Tails looked around the train as it scooted along it's passage to Station Square and saw that no one was in here, but him. His ears drooped down for only a second and then perked right back up.

"Why did these two Sonics have to do this? One took my blue prints, but I've got a spare of a earlier version, so no harm done. One took my battery, but I can still fix my computer, I've backed up my files online. Which one was the real Sonic, I really don't know, but I'll get to that later.

"I'll find Amy Rose and tell her about my house and how I saw two Sonics." His ears drooped down, until he reached the word but in which time his ears perk up again. "I'm not gonna like fixing up my house again, but at least it'll give me something to do. I need to find a computer and then access the security cameras. I can't give up hope."

Tails found a laptop computer lying on a chair nearby him and saw a note.

He read it. "For whoever wants a computer, this is all yours."

He unzipped the carry case and opened the computer. He saw that it required a password to get into. He connected the wrist watch to the computer and typed on a keypad on the wrist watch. He typed in a few things and it found the code.

Tails smiled. "I think I got it."

He went over to the computer and typed in the code and entered the computer. All that was left now was to get connected to the Internet. But first, he would have to do something else entirely, because what he was about to do was access a security facility in charge of the cameras and he knew it was illegal.

He'd have to encrypt his IP address, so no one would see what he's about to do.

Tails encrypts the IP address. He talks into the microphone. "CT23, give me the hardest encryption you have and put it in my IP address."

CT23: What for? Do you want it hard for you to hack?

Tails talked into the microphone and hoped to heck that it would convince his watch. "No, I want access without any troubles. What I want is it to be hard for people to see what I'm doing while I'm online."

CT23: Copy that. In process.

A few mintues later...

CT23: Done Tails. Anything else?

Tails: Not right now.

He enters the website and now the fun can truly begin. He's going to have to hack into the website now so he can truly find Amy Rose.
He immediately returns to the wrist watch and types on the six buttons there. He goes through a series of codes and is able to send the details to the computer. He clicks the microphone on the wrist watch.

"CT23, I want you to give me a series of codes to follow, starting with the ones you think would be weak. I wanna test the security on the website."

CT23: Copy that Tails. Sending weak codes now.

Tails typed in the first series of codes and could tell the website had a powerful security feature. It was slightly hard with the things going on so far, but he didn't notice.

Tails wondered if he would be able to find Amy with the cameras, "Amy might be like trying to look for a needle in a haystack," but he knew he was up for the challenge. "I have to find her. I know I can."

Tails wondered why on earth he'd be breaking the law right now just to find Amy, but it had to be done. He felt Sonic had abandoned him and gone off on his own adventure, but he was also excited because he was going on his own adventure too.

It wasn't the first time Tails had to fend for himself, so he knew he could do it. If he can destroy the menacing Egg Walker, the little thing that looked like a four legged spider, then he can do this. If he can defeat Robotnik himself with his Cyclone, guided by Sonic's encouragement to count on him, then he can do this. If he can create a map in his head when the whole gang had to help to stop the eclipse cannon, especially Robotnik, then he can do this too.

Tails checked the battery on the computer. It appeared to be running low on battery. "Looks like I'll have to hurry and bring my fingers to top speed. As Sonic used to say jokingly. Your fingers have to go Sonic speed and it's a good thing their used to it."

It began raining and Tails knew that whereever there was rain, thunder and lightning was sure to follow. He was terrified of thunder and lightning. It was like Superman's kryptonite. "As long as it doesn't thunder or lightning, I'm perfectly fine."

It didn't just thunder, it created a loud burst of lightning.

Tails nearly destroyed the computer just by dashing underneath his seat. "I'm afraid of lightning! I so wish I was at my workshop right now, snug in my bed. Darn rain."

Tails shivered and his teeth chattered. "If only Sonic were here to see this, he'd know what to do."

He knew he'd have to continue, so he slowly, but surely, grabbed the computer and brought it down with him.

Tails smiled. "Sonic is still the coolest and I hope to be like him. He's my big brother."

Tails, because he had to hurry before the battery runs out, immediately spoke into the microphone on the CT23. "Give me the best codes you have. I need to hurry before the battery runs out."

CT23: Copy that.

Because it knew Tails was desperate, it sent him the codes one at a time. Tails typed each code that came up and then he was able to strike gold. "I'm in! I did it Sonic! Now to check where Amy could be."
Tails hacking did the trick. In a moment, the screen would display a message: ACCESS GRANTED.

With a bit of searching Tails would soon discover he now had access to a number of city traffic monitoring cameras. The feeds are choppy with pictures obviously only taken every odd second or so, but lo and behold after sifting through several of the camera feeds who should Tails spot than Amy Rose walking down the street with a large pile of packages walking along beside her. Of course, upon further inspection Tails would see that someone is actually with her and helping carry her shopping. It would take little to no effort at all to track down the address of that camera feed and judging by the time given this film was a few hours old. Still, it might not be a bad idea to check out that area, just in case.

What might be more interesting than just having discovered a possible fix on Amy's location in the city, but as Tails watched, he would notice a familiar canine come up and chat with Amy for a bit. But quite unexpectedly, Tails would see an arrow shaft rather suddenly embed itself in the packages beside Amy. Next thing he'd see is his friends diving for cover and disappear out of view of the camera.

Tails, as he watched the camera feed, saw that he would have to hurry. He had to find Amy Rose and fast. She might still be in danger.

He couldn't take faking being happy anymore. He knew that if he bottled his emotons in he might burst. That wasn't a wise thing.

Tails couldn't stand faking his emotions. Not even in front of Sonic. That is if there were only one true blue hedgehog. He knew that he saw two Sonics and he knew he was confused as hell about that incident. Although he would never actually say hell.

"One Sonic stole my blue prints. I may have a way to get a blue print of an earlier version, but it was destroyed I bet. The same Sonic stole my airplane, so who knows where it's at now. Another Sonic ran off with my battery and I don't think he's going to return either."

He knew why he had to break the law in order to see the camera feeds. He needed a friend. He couldn't find Sonic anywhere, depending on where he was; whether he was flying in the tornado with his blue prints or off doing who knows what with his CMPT5 battery he had no idea. The only option for him was to find Amy.

Amy would know what to do.

She would know what to say about how he lost his workshop to a blast that happened while he was only away to see why Angel Island had fallen... again.

When he saw his workshop destroyed, it hurt him immensely. He couldn't fake not being emotionally drained by it. It drained him completely. He had to do something; he couldn't just sit here and rot. He needed a friend. He...needed...a...friend.

Tails was so emotionally drained and completely distraught. He was able to get some emotion out of himself though. He destroyed the computer he was using; he wouldn't even attempt to break the law again. Next time he'll just go to the one responsible for the cameras in the first place and ask them to find her. It would be easier on his back.

He dropped to his knees and cried. He didn't care at the moment that it was thundering or lightning; although he knew it wouldn't last too long.

"Where are you Sonic?! I need you more than ever! I would love to cry on someone's shoulder right now."

He stood up when the train reached the station. He wiped his tears. He brought his fist to his face. "I have to see if Amy is okay. If she is okay, I'll need her to help me. Here I come Amy."

As he peered outside at the train station to see Station Square, he saw that it wasn't thundering or lightning, but it was still sprinkling outisde. Oh, how he hated thunder and lightning - it was a pilot's nightmare.

He walked outside and began his search to find the area he saw on the cameras.
