Just a heads up: I'm upgrading my internet tomorrow from DSL to broadband.
While I'm glad to finally be upgrading my speed, I fully expect that there will be problems and I could end up not having internet for a couple days. Every time my cable company does some kind of work on my connection (no matter what kind of work it is) I'm always offline for a couple days due to unforseen problems. EVERY. TIME. No exceptions.
Sorry for the rant, but it's why I resisted upgrading for so long even though I need more bandwidth. I just don't trust cable companies anymore to do stuff right when I need their help. If nothing goes wrong tomorrow, I will be shocked.
