Note: Stormer is the one on the left.

His main outfit consists of his legendary black-gray fedora, a black button-up longcoat, gray cargo pants, black fingerless gloves, lace-up black and gray boots, and a gray scarf around his neck. His clothes are made of a special synthetic fiber from the future that, given an hour or so, can repair any damage done to his clothes.

Personality: Before Troy's death, Stormer was a bit timid and shy. He was a quiet young boy, while Troy was the outgoing, brave one. However, that all changed after Troy died. Stormer, in a way, adopted Troy's personality, becoming filled with a zeal to avenge his death, protect those he loves, and clean up the filth of his beloved city. He studied various combat styles to become a stronger man, with the long hours of training building his character. He also took speaking classes to become more open toward others. Now, he's a confident, silver tongued, strategizing fighter, with one motivation in mind: free Arcadiana from the chains of Cerberus. He's a nice guy under the rough and zealous exterior, but won't hesitate to fight if push comes to shove.

Family:
  • Pixel Aurion- Stormer's tech genius younger brother. He has a habit of going into technobabble, but is willing to support his older brother in any way he can. He's a big part of Stormer's life, as he's one of the people closest to Stormer, and supplies Dat Family with all their tools and weapons. (Having a doctor and a lawyer for parents gives him the money to do it.) He also gave Stormer a metal ring around his wrist that enables his flash step, strength, speed, and usage of Chaos Shockwave, since it runs on Chaos Drives.
  • Marie Aurion and Thomas Aurion- Stormer's loving parents. Marie is one of the few non-corrupt lawyers left in the city, and Thomas is a practicing ER doctor. While they don't always agree with Stormer's methods, they do support his fight to liberate the city.
  • Love Aurion- Stormer's adopted daughter. He found her as a 6 year old orphan, barely surviving the mean underbelly of the city. Stormer took her in, adopted her, and takes care of her in between battles. She has a very bubbly personality, and refers to Stormer as "Pa".

Friends:
  • Rhina- Stormer's ex-girlfriend and amazing dancer. A Philippino girl with a very upbeat personality, and wields Wild Fang, a pair of shotgun tonfas.
  • Dom- The wisest and oldest of Stormer's friends, as well as a programming genius. He also happens to be black and British, and uses Hexdrinker, a pair of nunchuks that can copy projectiles.
  • Mina- Dom's wife and the most comical of them all. Like Dom, she's also British and loves cracking jokes and trolling her opponents mid-battle. Uses The Gentleman, a machine-gun briefcase.
  • Kat- An amazing artist, and a catgirl. She's a bit cold and quiet on the outside, but is very warm and caring at heart. Uses The Reaper, a pair of claws that function like hookshots and control fire.
  • KitKat- The only non active combatant, she serves as mission control. Named for her love of KitKat chocolate bars.
  • Delta- Another amazing artist, uses an orange Mega Buster loaded with every weapon from Mega Man X1. Is Asian, and people have questioned his gender multiple times.
  • Troy(Deceased)- Stormer's childhood best friend, and his death was the catalyst for Stormer's drastic personality shift. He can be described as a "slightly hot-headed, with a brave heart and desire for justice."

Weapons:
  • Hurricane- Stormer's personal weapon, disguised as a small black backpack, created in a joint effort by Pixel, Stormer, and Dom. It can transform into either a halberd or a chain gun arm-cannon, and also has limited control over lightning. This is due to a special device built into the weapon itself called an alternator, enabling it's transformation function and lightning control. However, if he uses too much lightning at once, it will go into a short cooldown period (5 turns), during which it is unusable. The gold Tron Lines running along the pole will turn more and more orange as it gets closer to overheating, will start flashing red when incredibly close to overheating, and turn a crimson red when in cooldown mode. In chain-gun mode, it carries about 500 rounds of 10mm ammo, firing at a maximum rate of 600 rounds per minute. However, if a burst of 100 rounds is fired, it will overheat. Extra ammo can be acquired using Chaos Drives, with 1 Chaos Drive = 10 rounds.
  • Dual Lever Shotguns- A pair of shotgun-pistols that Stormer pulls out while Hurricane is cooling down. They pack quite a punch, and have a bit of recoil. They hold 7 rounds each, and flip up to reload.
  • Foudre- Stormer's rapier, it's name means "lightning" in French. He pulls it out during a classy duel or when Hurricane is cooling down.

Biography: Stormer's story takes place in a future version of the main canon, roughly 150 years after the Adventure games, in a world where the Eggman Empire has become a distant memory and the Chaos Emeralds haven't been seen in years. The setting is Arcadiana, a futuristic New Orleans (think the cities from the Riders games) with a large crime problem, much like it's real world counterpart. It is rich in history, blending French and futuristic elements seamlessly, with a very unique party atmosphere that can't be found anywhere else. Although the city has flourished over the past 50 years with the discovery of an energy-rich element known as Arcadium, the main supply of it is controlled by a Mafia-like organization known as Cerberus, led by the charismatic Asmodeus Thorne. They use their control of it to influence many parts of the city, from organized crime to the police force, keeping most of the city under their thumb. The mayor would love to get rid of Cerberus, but lacks the manpower to do so, as the police force and most of the court system are on their payroll.

Stormer's best friend Troy was a victim of their organized crime about a decade ago. He and Stormer happened to be in the area of an armed robbery in the downtown area, but Stormer's timidness made him hide as Troy attempted in vain to stop them. Troy was shot 3 times in the chest, and he died in a tear-filled Stormer's arms. Tears turned to a fiery anger as Stormer swore to become a stronger man, protect his friends and family, and enact revenge on Cerberus.

Since that fateful day, Stormer has spent many long hours on learning how to become a fighter. He's studied parkour, fencing, marksmanship, and polearm-based combat techniques over the last 10 years. He's also taken public speaking courses to make himself more open, and has become a brilliant speaker as well. He met his current group of friends at Arclight High School, where they formed a group that they called Dat Family. As they grew older, they saw how the city was falling further and further into corruption, and decided to join Stormer's quest to liberate the city. They, with help from Pixel, Stormer's younger brother, constructed powerful transforming weapons to do battle with. Stormer also gained a metal ring around his arm that dramatically increases his abilities.

They got the chance to show off their skills during an attack on city hall by various supernatural forces, seeking the Arcadium supply to boost their abilities. The weapons proved effective in taking them down, and with the growing corruption in the city and looming supernatural threat, the Mayor offered to hire them to fight off both forces. The mayor normally wouldn't hire random people to take em down, but desperate times call for desperate measures. They accepted, and a special combat unit consisting of Stormer and his friends was formed, known as Dat Family. They've fought shingami, feral technorganic robots, Cerberus, and even dark, twisted versions of themselves made by a Voodoo spell gone wrong. They are the best of friends, and a force to be reckoned with.

However, The Shattering yanked Stormer away in a flash of light, and he was blasted to Mobius in the past, alone, and with no means of getting back. He landed unconscious in the middle of Soleanna's city square, and was rescued and brought back to health by an unknown stranger (Note: will be changed when the next plotline is set in stone). After learning about the world's situation, Stormer volunteered to help fix this crisis, and try to find a way home in the process.

Combat Style: His combat style consists of a mix of parkouring and heavy strikes with Hurricane, utilizing his lightning attacks as well. He has 200 points of Lightning to use before overheating, and he likes to carefully spend it. Each non-special usage of the lightning costs 20 Lightning Points and consists of shooting a small stream of lightning at a target. He can recharge using batteries, with 1 battery = 10 Lightning Points, or it will recharge over time at a rate of 10 points every minute. He'll pull out either his lever shotguns or Foudre when Hurricane has to cool down. He prefers to plan things out before running into things, and will take advantage of any visible weaknesses of a foe.

Special Movelist:
  • Volt Driver- Stormer creates a lightning drill around the blade of Hurricane, and uses it to ram into an opponent. Costs 30 Lightning Points.
  • Russian Roulette- Stormer plants Hurricane straight in the ground, takes out one of his Lever Shotguns, and swings around on the pole, shooting enemies in a circle as well.
  • Thunderball- Stormer fires 3 small and weak, but homing, balls of lightning at a foe. Costs 30 Lightning Points.
  • Flash Step- Stormer uses this to speed by in flash for a distance of 10 feet. Can be used twice every 10 minutes.
  • Gigabolt Tornado- Stormer spins Hurricane in the air to create a powerful lightning tornado with a 30-ft radius. It's his most powerful move, but costs 195 Lightning Points and leaves him tired out for about 30 seconds (3 turns).
  • Chaos Shockwave - The metal ring that Pixel gave him has given enabled him to perform this Chaos Attack as well, where he slams his fist on the ground and creates an energy wave to knock back foes in a 20-ft radius. He can only use it once every 2 hours, since it takes so much energy to perform.

Equipment:
  • Enhancement Ring- A metal ring around his wrist made by Pixel, enabling him to run at speeds of up to 60 mph, lift up to roughly 250lbs, and perform the Flash Step and Chaos Shockwave techniques(see Movelist). It runs on Chaos Drives though, with 1 Chaos Drive = 10 minutes of continual use of this ring.

Skills:
  • Is a very gifted speaker, able to rouse up a crowd with a fire in his voice like no other.
  • Has a knack for strategy making.
  • Has some computer skills, and can hack minor-level security systems.
  • Is very good with melee and close-quarters combat.

Strengths:
  • He's quite fast and strong, able to dish out lots of raw damage then fall back.
  • Thanks to Pixel's metal ring, he can run at speeds of up to 60 mph, and lift up to roughly 250lbs.
  • He's also pretty intelligent, with an IQ of 115, and thinks more deeply than the others about alternative strategies.

Weaknesses:
  • He cannot swim and his lightning attacks don't work underwater.
  • He has horrible defensive and endurance skills, so if someone gets enough hits on him, he'll go down very fast.
  • He's not one for stealth, preferring to fight enemies head on.
  • And as mentioned before, his lightning has a usage limit.

Theme Song: Nocturnal Type

Trivia:
  • Stormer is essentially based off myself, and all his friends and family are based off of my own.
  • Despite sharing parts of his name with a Hero Factory character and Tales of Symphonia character, I did not have them in mind when deciding the name.
  • Hurricane was directly inspired by the transforming weapons from the web series RWBY, of which I'm a huge fan.
  • If he had a famous voice actor play his part, it'd be Johnny Young Bosch, in a voice similar to his Zero voice in MVC3. I think it fit the best to Stormer's age and personality.

So, here's my profile. Critique and comments appreciated! I tried as best as possible to make him balanced. If you're confused about any aspect of him, let me know, and I'll clear it up.
