Neon Noble

Name: Xenon Noble

Age: 24, born September 13

Sex: Female

Species: Hedgehog

Faction: No Faction

Alignment: Villain

Appearance: Xenon stands at 4 feet 10 inches tall.

Xenon Noble is primarily purple colored, with black streaks along the sides of her spikes. Her spike pattern is 1-2-1, the two spikes being in the middle. All of her spikes except for the top middle one curve upwards, and are medium-short in length.

With jade green eyes and black streaks around them, Xenon has an odd glare that could give one a strange shiver up their spine. Her forehead boasts a black X-shaped mark.

Xenon's choice in clothing comes off tomboy-ish, but she thinks it is better for "displaying her curves," as she often puts it. She wears a black trench coat with its sleeves ripped off. The coat is never zipped up, and she wears a white shirt underneath, the sleeves of which are tucked under her long, brown gloves. The tips of the fingers are colored silver.

Her pants are knee-length but typically low set around her hips. Xenon's primary pistol is holstered in its holster tied around her upper right leg. Her boots are black and gray, with a furred rim at the tops. The boots also have blunt heels, making her appear taller than she is.

Implemented in the boots are a pair of blades that protrude from the toes. Xenon only needs to hit the switch on the sides of the shoes to engage them.

Personality: Having deserted her family at the age of 20, Xenon had long decided that the path of "Evil" was just right for her. She laughs at heroes and typically puts down every one that comes after her, though she finds her cousin Neon to be a little different from the rest. She feels that she and Neon are opposites: Xenon addresses sadness as a fuel for her misdeeds, and anger as an emotion never to feel (mostly because when she's angry, she's lost).

Xenon despised her mother, Sarah Noble (sister to Radon Noble), for being "weak," as she said. She hated how her mother was unable to go out into the dark world and show that she was more than a fragile, female worker, and ultimately Xenon decided to be the opposite of her mother. Xenon feels sympathy for evildoers, and she finds herself attracted to them. She agrees with her father's decision to not stay with her mother.

Xenon fights with a certain lust for power that makes her enjoy the savory taste of her enemy's blood. When winning a fight, her wicked laughs echo across the battlefield, but when she looses, her angry shouts seem akin to ghostly shrieks.

Family: Father: Dallas Hallem. He never married Sarah Noble, but Xenon feels closer to him than her mother for leaving her because of her supposed weakness. Xenon enjoyed the idea of being nasty and responsibility-free.

Mother: Sarah Noble. Xenon did not like her mother because she worked, but was not strong about it. She felt that her mother was of no aid to her life aside from keeping her alive for her childhood, and when Xenon felt it was fit to leave, she did promptly.

Cousin: Neon noble. Xenon awaits the day when she can fight and defeat her "Heroic" cousin.

Transport: None, but Xenon can run at a maximum speed of 20 MPH.

Weapons:

Xenon carries two 10-bolt energy clips and two 16-bolt energy clips on her person at all times.

Pistol: "Grace": Xenon named her pistol Grace mostly because it is lightweight and easy to use. It is an energy gun but requires clips of energy cells, which can be recharged. Each clip used for Grace has 10 shots of energy.

The damage from Grace is small to moderate, depending on the range or where the beam hits.

The range of Grace is about 250 feet, and its accuracy gets considerable worse the farther away her target is-- without a charged, precision shot.

Cannon-Sword: Xenon hasn't named this gun simply because she doesn't want to. This weapon is a dual-type weapon: It can be a two-handed cannon, or it can extend a wide blade and be used, with a little more effort, as a kind of sword, though the two handles and the weight (30 lbs) make this a bit more difficult.

The cannon has two modes: Charged and Uncharged. It also uses a rechargeable clip with 16 bolts worth of energy.

Charging the cannon takes one (full) turn. Charged shots mean a fired shot will go about 100 feet and do moderate damage. However, she looses two bolts of energy in the energy clips.

Uncharged, the cannon can fire a bolt of energy over 200 feet and do low damage. This uses up one bolt of energy.

The Sword on the cannon is extended by pressing a switch on the handle. The cannon cannot be fired as long as the sword is extended, but she does do moderate-high damage with it at a range of about 3-4 feet.

She can retract the blade by pressing the same switch. The sword cannot be activated during a same turn when the cannon has been activated, and visa-versa.

RECHARGING: When the energy clips run out (she carries two of each size), Xenon can charge them in the base of her cannon-sword. She recharges them at a rate of 1 bolt for two "turns" or 4 minutes, depending on the necessary time frame. She CANNOT recharge and use the cannon at the same time.

Biography: Xenon despised her life as a child. Throughout most of her teenage years, she fought with her mother and tinkered away at devices in their garage while her mother was away at work. These devices were the prototypes of her cannon-sword. She found that she was much more of a weapon fighter than her father was said to be, although she did implement strength training because of him.

As a young child, Xenon frequently got into fights with other children. She picked on them as well, and most of her victims were female because of how she viewed her mother. Xenon built up a reputation for beating up the boys at her school because of her attitude, and eventually it became common for Xenon to skip school. Technology like computers was all she needed for education, and while she was skipping school, she'd indulge in petty crimes such as small-scale theft.

Xenon found it enjoyable to smoke at the age of 16, stealing the cigarettes from simple stores until she was old enough to purchase them herself. Her mother refused to let her smoke in the house, and so Xenon often left the house with a cigarette and a lighter.

At the age of 20, she attacked her mother and left her house. Xenon fled and joined a group of thieves for a while until she killed them all and stole their already stolen goods for herself and sold them for money. She traveled the world in search of sick kicks and challenges, eventually killing the entire police force of a town just for the fun of it.

It is unknown where she was when the worlds fused.

Moves/Combat Style: Xenon uses her weapons much more than she uses martial arts, though she will begin to use them if it is her only option, despite how less trained these skills are. She has, however, developed a few special techniques that utilize both martial arts and her weapons.

1- Great Arc: Xenon overcharges her Cannon and releases the blast, draining 8 bolts of energy from the clip, with a wide, sweeping motion, which sends the blast as a wave for a distance of about 200 feet with moderate damage.

Great Arc takes 2 turns to charge, firing on the third turn.

2- Precision Firing: Xenon can make a long-distance shot with Grace by charging the clip for one turn. By doing this, she loses an extra bolt of energy, but the shot can go 500 feet in distance and do moderate-low damage.

3- Energy Whip: Xenon overcharges Grace (for 2 turns). When she releases the charge, the beam dos not fire like a regular shot, but instead wastes 3 bolts of energy and forms a 5-foot-long whip that lasts for 2 turns.

The whip does moderate damage.

4- Unconventional Use: Xenon has the option to use her Cannon-Sword as a melee weapon without wasting a turn to change the cannon into a sword.

She can swing the cannon 1 foot farther than she can punch or kick. However, because of the weight of the cannon, this is the only attack she can make during one turn. It leaves her wide open for attack.

CS Move: Chaos Charge: Xenon opens the charging ports of her cannon to intake the Chaos/Sol energy in the air. She directly connects this energy to her cannon, which shuts down the cannon and its charging ports. When she fires the cannon, it creates a wide, powerful beam that can go a distance of 400 feet.

It takes 3-4 turns to charge the cannon, and she can fire the high-damage beam for 2 turns. When the charge is stopped, Xenon needs to change the energy routing system in the cannon to be able to use it again. She cannot change the system in battle unless under high cover and has 4 full turns to do so without doing anything else.

Xenon cannot move when using this attack because of the force; she can, however, change the firing angle. She can only fire the beam once during each of the two turns she has to use it.

Team Attack: NONE

Skills:

Heavy Lifting: Because of the weight of the Cannon-Sword, Xenon is very skilled in carrying heavy objects. She can carry up to 70 lbs in weight (including her 30-lb Cannon-Sword, so that is 40 extra pounds).

Ms. Fix-it: Xenon is skilled in the ways of fixing things, most of them technological. She has been proven to fix vehicles, though.

Guns: If it is a gun, Xenon will be able to fire it. Sniper, turret, cannon, it doesn't matter. Xenon's gun practices in her spare time have lead to a wide knowledge of gun workings.

Strengths:

-Xenon is good at carrying heavy loads. Because of this, she also has strong muscles, which can give her martial arts an extra punch. too bad her martial arts aren't very refined.
-Xenon is calculating. She thinks a lot and can easily find alternate ways to do things, such as sneak into a building or construct a strategic attack.
-Allure: Xenon has a way of making males gawk over her appearance. Especially if one is drunk, Xenon can manipulate people with promises of fulfilling their less-than-friendly pleasures (not that she will).

Weaknesses:

-Slowness: Xenon is not very fast. In fact, Xenon finds it difficult to fire her cannon while moving and is more likely to miss.
-Coughing Fits: Due to smoking, Xenon tends to cough a lot. This can sometimes make her stop her activity to catch her breath, and it often results in being horribly conspicuous. (She's not very stealthy.)
-Street Fighter: Xenon never learned proper martial arts, so her fighting style without weapons is very weak.
-Take the pain: Xenon usually wins fights by winning them quickly. She cannot take pain for long periods of time without it affecting her aim.

Xenon Noble

Here we go! I've got the profile all finished. What do you think?

Neon Noble

Made a few changes, mostly removing the "Alcoholic" weakness since it was kinda above the PG-13 rating. I kept smoking in order to keep some kind of balance.
Hallo~

I've only got two problems things about this profile.

First off, personality. You have a lot of your characters thoughts in it, which is fine, but I think you should put more explanation as to how she acts than what she thinks.

Secondly, Cannon-Sword. Now I do see a little problem in this, but I'm ignoring it to ask the question, What's the point? Having a gun and a sword, I can understand but a Cannon with a sword attached I do not since she already has a long ranged weapon. It just seems unnecessary.

Fix these problems and your fine with me.
I honestly don't mind there being a cannon sword. But with her weapons, I almost feel like you would be better off choosing between the cannon and the pistol since they both carry the same range and power. Having both just doesn't seem logically necessary.

I would also note how many clips she regularly carries on herself.

Other than that, I don't see any other issues. \m/

I will work on this, thanks.

Xenon is a mid/long-range fighter. Because her pistol is rather weak despite its long range, Xenon's cannon has slightly more range but does the same low damage, but its range gets cut when charged to do more damage.

If I have to, I'll drop the range of the cannon by about 100 feet to make it fair.

But the point of having the Pistol and the Cannon-Sword is that the Cannon is the only way she can have a Chaos/Sol attack, and the cannon is put out of use by it. The cannon is also very heavy, and so her aim gets less and less accurate when she moves, unlike the pistol.

The sword part is necessary because Xenon is not a good close-range fighter. In the case that she does have to fight at close-range, the sword is available for use, though the weight of the Cannon-Sword makes the use a little more difficult in exchange for damage. Xenon needs to get away somehow.

EDIT: I changed the range of the cannon (normally) and stated that she has 4 clips, two of each clip size. I will work on the personality later.
I think it all looks acceptable. All I'd say is just explain the low-moderate-etc damage levels. People have different definitions so instead of low say, for example, like being punched by a boxer or causes mild (3rd degree) burns, or something. Other than that I'm happy.
This has been sitting around unapproved for far too long.
