After all, can run at the speed of sound.
Sonic’s able to control the speed of his limbs. Meaning that he just doesn’t run at the speed of sound, but he can kick at the speed of sound. While there is a variable that he won’t get his kicks to go that fast, it’s in the realm of possibility. And even the slowest speed that the kick might go will still be enough to put a dent in someone. For the most part there are two ways he kicks.
One is a single kick that he attempts to get up at the speed of sound, which is meant to be a power kick. The second way is a barge of kicks that are meant more to spread damage all over; or meant to shake an opponent up. This kicks can both be used with a little distance between him and the opponent, but not very much. He simply doesn’t need to be right in they’re face in order to hit them. While the kicks may not land the air created by his kicks going by so fast will; which is usually a little less powerful than if his real kick would land. It may not be enough to knock an opponent, but it’s sure to disorientate or distract them long enough.
Other than that he’s same-old, same-old. Very agile, being able to bounce off walls and objects and jump very high into the air. He’s not much of a person to have defense, but after fighting mech’s he’s learned to take hits (though it doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel pain or injury from it). And of course there’s his trade-mark speed.
Moves:
Spinball/Spindash/Homeing Attack:
Sonic has the ability to curl up into a ball and do a variety of things, such as giving a speedboost as well as being able to curl up while jumping in mid-air and attacking enemies.
Weakness: Like all things it can be dodged. This is a fairly basic move.
Boost:
Using a little Chaos Energy, Sonic can give himself a short burst of extra speed. Ways it can be used is for when he might end up slowing down to turn and use the boost to get himself back to speed; or use the extra power to just flat out knock and opponent down. The only move he can use this with his is Sonic Spindash.
Weakness: He can’t use any moves till three posts.
Axe Kick:
While performing a Spindash, he can slam into an enemy knocking them to the ground and before landing onto them performs an axe kick with a radiant blue energy that adds to the power of the kick.
Weakness: Can’t use any moves till about five posts. Also, like anything else it –can- be dodged. If a character has enough defenses, they also may be able to defend against it.
Wind Drive:
A move Sonic performs mostly when in the air. He comes down onto a target rapidly while spinning clock-wise as a blue and green energy swirl all around him. When the powerful swirling, pointed tornado hits it can drill into metal. As a side effect it the power of the hit can send enemies flying back; making it good for not just boss-fights, but crowd control as well.
Weakness: He can’t do any other moves after five posts. It can be dodged, and after it’d down he can be vulnerable for attacks.
Chaotic Storm:
A more powerful version of his normal kick barrages. The series of 10 kicks though emit a blue energy that take’s the shape of the end of his feet that shoots off a yard away. These ‘arrows’ of energy can pierce and cut through opponents; and the arrows are all spread out from different places he kicks.
Weakness: It's very possible to get out of the way in time if you manage to catch him performing this. It also means he won't be able to use any moves until five posts.

Extreme Gear: Sonic has the ability to handle Gears with ease.
Pilot: Before Tails had the X-Tornado, Sonic organically had his own plane in which he flew himself; being just as good as a pilot as Tails before he gave him the plane.

+Over the years he has developed the ability to move his legs secretly up to super-sonic speeds; giving a lot of power to them.

- No matter how pre-pared he seems, he still cannot swim (he regrets holding off the swim lessons Amy offered). And his gears shoes don't save him from this all the time.
-Can sometimes get into things a little above his head
-He may be physical strong, but he’s not as strong as Knuckles or Shadow on his own
-He’s not too good with computers
-The actually strength of all his kicks can vary.
-With great speed comes less control; so the faster he runs, the less control he has. He can’t just stop on a dime, and as soon as he’s aimed himself, he’s going straight where he aims. While he might have gotten better over the years (Example: if at tops speeds he’s learned to sidestep. But he can’t side-step very far) it doesn’t eliminate the problem.
-He can waste a lot of energy if he doesn’t hit his target.
