I noticed that for most of the day, the site was down. What's up with that?
I've sent Viper a note. Maybe he will know. It happened for me too.
I'm just glad the place is back again. It scared me half to death when I saw it down.
Same here. I was like "What the hell is going on with the site?" when I saw it down.
No clue what happened. The bill was paid so it was awkward for it to be down.
Could a spambot somehow have taken it down? And any idea on how to make sure this doesn't happen again?
No it was not a spambot or anything like that. It seems like more of a DNS attack if anything but since I was unable to log into my providers website, I'm thinking it was more likely an account related issue.
And stop freaking out people. Stuff breaks we fix it. I can't afford to have the site blow up and never return since much of my own personal business is used on the site as well, so chill.
Sorry about that, Viper. I was just getting worried.
